Reflection on your fellowship’s fellowship

Scale from 1 to 10, how do you rate the relationships in your fellowship?

Use ONE descriptive word to describe people’s relationships in your fellowship. What makes you use that particular word?

What are some of the things you like about your fellowship’s fellowship? What contributed to the things you like?

What are some of the things you do not like about your fellowship’s fellowship? What contributed to the things you don’t like?

Role of Caring-department in fellowships

This is not only Caring Department’s tasks to care for brothers and sisters in fellowship, but the whole committee has to take part in cultivating a ‘caring’ culture in fellowship. “Action speak a thousand words” - Actions of modeling is the best way to teach about soul care.

Committee has to empower cell group leaders to care for their cell group members - leader’s gatherings.

Caring-department should be people-focused than program-focused
