Based on 14-hour traffic count conducted by MBO, modal share ofbicycle increases from 4.25 % in 1999 to 9.54% in 2006.
Results of the air quality monitoring showed that TSP at the 2 sites are
relatively lower during carless day than other days where motorizedvehicles are allowed to run.
