FIX IT!« The highest priorities are to elicit, organize,
make accessible and present the collective knowledge of the ACA community, known as the BrainTrust, in critical areas of marketing and staffing by the 2012 annual conference, and to develop and present a project plan and road map by the 2012 annual conference in remaining areas of client acquisition, client service and practice management. »
Explored Rejected
• Replace Higher Logic completely• Use only the collaborative aspects
of Higher Logic and find a different provider for file/knowledge management
• Beg and plead with Higher Logic for nested tag, faceted search or other customization
