入場手続きと交通に関するお知らせ ENTRY DETAILS AND TRANSPORTATION:

• 歩行者と自転車－イベント会場には午前１０時のイベント開始まで入場することができません。自転車は、先着400台まで基地内に駐輪場が設けられますが、基地内では自転車から降りて押していただくことになります。

• 正門からの入場は午後２時をめどに締め切られます。入門停止時間は、当日の混雑状況によって前後する可能性があります。

• 個人車両用の駐車場はありません。日米親善デー当日、 基地内に自家用車、自動二輪車、原付での入場はできません。公共交通機関を利用ください。

• Pedestrians and bicycles – Entry to the event site opens at 10 AM. Cyclists are asked to walk in; parking for up to 400 bikes will be available inside the air station.

• Pedestrian traffic will be admitted through the Main Gate only. Pedestrian traffic will be allowed to enter from 1000 - 1400. At 1400, the Main Gate will be outbound traffic only.

• No POV Parking on base –privately-owned vehi-cles, to include motorcycles and mopeds, will be prohibited from entering during Friendship Day, please use public transportation.

JR列車とバス | TRAIN & BUSJR岩国駅と南岩国駅が最寄の駅となっています。両駅から米軍岩国基地までは徒歩で約30分です。JR岩国駅からは岩国基地内に乗り入れる事ができるシャトルバスが運行されます。The closest JR stations from MCAS are Iwakuni station and Minami Iwakuni Station. It will take about 30min on foot from either station to MCAS. Shuttle buses to MCAS Iwakuni will be available from JR Iwakuni Station.

身分証明書の提示、保安上の注意事項• 身分証をお持ちください－入場時に身分証明書を所持

していない18歳以上の人は警備情チェックに時間がかかることがありますので、来場の際には身分証の持参ください。

• 身分証明書としては、パスポート、自動車運転免許証、健康保険証、住民基本台帳カード、印鑑証明書の他、写真と個人氏名、生年月日、性別と現住所のわかる身分証であれば結構です。

• 日本国籍を持たない方は、基地入場に関してはパスポート、在留カードまたは特別永住者証明書のいずれかを提示いただくことが必須です。

• 子どもは身分証を提示する必要はありませんが、高校生と大学生は学生証の持参を推奨します。

100 PERCENT I.D. CHECK AND SECURITY POLICY• Bring I.D. – Please bring an official form of ID.

JAPANESE CITIZENS

• Passport, Driver’s License, Health Insurance Card (Kenko Hokensho), Certificate of Residential Reg-istration (Jumin Kihon Daicho Card), Certificate of Individual Seal Registration (Inkan Shomeisho), as well as any other ID with photo, full name, date of birth, gender and address are all accept-able forms of identification

• Children will not need to produce identification, however young adults (high school age to adult) are encouraged to bring student ID.

NON-JAPANESE CITIZENS

• Non-Japanese guests MUST bring either pass-port or Residence Card to gain access to the air station.

• 次のものは持ち込み禁止です。ペット類（盲導犬を除く）、バーベキューグリル、アルコール類、覚せい剤、麻薬類、武器類、火薬類（花火・爆竹含む）、爆発物、銃、小火器類、武器、小火器等の模造品、危険物、他人を危険にさらす恐れのある道具や機器

• All visitors to the air station will pass through a security screening checkpoint prior to entry. The following items are prohibited: Knives, model guns, fireworks, BBQ grills and any oth-er items that may cause harm or a fire. Alcohol and pets are prohibited. Please refrain from bringing oversized bags/containers. All bags are subject to search. Oversized bags may slow down the screening process when com-ing aboard the base.

その他注意事項航空機地上展示エリアでの喫煙は禁止です• 公務用制服は、実際にその制服が示す公務の勤務者を除き、基地内でミリタリー系の制服、その他公務用制服の着用はご遠慮ください。

NOTES AND ADVISORIES: SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE AIRCRAFT STATIC DISPLAY AREA• Official duty utilities are symbol of being on

active duty and service. Visitors are asked to refrain from wearing military or any official duty uniforms aboard the installation during Friendship Day unless they are on active duty.

積極的に基地関係者に話しかけたり、一緒に写真を撮ったりして楽しんでください。Throughout the event grounds, there will be many op-portunities to interact with Americans, experience a little of daily life aboard the station and get a glimpse of what it is we do here. Don’t be afraid to start a conversation or snap some photos with our community members.

食事と飲み物 | FOOD AND BEVERAGESイベント会場ではアメリカンフードやドリンクも販売します。アメリカ人が伝統的に好きな、ピザ、ステーキ、ハンバーガー・ホットドックや特に人気のターキーレッグも買うことができます。また、日本の屋台も多数出店される予定ですので、お祭り気分が更に盛り上がります。Several Food and Drink stations are conveniently located on the Friendship Day grounds. Traditional American Favorites including Pizza, steak, hamburg-ers, hotdogs and our famous Turkey legs will be cook-ing throughout the day.
