• 是指2019年12月起在湖北省武漢市出現的病毒性肺炎病例群組個案It refers to the cluster of viral pneumonia cases occurring in Wuhan, Hubei

Province, since December 2019

• 已列為須呈報的傳染病Has been included as a statutorily notifiable infectious disease

• 病原體為一種新型冠狀病毒A novel coronavirus is found to be the causative agent

病徵Clinical features

• 包括發燒、乏力、乾咳及呼吸困難Include fever, malaise, dry cough and shortness of breath

傳播途徑及潛伏期Mode of Transmission and Incubation Period

• 主要的傳播途徑是經呼吸道飛沫傳播，亦可通過接觸傳播The main mode of transmission is through respiratory droplets, the virus can also

be transmitted through contact

• 現時資料顯示潛伏期介乎1天至14天（常見為5日）Current information suggests that the incubation period ranges from 1 to 14 days

(most commonly around 5 days)

證據顯示該新傳染病有導致持續社區爆發的迫切風險There is evidence or immediate risk of sustained community level outbreaks

就監測，調查及控制，實驗室支援，感染控制等有一系列的應變措施Response measures on surveillance, investigation and control measures,

laboratory support, infection control measures will be implemented

督導委員會會由行政長官擔任主席，並由食衞局提供秘書處支援。The Steering Committee will be chaired by the Chief Executive with Food

and Health Bureau providing secretariat support

3. 熟悉政府的傳染病應變計劃Familiarise with the Government’s preparedness

plan for infectious disease

就傳染病爆發而進行商業環境評估以辨別出脆弱的環節, 因口, 例如因口岸控制對服務的影響Conduct a business environment assessment to identify vulnerable areas with respect to the infectious disease outbreak , e.g. disruption of service due to border closures

建立與政府之聯絡渠道並懂得從那個政府部門獲取專業忠告

Establish contact with the Government and know where to get professional advice from the Government departments

4. 維護您企業的核心操作和商務Maintain your core operations and businesses

根據不同級別之啟動而制定的員工調配／值勤計劃及核心服務的運作計劃Develop plans for staff deployment/roster and operational plans for core services in accordance with various levels of activation

為指定的核心服務選定骨幹員工。而這些崗位應該有額外的防感染措施供應以及人手安排Identify those skeleton staff for designated essential services. There should be additional infection control measures catered to such posts with arrangements for additional staffing

準備職員輪班計劃和鞏固後備員工作為後備資源，因為在大型傳染病爆發期間可能會有高缺勤率Prepare staff roster plan and secure back up staff as surge capacity, for during major infectious disease outbreak there may be high absenteeism

考慮為職員與附屬或合作公司進行人手配對以維護備用人手，這様亦有助於保障公司和其客戶的利益Consider pairing up staff with affiliate or partnership company to maintain backup manpower, this also serves to protect both the interest of company and its client

以重新整理工作日程表使會議數量減到最小，並在資訊科技協助下，如使用更多視像電話會議設施等，來減少人與人之間的直接交往Decrease direct human interaction by rearranging the schedule of work to minimize the number of meetings, with the help of Information Technology e.g. use more video/telephone conferencing facilities

provide suitable training on use of PPEs, infection control and so forth;

若員工染病，就應該讓他們退勤

Relieve staff members from work if they are sick

良好的網上系統配合適當安全性及網絡存取至應用軟件工具，是員工能在家中工作的重要方法；

Good on-line systems are tools that enable employees to work from home with appropriate security and network access to software applications;

對外，這樣的電子平台能為顧客及商務夥伴開拓網上及自助服務的選擇。在流感大流行期間，這樣的電子通訊及交易系統能使人與人的交往減到最小；

Externally, such electronic platforms expand online and self-service options for customers and business partners. Such electronic communication and transaction systems enables you to minimize human-to-human interaction during a pandemic;
