Deux-Montagnes 는 몬트리올 수송 기 관(AMT) 의 가장 바쁜 노선이다. 30KM에 다르는 이 라인은 12개의 정류장이 있고 매 년 AMT 총 승객의 45%에 이르는 790만명 의 승객을 운송한다. 지라드는 몬트리올이 직접 이 라인을 소 유할 경우 승객들에게 더 나은 서비스를 제 공 할 수 있으며, 매년 AMT측이 CN 측에 게 이 노선을 이용하는 통근열차에 대해 화 물열차와 달리 돈을 지불해야 했던 비용 또 한 줄일 수 있다고 밝혔다. AMT와 CN의 협정에 따르면 화물 열차 는 오전 8시 30분부터 오후 3시 30분 까지 와 오후 8시 30분부터 오전 5시 30분 까지 이 노선을 이용 할 수 있다. 현재 AMT와 CN은 AMT가 이 노선을 사들일 경우 화물 열차들의 운행에 어떠한 영향이 미칠지에 대해 논의 중이라고 한다. 지라드는 만약 AMT가 Duex- Montagnes 철로를 소유하게되면 화물 열차 의 운송 시간을 조절하는 것이 더욱 편리해 져 통근 열차가 화물 열차에 의해 지연되는 상황을 방지할 수 있다고 한다. 지난 2년간 5개의 통근 열차 라인에는 13%의 승객이 증가하였고 출퇴근 시간에 이 너무 많은 것에 대해 승객들의 항의 가 있었다고 한다. 현재까지의 해결방안으로는 이중갑판 열 차로의 교체를 검토하고 있었으나 이번 인 수 건으로 인해 이중갑판 열차로의 교체방 안은 2014년 1분기까지 미루어질 것으로 보인다. Ce systme futnomm Kwago qui continue mmeaujourd hui sous diffrentes formes.De plus, la dynastie Koryo a introduit lerite familial ( Kamyo) dont le but est devnrer les anctres.

    Il convient de noter que le confucian-isme se distingue du bouddhisme; leconfucianisme rejette la doctrine boud-dhiste de rcompense des bonnesactions. Le confucianisme a pour idalun tat centralis gouvern par une litedont les actes sont sanctionnes parune base morale non pas sur la croy-ance religieuse mais sur une vuerationnelle de l univers et sur la placede l homme au sein de l univers. Leconfucianisme fond par un savant chi-nois, Confucius et raffin par Mencius,son disciple, et fut modifi durant ledynastie Koryo et devint le no- confu-cianisme ou le confucianisme coren.

    Le confucianisme connait son pleindveloppement durant la dynastieChosun (ou Lee) qui a dur aussilongtemps que 520 ans (1396-1910).Ce fut une poque o le bouddhisme aperdu sa place cause de la corruption

    et des abus des privilges des moineset des nones. Les moines et les nonesfurent traits comme fonctionnaires del tat qui payrent leurs salaires. Ilstaient exempts du service militairesayant pour rsultats d augmenter lenombre de moines et de nones de basequalit. Elle fut galement une poqueo la domination de la Chine tait forte.Au fait, la Core avait un rapport devassalit avec la Chine. Les rapports entre ces class-es sociales en Chine n taient pas trsexclusifs. Cependant, dans la versioncorenne du confucianisme, la socitse divise en quatre classes sociales : lesaristocrates (Yangban), les gens dumilieux (Joongminne), les bons gens

    (Yangminne) et les gens infrieur(Tchonminne). Les aristocrates sont desgens bien duqus en confucianismequi sont sage et capable de gouverner.Ce groupe fut form au dbut de ladynastie Chosun sur la base de contri-bution civile et militaire la fondation dela dynastie. Les gens du milieu ont lacomptence pour occuper de postesprofessionnels dans des fonctionspubliques. Les bons gens sont des genscomposs de fermiers, marchands etdes gens d autres mtiers ncessairespour le fonctionnement de l conomie.En fin, les Tchonminnes comprennentdes mtiers sals tels que bcher, tan-neurs, fossoyeurs et d autres mtiers.

    Sous la dynastie Chosun, cette clas-sification de classes sociales tait trsstricte. Le mariage inter- classe taitdfendu; les statuts sociaux taienthrditaires; la mobilit d une classesociale une classe suprieure taitpratiquement impossible. Cette classifi-cation des classes sociales a eu pourconsquence de donner une socitextrmement verticale et trs rigidemme aujourd hui. Il est vrai quequelqu un qui est issu d une classenon- Yangban peut accder un postede la fonction publique, s il passe lesexamens nationaux officiels, le Kwago.Cependant, la possibilit est trs min-

    ime. Mme cette mince possibilit adisparu plus tard cause de la cration,par les Yangbans, une cole prive quiest devenue la voie d accs au postedes fonctionnaires.

    Cependant les rapports des individusfurent le facteur le plus dcisif de la cul-ture corenne. Les rapports des indi-vidus comportent cinq niveaux : le rap-port entre le roi et les sujets ; le rapportentre les parents et les enfants; le rap-port entre l poux et l pouse; le rap-port entre les frres et surs; le rapportentre des amis.

