In today's digital era many emerging online shopping platform that enables the consumer in their shopping process. This makes the fall of the activity offline shopping at the mall. While shopping offline with a lot of benefits that can be obtained, as well as refreshing, the mall's visitors can also interact with others where it makes the stress level decreases.

This map was created to make assumption about our primary target user. With this map we could expect who is gonna used our product, we will also have clear corridor about who really is our costumer. So we will have clear reference about how we will developt our product (The strategy, The flow, User Interface, Features etc). This map was created by discussion with marketing team. From that discussion, we have 2 type of our costumer, The Explore User and Straight-forward User. But, our Primary target was explore user because we think they could influence their circle or public about their experience with our product.
Personas
"A user persona is a representation of the goals and behavior of a hypothesized group of users. In most cases, personas are synthesized from data collected from interviews with users."-wiki
This Persona was created to be references for design developtment, so we could be more empathic to our user and get more insight about what they really want. This persona was created by survey (qualitative) with some redponden that we think they are the most closer to our main target. So they could represent the most of our user type. This persona is still on progress, it will always evolve through the time.

User Journey, was created to learn about user behavior when the doing some journey/activity. So we could know whats their pain point, their psychology and etc. Then we know how we could make an oppurtunity on their journey, how we could make engagement with them.On this journey we used 2 different personas, based on interview again with them.

Non Motor Vehicle development to improve Tourism Potential in Malioboro, Yogyakarta
Yogyakarta is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Indonesia. The increasing use of private motor vehicles makes the atmosphere of Yogyakarta, as a tourism city, less comfortable to be enjoyed. This creates the tourism potential in Yogyakarta spreading across Yogyakarta become less maximum. However, Jogja has well known non-motorized vehicles and they receive special attention from the government.Malioboro, one of the most crowded places in Yogyakarta, is a car-free area. As a shopping location for tourists, Malioboro becomes a frequently-visited place while people going to Yogyakarta. Its high level of mobility and tourism activity indicates the needs for better vehicles. Hence, vehicles that can accommodate the needs of tourists well can be the means to multiply non-motorized vehicles options in Yogyakarta, especially Malioboro.
Abstract
there are many activities that the tourists do. some were are carrying goods belanjaa, take pictures, buy food, buy souvenirs, mobile, enjoy the ambience around.

Layouting and ergonomic study
layouting and ergonomics studies conducted to look at the interaction between passengers and comfort while traveling. after making several alternative layouts, chosen one of the best layouts and develop it.
Developing
The material used is iron, fiber glass and wood for the interior. Wood is used to give the impression of a warm and cozy. Warm and cozy impression is also supported by the use of lcd light yellow. With a warm a n d c o z y i m p r e s s i o n , t h e passengers will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of the tourist areas with a comfortable.
These vehicles use Solar as the driving force enhancements. By doing so these vehicles can move lightly even though size is rather large. With the solar power the passengers can recharge their electronic goods.
Final Design
In these vehicles will be installed RFID detection device that will read the RFID landmark that is passed. When RFID from a tourist location is detected, so automaticaly this vehicles will provide information about the landmark. Information will also appear in the form of a barcode that can be scanned using passangers smartphone.

RIB SAR development by focusing acceleration and stability
Rescue at the sea require fast and precise handling. RIB that SAR used have a high speed mobility to rescue sea accident victim. However, handling of victims during mobilization requires special attention. RIB SAR development will focus on the treatment of victims during the trip as well as the stability in rescue mobility.

In mobilizing sea accident victims with a fast boat, comfort and treatment of the victims should be prioritized. RIB boat is a vessel types "planning" where the front of the ship will be lifted when it runs. When in high speed and the waves break uap, the most stable part is the back of the the ship. For plotting the victim although the back of the is a part and the most stable, but very risky because it is adjacent to the ship's engine. Thus it was determined ploting victim was amidships. In the treatment of victims, will be provided a location with a shade that can be fold to cope with the sun.
Speed and Acceleration
To increase the Seed, it will developt the form of the hull, here will use this type of step hull. Step hull is a type of gastric-rise, so when the boat can move faster because less water resistance. As for stability, the shape of these vessels will adopt the form of a bullet that has a bit of conical shape behind and sharp in front to break the wind. For the stability of these vessels will use the additional fins on both sides.
Analysis and Developtment
Evacuation
Access evacuation is on the side of the ship. When raising the accident victims from the water will be very heavy because water load of clothes. To make more efficient evacuation time, it is developing an evacuation route in this RIB boat. On the left and right tubes given the pattern of smooth and rough sections. Rough pattern is intended to be easy when holding on the ship, slick pattern is intended to allow easy victims pulled upwards ship. In addition also added mini handle on the top tube and footrest at the bottom of the tube in order to facilitate mobility.

Analysis and Developtment
Seating rescue ranger amounting to 8 people, can be adjusted. the location was in front, in order to have a wide visibility when looking for victims of sea accidents. The steering console is in behind, a bit high in order to gain wide visibility. In the steering module have some signal lights and search lights in order to easily identified by the victim. Amid in the RIB there is treatment for victim who has a folding tent. Size can be customized.
