primarily used for noise control. We are proud to offer a unique palette of track components, cores, fabrics and print technologies that place no limits on the design process. There are no
"standard" or "pre‐fabricated" products; every installation is a custom blend of ourinstallation is a custom blend of our

Track
There are three standard tracks; 12 mm, 25mm and 50 mm depth which are fire resistant track extrusion for securing fabric. Systems thicker than 50mm are available. The track is made from an eco polymer which is from 100% recycled materials.Edge details include: Square, Bevel, Radius, welted and reveal.Track is fixed directly to plasterboard, acoustic core filled in between track. Fabric is then stretched between the tracks, creating a finished panel.
W ll C di iWall ConditionsIf Plasterboard:Fabric Systems track is fixed directly to plasterboard. Depth of the system is as specified.The system is very adaptable to slight imperfections in the plasterboard and does not require a smooth and perfect surface tob i t ll dbe installed.There is no need to paint or prime plasterboard in areas which will be covered by the system unless there are exposed shadow gaps.
If Concrete:Depth of the system will be minimum 37 mm (25 mm track on 12mm MDF strips).MDF strips will be mechanically fixed to concrete where applicable. Fabric Systems track will then be fixed to the MDF strips

With a density of 96 kg m3.Alternative core can be provided to meet specific acoustic performance requirements. Tackable core available upon request.
Fabric
Select from hundreds of different suppliers. Certain fabrics work better in our system so please contact us to discuss if a certain fabric is suitable. Fabric Systems work with Vescom, Kvadrat, Camira, Knoll, Bute, Creation Baumann, Chelsea harbour as well as many more. Leather can also be used in our systems and we recommend leather from Spinneybeck, Crest and Andrew Muirhead.