    Les rapports des individus sont desrapports rciproques. Les rapports desindividus doivent tre gouverns par lesdeux vertus: le Inne () et le Y () ouHyo (). Le Inne est la vertu qu unsuprieur accorde un subalterne. Lavertu Inne comprend la compassion, lagnrosit, la magnanimit, la bienveil-lance. Le roi doit traiter ses sujets avecces vertus, surtout avec la magnanimit.Les parents doivent traiter ses enfantsavec le respect, la comprhension et lagnrosit. L enfant ain doit s oc-cuper l enfant cadet avec bienveil-lance et l amour. L poux doitrespecter l pouse et s occuper deson bien-tre matriel et spirituel.

    I love combining ingredients to

    give me more variety of food choices

    and be pleasantly surprised at its

    potential. Are you like me?

    It was Cinco de Mayo a few days

    ago (I actually didnt know until that

    day what the celebration was for. Im

    very new to Mexican history.) and I

    saw a massive influx of Mexican food

    photos on pinterest. Im not sure

    whether I was influenced by that or

    not, but Ive been wanting to use my

    favourite Korean food Dak Galbi

    (Korean spicy chicken) with some

    other ingredients to create a Korean

    fusion food for a while. So here, I

    come up with Dak Galbi Quesadilla

    (Korean spicy chicken quesdilla, ) with Gochujang salsasauce.

    If you already know how to make

    Dak Galbi, combining the rest of the

    ingredients is relatively easy. I say

    relatively because I found it was a

    bit tricky to turn the stacked tortilla

    over safely without the filling falling

    out too much. :) If you have your

    own secrete way of easily turning the

    quesadil la over,

    please do share with

    us! I would love to

    know!

    To my surprise,

    Dak Galbi Quesadilla

    was a great success!

    All of my family thor-

    oughly enjoyed it!

    You can strongly

    taste the full Dak

    Galbi flavour through

    melted mozarella

    cheese and oil fried

    tortilla. I particuarly

    liked when I could

    still feel the texture

    and the well sea-

    soned taste of cab-

    bage and peri l la.

    Thats the best part

    of Dak Galbi, right? I

    hope you also enjoy

    this recipe.

    Ingredients for 6 servings

    (Adapted from my Dak Galbi version

    2 recipe)

    (Prep time: 30 mins, Cooking time:

    20 mins)

    -Meat and others

    840g chicken breast meat

    of a small cabbage (360g)

    1 small sweet potato (100g)

    small onion (60g)

    10 perilla leaves

    16 Korean rice cakes

    (Garaeddeok) If you are using pre

    packaged ones, soak them in warm

    water for 5-10 minutes before you

    use them.

    Mozzarella cheese (as much as

    you like)

    12 medium to large size tortilla

    -Marinade sauce (mix these well in

    a bowl.)

    5 Tbsp Gochujang

    1 Tbsp minced garlic

    1 tsp minced ginger

    Tbsp Korean chili powder

    1 Tbsp soy sauce

    1 Tbsp dark brown sugar

    1 Tbsp Korean yellow curry powder

    1 Tbsp grated onion

    2 Tbsp refined rice wine

    3 sprinkles ground black pepper

    -Gochujang salsa sauce (mix these

    well in a bowl)

    6 Tbsp plain natural yogurt

    1 Tbsp Gochujang (can be

    reduced depending on your spice

    preference): 1Tbsp was enough to

    give a kick to me at the end and Im

    used to spicy food.

    1 Tbsp honey

    2 Tbsp diced pineapple (from a

    pineapple tin)

    2 Tbsp pineapple juice (from the

    pineapple tin)

    1 Tbsp diced sweet spiced

    gherkins or pickles

    Steps

    1.Rinse the chicken in cold water

    and cut it into small pieces (about

    3cm x 2 cm this is to easily press &

    turn the stacked tortilla later. You can

    cut them even smaller if you like)

    2. Put the chicken into a bowl, add

    the marinade sauce and mix well.

    Leave it for 30 mins.

    3. While you are waiting, prepare

    other ingredients.

    -Clean all the vegetables. (Peel the

    skin if necessary onion and sweet

    potato).

    -Thin slice (0.5 to 1cm thickness)

    the cabbage, sweet potato, onion

    and perilla leaves.

    -Cut the rice cake into half (Half of

    an index finger size. If it is already

    small, you dont need to cut it)

    4. Pre-heat the wok on high heat

    and add some vegetable oil.

    5. Put all the vegetables, rice

    cakes and the meat in the wok.

    6. Stir them well while it is cook-

    ing. Once 5 mins has lapsed, reduce

    the heat to medium.

    7. Continue to stir every now and

    then until all ingredients are cooked.

    Turn the heat off.

    8. Place the frying pan on a stove

    and add some vegetable oil. Heat the

    pan on high heat for about 20 sec-

    onds.

    9. Put the tortilla wrap in the pan

    and add the Dak galbi (from step 7)

    and cheese and another layer of tor-

    tilla.

    10. Press down the stacked tortilla

    with your hands or spatula for about

    1 mins. (Be careful not to burn your

    hands)

    11. Turn the stacked tortilla over

    carefully and press it down with a

    spatula for 1 mins or the cheese is

    completely melted.

    12. Repeat the step 9 to 11 until

    you use up the rest of the ingredi-

    ents.

    13. Cut the quesadilla into wedges

    and serve it on a plate.

    14. Enjoy!
