Se folosesc n primul rnd n dome- niu industrial att pentru msurare ct i pentru asigurarea legturii electrice i mecanice dintre traseele electrice de comand i putere. Sunt destinate pentru realizarea conexiunilor ntre conductori de cupru cu capetele pregtite sau nepregtite n circuite unde tensiunea este conform tabelului de caracteristici ale clemelor.Carcasa din material izolant cu caracteristici mecanice i electrice deosebite produse din poliamid se pot fixa uor i rapid att pe in de 35/7,5mm (omega) dup normele EN 50022 ct i pe in 32/15 (in C).1Sistemul de prindere al firelor electrice este compus din corpul de contact(3), in conductoare (2) i surub (1). Cnd urubul este strns, firul elec- tric (4) este prins ntre suprafaa dreapt a prii inferioare al corpului i2ina conductoare astfel nct nu face contact direct cu urubul de strn- gere. Cu aceast metod firul electric este protejat la deformrile mecanice3cauzate de urub i asigur o rezisten de contact mic i constant. Dacurubul este strns cu o for prescris, fora de frecare ntre urub i cor-pul de contact va fi de valoare s npiedice slbirea contactului.4Accesul la urub este printr-un orificiu al crei diagonal mpiedic cderea urubului i limiteaz dimensi- unea maxim a vrfului urubelniei care se poate utiliza la strngerea urubului.nserierea clemelor se realizeaz cu clemele "U" pe mijlocul clemelor sau cu clemele tip piaptn la bornele de conexiune laterale. STANDARDE DE REFERIN: MSZ EN 60947-7-224Elemente de conexiune pentru conductoriCleme de legtur (pe in) TSKBAceste cleme sunt destinate pentru realizarea conexiunilor rapide i sigure a conductorilor ntre 0,2mm2 - 6,0mm2, n sisteme de distribuiei de comand. Se pot folosi la conductori masivi fr papuci sau la cei flexibili i liai cu papuci tubulari de capt sau pini.Spre deosebire de clemele cu urub n aceste tipuri de cleme firele electrice se introduc frontal, de sus i jos. Astfel ina cu cleme se poate monta mai aproape de ina cu aparataje economisind astfel spaiu i totodat este mai simpl i rapid realizarea conexiunilor.Arcul din oel (1) necoroziv n urma unui tratament termic special, apas conductorul (3) pe ina (2) din cupru elec-trolitic tratat cu aliaj de argint.13Pentru realizarea conexiunii arcul se aduce n stare de conectare cu o urubelni obinuit. n locul astfel creat se poate introduce conductorul. Dup ndeprtarea urubel-niei arcul va apsa conductorul pe ina conductoare cu o for suficient s fac imposibil extragerea conductorului din contact. Aceast for a arcului totodat asigur o rezisten de contact de valoare redus i constant exact ca n cazul clemelor cu urub. Pentru extragerea conductorilor din clem se parcurge acelai procedur ca i la introducere. Cu ajutorul urubelniei se slbete fora de apsare a arcului i se scoate conductorul.Carcasa din material de baz poliamid cu caracteristici electrice deosebite, cu rezisten la temperaturi foarte ridicate i ocuri mecanice, cu caracteristici ignifuge UL94-V0, asigur posibilitatea de montaj pe in "omega" sau "C" conform normei EN 50022.n gama de produse este cuprins i clema de pmntare de culoare verde/galben care asigur o rezisten de con-tact sczut pentru o conexiune perfect ntre conductorii de pmntare i ina de oel.Tabelul 3 conine clemele tipodimensional i caracteristicile lor generale iar n tabelul 4 sunt prezentate accesoriile disponibile.STANDARDE DE REFERIN: MSZ EN 60947-7-1
