Worked at five nuclear sites, undergoing outage work. I.e. Strip down, Maintenance and rebuild of the generators on all five sites. February 2010 to November 2012 : Siemens, Marchwood, Kings Lynn & Killingholme , Seabank, Killingholme A. Worked on five sites through the outage, including strip down, de-stack of the rota and diaphragms; And rebuild of turbine. I also assisted in the tiling of the combustion chambers. Also responsible for Correlation of data i.e measurements, QA etc. Strip down and total rebuild of combustion units.

Worked for Siemen’s power generation at various sites in the UK, the work entailed the strip down, refurbishment and rebuild of turbines and valves, including the HP, IP, LP and Generator. Also responsible for the correlation of data, i.e. measurements, QA, etc.

June 2007 to December 2007: Coventry ConstructionSite Supervisor

Site supervisor at the Kilroot power station Belfast. The contract was to fabricate the absorber ducting for the station. Duties including oversee and manage the Coventry construction manpower on the Kilroot site, such as allocation of labour, payroll, health and safety, ordering of materials, and liasing with the principle contractor namely Amec.

April 2004 to June 2007: EIWHSSenior Mechanical Fitter

Worked on the T5 project at London Heathrow, as a Senior Mechanical Craftsman specialising in the installation of the automated baggage handling systems.

October 2003 to April 2004: Rail Projects LtdMechanical Fitter

Worked at the Northumberland Park depot Tottenham, in the mechanical servicing department. Duties involved the servicing of the doors on the London underground tube trains, i.e. door changes, engine changes, rollers and tracks etc.

Employed at the Cannock site installing the roller bed conveyor system. Duties involved the setting out, fitting, fabrication, welding, lining and levelling and commissioning of that system.

Employed on the Bravo two project in the main extension the terminal one baggage handling system, pertaining to the mechanical fitting aspect of the installation.
