為基層學童提供全面的課後支援服務，包括功課輔導、情緒

支援、小組活動及晚膳等。

TeenS’ World Tin Shui Wai Uncle James Child Development CentreProvide timely assessment and treatment services for children with developmental delay / disabilities in Tin Shui Wai by different professions e.g. Clinical Psychologist, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist & Social Worker etc.

TeenS’ GroupUsing holistic approach to provide after school care services for deprived children, including homework tutorial, emotional support, group activites and dinner.

For Deprived Elderly

Funeral Navigation ServiceWe respect personal wishes and support the elderly with few networks by making arrangements for their death duties in advance.

No Worry Link ServiceThrough calls generated by the computer linguistic system, we take an active part to keep tracking the well-being of our service users including elderly singletons, those without support or chronically ill patients.

Home Maintenance Service for the ElderlyTo provide home maintenance and facility upgrade in order to prevent household accidents.

Electrical Appliances for the Elderly ProgrammeRelying on sponsorship from organizations and the public, we provide electrical appliances for the elderly in order to improve their quality of life.

The VoiceIt is a freely distributed monthly newspaper targeting the elderly, covering topics like life, healthcare, elderly services etc.

For Deprived Patients

Philanthropic Community PharmacyTo provide medicine to deprived patients at discounted price as well as pharmaceutical counselling service.

為貧困長者而設

後顧無憂規劃服務

支援網絡較弱長者預先計劃及訂定殯葬禮儀的安排，讓他們活得更有尊嚴。

無憂通電聯關顧服務

透過定時致電獨居無依、缺乏支援的長者、長期或晚期病患者，作出主動「追蹤關顧」，免因病痛或突發身故家中而乏人知曉。

長者家居維修服務

家居維修及改裝設備，避免家居意外發生。

電器贈長者計劃

倚賴團體和社區人士資助，購置長者合適之電器，改善貧弱獨居長者家居生活質素。

松柏之聲

一份為長者提供針對性資訊月刊，例如：長者生活、健康護理、安老服務等消息，免費贈閱。

為貧困病患者而設

惠澤社區藥房為貧困病患者提供低廉的處方藥物和專業藥療輔導。

Did you know? The poverty line is defined as half of the median monthly household income of all domestic households in Hong Kong, prior to government intervention like tax and social benefits transfers.

In 2014 Q4, the poverty line for one person was HK$3,750. Poverty thresholds will be reviewed annually in line with the median monthly domestic household income movement. (Source: http://www.news.gov.hk/)

In 2013, 970,000 persons (involving 380,000 households) lived under poverty line post government intervention. The poverty rate was 14.5%. Around 190,000 were children under aged 18, while 285,000 were elderly aged 65 or above. One in five of our children and one in three of our elderly lived in poverty. In response to the great need of the disadvantaged in Hong Kong, we strive for resources and network expansion, in order to implement diversified charity projects.

你知道嗎? 貧窮線以政策介入前（即除稅和福利轉移前）全港家庭

住戶每月收入中位數的一半劃線。

以2014年第四季計，單身人士的貧窮線訂於港幣3,750。貧窮線將因應住戶每月收入中位數的變動，每年作出

更新。

政府政策介入後，本港2013年約有97萬貧窮人口(涉及38萬戶)，貧窮率為14.5％。當中約19萬為18歲以下兒童，28.5萬為65歲或以上長者，即大約五名兒童中有一位兒童，和三位長者中有一位長者是處於貧窮線下。
