Journey times from Wandsworth Town station

Wandsworth Town train station is a 13 minute walk away from Hardwick’s Square and is one stop from Clapham Junction. From there, Victoria station is 8 minutes while Waterloo can be reached in around 10.

East Putney tube station to the west is a 10 minute walk and here you can connect to the District line for services to Sloane Square and South Kensington, in addition to Cannon Street and Monument (for the City of London).

A bus stop just outside your door connects you to a comprehensive network of bus routes transporting you to areas like Putney Bridge and Hammersmith within a matter of minutes.

Have it all in Wandsworth.

Whether it is a Saturday morning organised run, an impromptu game of football with friends, a casual picnic in the park or a festival featuring world famous bands, Hardwick’s Square places you at the centre of it all.

Major changes include the construction of 201 new luxury homes within four new buildings, formed from redeveloping three outdated sites linking Garratt Lane and Wandsworth High Street.

The plans include a new state-of-the-art town centre library, which will open out onto a new public square with seating and a play area for young children.

Other major projects are already underway in Wandsworth Town, including the revival of Southside Shopping Centre, Wandsworth Business Village, the Ram Brewery, Lion House and The Filaments.

There are also plans to redesign the Wandsworth one-way system to make the town centre more pedestrian friendly.
