Búsqueda Espacial
La búsqueda por criterios espaciales está basado
en la integración de representaciones espaciales y
relaciones espaciales.

Estructura de GML• Documentos GML contienen una colección de “features”
(GML-FCs)
• GML-FC es en sí misma una “feature” GML con una extensión
espacial • “Features” complejas pueden estar compuestas de otras
“features”
• Una “feature” GML tiene propiedades, una o más de las cuales
pueden ser geométricas
• Una colección de gemetría GML es una geometría GML
• Geometría GML:
- contiene coordenadas
- especifica un sistema de referencia en un archivo separado
