• Present Problem• Left hemiparesis x while entering ER

consciousness while entering in ER

– 00.30 (10.45am)• CT brain plain - small hypodense lesion Lt Caudate

Nucleus

– 01.35 (11.50am)• Angiography done and Rt. IC block demonstrated.

Laxmi IAT- C. embolism• Day 00 (10th June)

– 03.00(1.15pm)• Thrombolysis done, Repeat CT Scan

– 05.00 (03.15pm)• Started moving lt leg, holding hand

– 22.00 (8.15am 11th June)• Conscious, dull, responding to command, moving

both arm and leg
