Abstract The collection of the educational characteristics is an important part of the educational
learning process. This paper presents the collected data from the teachers training seminar on using the classroom management software iTALC. For this purpose, a questionnaire was
created and trainees were asked to fill it in after the completion of the seminar. Also it presents
the characteristics of the particular software and the basic theory behind the creation of the
questionnaires, focusing on the specific subject.
