• Each month the list of bookings is sent to Finance, who bills the branches on their PNL. The profit will not come directly off the booking, but comes off the branch PNL

ECO’s – $25 for each option held that turns into a booking

• On average, about twice a month• Mostly ticketing errors, missing portions of names (denied boarding), wrong

dates ticketed, in some cases cancelled air segments (never ticketed) and ticketed wrong destination

Challenges (1) Last minute / 11th hour errors

• We ask that branches read their queues numerous times throughout the day.• Now with round the clock coverage especially, any action that is needed will be

sent to the branch for follow up• Communication, communication, communication
