The distribution between vegetarianand non-vegetarian is not scientific,
non-vegetarian food
Since the distribution between vegetarian and non-vegetarian is not scientific,
non-vegetarian food including fish, chicken, is fully supported by vegetarian
means.
It is also known that so much of genes are conserved to animal genetic setup.
This is also known as life support system.
Obviously, there is full coordination between plant and animal kingdom
including human being.
However, the Mother nature has provided plants mostly with chlorophyllGod to sustain their life and lives of all animal species including man on earth.
Thus the plants are essential for our very existence while their existence does notdepend upon us. This is universal fact.

ContdAs a field, alternative medicine has a long history of providing comfort
to the afflicted and diseased.
It is worth mentioning that these natural and alternative medicineswere used thousands of years ago.
Archaeological evidences reveal that the civilizations of the bygone eraused herbal plants as part of traditional medicine.
The earliest documentation about the usage of herbal remedies comesfrom China and dates back to 2800 BC.
For almost 5000 years, herbal medicine was used for treating variousailments. Today, it has been developed as a separate industry as manypeople favor herbal medicine over synthetic medicine.

Contd .Herbal medicine is cost effective and less
expensive than the medicines bought from anallopathic pharmacy.
Another merit of herbal medicine is that it canbe bought without a prescription. They are
available in any health store.
Herbal medicine and remedies are moreeffective than allopathic medicine for certain
ailments.
The chemical medicine prescribed by apharmacist could have certain negative side
effects.
However, many of the herbal medicines andremedies do not have negative side effects. If
any, they are softer than allopathic medicine.

Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba)
used to treat circulatory disorders andenhance memory. Although not all studiesagree, ginkgo may be especially effective intreating dementia (including Alzheimer's
disease) and intermittent claudication (poorcirculation in the legs). It also shows promisefor enhancing memory in older adults.Laboratory studies have shown that ginkgoimproves blood circulation by dilating blood
vessels and reducing the stickiness of bloodplatelets. By the same token, this meansginkgo may also increase the effect of someblood-thinning medications, includingaspirin. People taking blood-thinningmedications should ask their doctor before

Kava kava (Pipermethysticum)
Kava kava (Piper methysticum) is said to elevate mood, well-being, andcontentment, and produce a feeling of relaxation. Several studies have found that
kava may be useful in the treatment of anxiety, insomnia, and related nervousdisorders. However, there is serious concern that kava may cause liver damage. It'snot clear whether the kava itself caused liver damage in a few people or whether it
was taking kava in combination with other drugs or herbs. It's also not clear whetherkava is dangerous at previously recommended doses, or only at higher doses. Somecountries have taken kava off the market. It remains available in the United States, but the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a consumer advisory in Marchof 2002 regarding the "rare" but potential risk of liver failure associated with kava-
containing products.
