现有7个分会：北京分会、上海分会、西安分会、武汉
分会、南京分会、哈尔滨分会、成都分会
IEEE中国办公室成立于2007年, 现有8名员工, 业务涵盖
：会员发展、标准、出版物、数字图书馆、教育活动、
技术活动 （包含会议）

申请IEEE会议的流程 Process of Application of IEEE Conference
会议主办方准备会议信息，包含时间、地点、会议主题、程序委员会等。
Prepare conference information
向分会或society提出申请，并按照其要求补充材料 Submit application to sections or societies
取得分会或者society批准后，会议组织者通过ICX系统网上提交会议申请
Submit application on line via ICX after obtain the approval from sections/societies
系统收到会议申请后自动发送邮件至分会/society负责人确认会议
The system will confirm the approval with Sections/societies
申请IEEE会议的流程 Process of Application of IEEE Conference
在线签署MOU，MOU由在美国的会议服务部门完成。
MoU will be accomplished by conference operations
会议组织者根据IEEE会议部门要求提交补充材料，根据会议号码在网上查询您
的会议状态，获得批准后，该会议将备案进入IEEE会议数据库。 The conference will be in IEEE Conference database after approval
在线提交会议出版表格，取得包含IEEE出版号码的LOA信
Submit publication form on-line, obtain LoA letter
筹备、召开会议
Running conference
会议结束后 After conference
根据LOA信的要求，提交会议论文集/会议内容（CD或其他形式）
Submit conference content as required from LoA
根据IEEE会议部门要求提交补充材料 （财务报告、论文质量调查问卷等）
Submit other information as required
如果论文集质量合格，将被送进IEEE Xplore数据库
Conference will be indexed in Xplore
