About member registrationFree member registration is required to use the service.You can use any of the credit cards shown on the right for member registration.

Seat reservations●Reservations can be made during the period from 10:00 a.m. JST one month before the departure date to 5:00 p.m. JST 3 days before the departure date.　●The reservation hours are 5:30 a.m. to 11:40 p.m. and 0:20 a.m. to 1:40 a.m. JST. (Reservation requests may not be completed due to system maintenance.)　●After your reservation is completed, an email will be sent within 24 hours as your reservation results.　●You can request a window seat or an aisle seat. (You may not be able to request depending on seat availability.)

Collecting your tickets●Tickets must to be collected by 9:00 p.m. JST on the day before the train's departure date.　●Tickets can be collected at "JR EAST Travel Service Center" and major "Travel Service Center" station counters in the JR EAST area. (Please visit the website for more details.)　●When collecting your tickets, you must bring your registered credit card and the email of your reservation results. Payment will be made using the credit card you registered.　●If you reserved a seat using a "JAPAN RAIL PASS", "JR EAST PASS" or "JR TOKYO Wide Pass", please present your pass to the attendant when collecting your reserved-seat ticket.

Cancelling reservations●You can change your reservation as many times as you like before you collect your ticket. The deadline for changes is 5:00 p.m. JST 3 days before the departure date.　●No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel a reservation by midnight (00:00 a.m. JST) 2 days before the departure date. Cancellations after this time will incur a cancellation fee of 310 yen.　●If you do not collect your ticket by 9:00 p.m. JST on the day before the departure date, the ticket will be automatically cancelled, and a cancellation fee of 310 yen will be charged to your registered credit card.　●Cancellation fees also apply to your reservation with "JAPAN RAIL PASS", "JR EAST PASS" or "JR TOKYO Wide Pass".●Reservations will still be cancelled, and a cancellation fee incurred, even if the tickets are not collected by the deadline due to flight delays, etc.
