The proposed and accepted ASRC changes to Conference membership provisions impact the By-laws as follows

ARTICLE I - Organization

Section 1 - Groups

CHANGEs The Appalachian Search Ie Rescue Conference Inc (ASRC) shall be di vided into field organizations called Groupsll Each Group shall provide for italf whatevar name organization operating procedures and training it deems appropriate providing it adhere to the article of Incorporation Bylaws operational procedures speci tied in the ASRC Operations Manual and training requirements and standards specified in the ASRC Training Guide
