Creative people sometimes get into technical roles, vice versa
Think they like an industry but realize they don’t
Resume – go through and see what is no longer necessary
Add new experience, description, update previous entries
Update skills certificationsPreviously more geared toward showing how he can add value/earn, now is more experience-based
Universities should do a better job to prepare students for both the job search and for entering “the real world”
Many people don’t realize that they need to be proactive in preparing themselves for the school to work transition

• Insights: Students that are not prepared may find out too late that they are poorly equipped to succeed in job search, or that their studies do not relate well to their desired career path
