A. an approach that combines the Disaster Risk Management framework of HFA (2005),

UN/ISDR (2013), RA 10121; the Climate Change Adaptation framework of IPCC

(2012) and RA 9729; Mellennium Ecosystem Assessment; IUCN Ecosytem-based DRR CCA; and FPE’s BCSD

B. a multidimensional and process-oriented vulnerability framework;
