I am proud to be the President of our Club, which has Members who are inspiring stories in themselves, and who have set examples in service to the community and in their own occupations.
Friends, it was my wish that the worthy hands of none other than our very own Past Presidents should install our team of 2015-2016. Trust me, friends, it was really proud & historical moment when we all got installed on 19th July at Hotel Retreat, Madh Island.
Our Club is like a family, which is being celebrated by giving cakes to our Members on their wedding anniversary.
It was very a proud & emotional moment when I got the opportunity to hoist the National flag in our college campus & to inspect the parade of NCC 3rd Maharashtra Battalion.
With your love, affection and faith posed in me, I am sure I will be able to shoulder all the responsibilities cast upon me.
Thanking you whole heartedly
Yours in Lionism, President Lion Rajit M. Mehra (2015-2016)

Lion Nikhil Sanghai –Chairman Physiotheraphy Centre I joined our club in August 2011, since my uncle has been a member over 20 years I have attended several parties since childhood days and believe me we cousins had too much fun. Now that we cousins have grown up and have kids we thought to take the same to the next generation too and with that idea we joined the club. So the initial years are truly Honeymoon period where we make new friends, go for outings and have fun too. In the 3rd year while we hear and look at people working selflessly for the society, that is when I made up my mind too that I have to give back to the society and Lionism is a nice way to go. Since I had already made up mind it was time for action so when President Rajit offered me the Chairmanship of the Physiotherapy clinic I grabbed the opportunity quickly. Devoting 2 to 4 hours in a week for the society is not very difficult provided we have the intention to serve. Last point I would like to highlight is, its a myth that only Businessman can devote time, I am into service and devote time too provided one needs to plan in advance. As the club has shown trust in my abilities and given me the responsibility I assure the club to do the best from my side, but slowly at the subconscious level one tends to realise that Lionism is just not about partying and enjoying its about service to the society
DIRECTOR LION NITIN & LADY LION SHILPA MALHOTRA: LCMB is the real place if you have zeal to help the citizens in need. "PROUD TO BE A LION "-‐ As the catch line says we active member of lions club and are proud to be so .After joining this club we have learnt many ways and means of serving people which is the main purpose of our club. We have come across various people having an optimistic point of view and a very positive attitude which itself is an inspiration to us and have supported and encouraged us to start a new venture in my life. As we all need some kind of entertainment in our lives , our club not only serves and helps the needy but also organises great entertaining functions. We are always ready to help our club in any and every way possible. And "LIONISM" speaks for itself. The presence of senior members acts as motivational instinct in the club & simultaneously also gives a homely feel in their company. We are and always will be proud of being a LION.
I am associated with Ahimsa Jain Samaj group and NGO -‐-‐Ek Nayi Pahal group . It's my privilege n fortune to be associated with Lions Club. It gives me ample opportunities to help needy
people. It has helped me in socialising and interacting with lot many new people. Lionism definitely helps in increasing our confidence level ,improving our personality n awareness .
Lady Lion Varsha Jain- New Member
Lions meet the needs of local communities and the world every day because they share a core belief – to serve their community. Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization. We have 1.35 million members in more than 46000 clubs in more than 206 countries and geographic areas. Lions have a dynamic history. Founded in 1917, we are best known for fighting blindness, but we also volunteer for many different kinds of community projects – including caring for the environment, feeding the hungry and aiding seniors and the disabled. Lions give sight. By conducting vision screenings, equipping hospitals and clinics, distributing medicine and raising awareness of eye disease, Lions work toward their mission of providing vision for all. We have extended our commitment to sight conservation through countless local efforts and through our international SightFirst Program, which works to eradicate blindness. Lions serve youth. Our community projects often support local children and schools through scholarships, recreation and mentoring. Internationally, we offer many programs, including the Peace Poster Contest, Youth Camps and Exchange and Lions Quest.
