enjoy fun encounters. Nothing beats the joy of focusing the frame of your camera
on these moments and captur ing some memorable scenes. Print ing and imaging
has made i t possible for us to share this del ight with family and fr iends, and create
last ing memories we can cherish. Thanks to advances in photo imaging technology,
anyone can take images that once required the use of special equipment and
techniques.
CP+ is where people can experience the joy of “shoot ing, viewing, and connect ing.”
I t proposes ways to lead a r ich photo imaging l i fe, and serves as the stage for the

Global market share for ILDCs (Interchangeable Lens Digital Cameras)(Actual sales for January to December, 2013)
The digital camera market rapidly expanded in the early 2000s. In addit ion, in the 2010s, the market has ushered in a new era for full-fledged digital imaging. Currently, there is growing demand for products with higher performance and higher functionality. Advances in digital camera technology have fueled the development of a lineup of sophisticated products designed to meet a range of user needs. They have gained new user bases and have continuously helped provide more people with an enjoyable and fulfilled life.
Digital cameras adapted to wide-ranging user needs
Current ly, Japanese brands account for the major i t y of d ig i ta l cameras sold. This has been accomplished based on the know-how and key technologies in product development, which have been accumulated over the years since the days when film cameras were the mainstay of the industry. These technologies and information will play a key role in contributing to the development of the world’ s photo imaging culture.

“World Premieres”In 2012, CP+ established a “CP+ World Premiere” logo for use on world-first announcements of products that satisfy the defined standards. Since then, the exhibition has become one of the largest venues in the world for exhibitors to announce their new products. In addition to the exhibition booths, the event also provides exhibitors with opportunities to widely and effectively disseminate information, such as that on facilities (including press rooms for domestic and overseas media).
CP+ World Premiere logo
As an effort to publicize CP+ domestically and internationally as a venue for world-first announcements of products, we have established the CP+ World Premiere logo. The logo has been used widely by exhibitors on the products in their booths. Information was also provided via the press room.
CP+ is a venue that offers a diverse range of gateways and business opportunities where exhibitors can disseminate and gather information at the same time. There are a number of World Premieres (world-first announcements of products) every year, as well as effective zonings designed to attract specific target audiences.

France Zooms photo contest prize-winning works on display
Photos that won prizes from the Zooms photo contest held by SALON de la PHOTO, our friendship exhibition in Paris, for up-and-coming photographers, will be exhibited. This is the second time we have exchanged works with this exhibition as part of an effort to expand international photo and imaging culture exchange.
Photo imaging on high-definition displays
High defini t ion displays, such as 4K monitors, are projected to rapidly become the norm for image viewing in the near future. These new types of displays will be used t o show o f f pho to images a t C P + 2 0 1 5 . V i s i t o r s w i l l b e a b l e t o experience high resolution photo imaging that is more beautiful than ever before.
“Photo Accessory Outlet”
We are planning to hold an outlet sales exhibition of photo accessories for the last two days (Saturday and Sunday). Only exhibitors are allowed to participate in this exh i b i t i on . We h ope yo u w i l l t a ke advantage of this opportunity.
CP+2015 FEATURE
With a number of World Premieres (world-first announcements of products in Japan), CP+ will more effectively introduce new products, technologies, and information to various target consumers.
Hasselblad JapanJapan is considered to be the Mecca of cameras. This status is what makes CP+ the perfect place for Hasselblad Japan to get our name out and promote our products. Last year we simultaneously announced the World Premiere of our SLR camera “HV” and medium format camera “H5D-50c,” and in the process successfully captured the interest of many visitors who came to the exhibition. We feel that if it became possible to make World Premiere announcements on the official CP+ home page before the exhibition, it might be possible to attract more visitors in the future who come with a specific purpose in mind.

Responsibilities and Prohibitions for Exhibitors Regarding Exhibitions(1) Responsibility for payment
When an exhibitor applies to exhibit via the official website, the exhibitor assumes the responsibility to pay the exhibition fee when the application completion screen appears. The exhibitor must accept responsibility for the payment of the exhibition fee and other expenses charged by the CP+ Division (including electricity and equipment rental fees) that arise during the event period, until such payment is complete. Invoices for the other expenses will also be issued by the CP+ Division (event coordinator: Toppan Printing Co., Ltd.).
(2) Compliance with laws and regulationsExhibitors must comply with the effective laws and regulations in Japan for the transportation and management of exhibits and other items, as well as for the management of decorative articles and other actions taken in regard to such.
(3) Damage, management responsibility, and insurance1) In managing and maintaining the event site, the organizers and the CP+ Division will deploy security
guards and take other concerted measures to prevent accidents from occurring during the event period. However, the organizers and the CP+ Division will assume no responsibility for injury or damage resulting from natural disasters, fire, theft, loss, or other causes beyond their reasonable control. Therefore, each exhibitor is advised to take their own measures to prevent theft and other undesirable events.
2) If an exhibitor causes injury or damage to visitors, other exhibitors, or any other third party at the event site, the exhibitor will be held solely responsible. No responsibility will rest with the organizers and the CP+ Division whatsoever.
3) Each exhibitor must designate a management representative for its booth and convey the name of this person to the CP+ Division in advance. This person must observe all work and operations performed in the booth throughout the entire event period.
4) Exhibitors must manage the exhibits and other items at their own responsibility by taking out insurance or performing other necessary measures.
5) If a demonstration of an exhibitor is considered to be potentially hazardous to visitors, the CP+ Division may ask the exhibitor to cancel or limit the scale of the demonstration, or advise them to take other necessary measures. The organizers and the CP+ Division will assume no responsibility for any accidents resulting from the exhibitor’s demonstration.
(4) Installing and removing exhibit itemsThe period for shipping exhibit items to the event site and installing booths will be announced at the explanatory meeting with exhibitors scheduled for October 22, 2014. No items may be brought to, removed from, or moved to a different part of the event site during the event period without the prior approval of CP+ Division. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to maintain and clean their exhibit items and booth lots. Exhibitors are also responsible for removing their exhibit items by the designated date. The organizers and CP+ Division will assume no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor’s exhibit items or other goods in connection with the removal stipulated in this paragraph.

The basic equipment for these partitions are panel systems, which are used for both the back and side walls. The side walls are 2 m wide. However, if the neighboring booths are block booths, the side walls are extended to the edge of the passage. In addition, as a general rule corner booth lots do not have any side walls. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to procure all the required implements (such as display counters, suspended signs, guide panels, company name plates and so forth) at its own expense. Alternatively, CP+ Division also offers the affordable “package booth,” an example of which is described in the “Description of Important Matters Related to the Exhibition at CP+2015.”
