1st Movement Establishing SolidFoundations

Work Stream 1: Agree on common data and data sources

Objective: For each party to understand the nature of data available and its limitations, and the issuesarising. To reach a common understanding of what data will be used for tracking; and where inconsistentwhat factors can be agreed to normalize data at what agreed margin of error

Time scale: Investigate, identify issues and reach best possible agreement within 6 weeks

Work Stream 2: Commercial relationship

Clear understanding of the commercial relationship between the parties at all levels (country, region,global), benchmarked against competitor set. Identify if any commercial issues can or may impede therelationship and if so what is the recommended way forward

Time frame: Investigate and if necessary identify issues to be addressed within 6 weeks

Work Stream 3: Identify and remove relationship impediments

Objective: Identify where relative weaknesses or impediments to the relationship exist. Acknowledge wheredifficulties have existed but do not allow a forum for old grievances to be aired on the basis that an amnestyhas been declared and the relationship re-set. Develop and implement specific targeted strategies toresolve issues, elevate to Steering Group if necessary

Time scale: Investigation phase 4-6 weeks. Implement all recommendations within 3 months.

Work Stream 4: Touch points needs-based strategy

Objective: Identify the key touch point functions within XXX that influence positively or negatively XXX.Investigate the needs of each group and develop, then implement an integrated strategy to address thespecific needs of each group
