Initiator and goals of the project
Initiator of the project – the Investment Promotion Agency of Novosibirsk region – a specialized organization for cooperation with investors and support of investment projects authorized by the Government of Novosibirsk Region.Name of the project – the involvement of foreign residents in the industrial-logistics park
Goal of the project – implementation of the project involving foreign residents in the industrial-logistics park of Novosibirsk region for creation of enterprises in the field of transport and logistics centers, industrial enterprises, new technologies, reclamation industry.
Industrial-Logistics Park of Novosibirsk region – a modern platform, with full infrastructural complex for development of logistic and industrial companies, subject to the integrated development according to a single master plan.
Novosibirsk region – largest transport hub in the eastern part of Russia
Trans-Siberian railway: a railway access to
Kazakhstan and countries in the Central Asia
International airport “Tolmachevo”:
- all existing types of aircrafts- the intersection of the aerial paths from China and Southeast Asia to Europe

Conditions for the residents
The price of the land sites rent (with the right of further purchase)includes at no additional charge:
