BASICS – CREATE A PROFILE

Provider→ Submit the provider enrollment

package to GoTelecare.

→ Complete one-time webinar training offered Mon – Fri during business hours.

Patient→ Create a profile.

BASICS – CONFIRM APPOINTMENT

Provider→ Add availability to your calendar

→ Chose how many and what types of patients you would like to treat.

→ Confirm, deny, or reschedule incoming consultation requests.

Patient→ Find and select a provider.

→ Click on a time that works for you and request the consultation.

→ Receive confirmation from provider that your request was scheduled.

BASICS – PICK UP THE PRESCRIPTION

Provider→ Use our EMR or your own EMR to

ePrescribe the medication and send request to the patient’s nearest pharmacy.

Patient→ Pick up your prescription at the

pharmacy or have your pharmacy deliver your prescription directly to a designated address.

• Confirmed Consultations: Displays list of confirmed consultations

• Cancelled Consultations: Displays list of cancelled consultations

• No-Show Consultations: Displays list of consultations declared as ‘No Show’

• Assign Consultation: Lets a facility admin to assign an accepted consultation to specific facility attendants who would be present and assist the patient during the consultation if required

• Consultation Setup: Provides information on how to setup PC/Laptop for video consultation

Availability Schedule Module

COMPONENTS

• View Availability: This shows the availability of the facility marked as ON and OFF for the current week and the following two weeks.

• Mark Availability: This is used by the facility administrator to mark time availability for the facility.

Financial Module

COMPONENTS

• Receivables: This menu provides financial details about all consultations conducted at the facility. The facility user can view list of all consultations which have been conducted at the facility for which payment is due.

User Management Module

COMPONENTS

• Manage PCP: Displays list of all existing PCPs at the facility and allows the facility administrator to add, modify and delete PCPs.

• Manage Users: Displays list of all existing portal users at the facility and allows the facility administrator to add, modify and delete users with either administrator or attendant rights.

COMPONENTS

• My Patients: Displays list of all patients who have attended any consultation from the facility earlier. Also allows the facility user to request for a new consultation for a patient.

• Manage Documents: Displays list of all documents that the facility had submitted at the time of registration.

• Update Profile: Allows the facility user to view/update details about the facility.

• Engagement Calendar: Displays a calendar showing the facility’s availability status

• File Box: Displays lists of files sent and received by the facility

• Training Videos: Contains videos that show how various features work

• Messages: Allows the creation of new messages and the management of received/sent messages
