Organization and membership

IFKK have a standard organization model

1, Each representative in the country must be a member of the national IFKK headquarters.

2. All members agree upon following the democracy policy in their own IFKK country branch .

3.Elections must take place each 4 years .

4.General assembly meeting are held each year before he 4th

month

5.On general assembly new laws for the national headquarters can be made and voted upon

6.Every person over 17 years of age has the right to vote

7.Orgnization leaders must show a non criminal record in their own country

8.IFKK headquarters leaded by the international affairs director will be the superior body to the national

headquarters

9.Each country must choose one(1) delegate to sit in the main organization for 4 years

10. Economy systems must follow good accounting rules, the national head organization is responsible to

have a wealthy economy. Revision marks and activity reports must be sent the headquarters after the general

assembly is held

Fee structure .

1. IFKK Passport 7 Euro

2. Membership card plus certificate and belt 100 Euro (1 Dan and up)

3. Affiliation with organization 5 Euro each member( in some cases the IFKK board may decide to

drop the fee in a particular country )

4. Branch fee = The board has decided to give 2 years of free membership o all countries ,due to build

up of the organization . It may extend to 8 years . This will come in an addendum all of the branches

will be able to decide on.

Grade,rank rules\regulations

All (Country) Representatives are free to take examinations for all Kyu degrees.

The (Country) Representatives can organize once a year a IFKK Black belt examination. The level of the

examination depends of the given license code

A San-Dan Authorized person can organize Sho-dan examinations.

A Yon-Dan Authorized person can organize Sho and Ni-Dan examinations.

A Go-Dan Authorized person can organize Sho, Ni and San-Dan examinations.

No one in organization is allowed to dismiss a member of grading or rank if the member is

not able to pay for the grading. In this case the organization should find alternative methods

of payment.

No one can be held out of grading system due to social status ,religion or politics.

Inability issue should be discussed with headquarters via the international affairs director

Ranks gives to own siblings and family are not recognized ,in these cases the grading

\examination license will be dismissed.

Copyright ,brand name issue

The IFKK logo and brand name is a protected brand name, every member is obliged to and responsible for

not misusing the IFKK logo, name in bad manners. All criminal act will be prosecuted via the local

Authorities . Reproduction of Shodan certificates is not allowed ,these certificates must be bought from the

headquarters. Officially the IFKK Headquarters is the responsible part to provide for certificates and

membership card ,however an authority letter can be issued for remote areas .

Each branch will have their own addendum if needed

None of included members are allowed to attend Musashi’s seminar’s or tournaments .Nor can a member

group or individual join or grade at Muashi authority via Jacob Van Der Velde ,also known as Sjaak v/d

Velde

Nor does IFKK allow , honorary grades given around the premesis ,no rank should be given to people who

do not belong to the style of Kyokushinkai . All teachers are approved by the national headquarters
