Assisted Chairman and CEO in the completion of $52m of new equity investment, and leading preparation for a followon round. Undertook successful negotiation with New York taxi incumbents to provide them with access to Hailo technology platform. Assisted CEO in reformulating business strategy, exit of direct presence from overlycompetitive North American market, and reduction of cash burn by ~50%. Ubiquisys Swindon CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER May 2011 August 2013 CFO of global marketleading telecoms business (backed by Accel, Advent, Atlas and Google).
