The ANA number (10-digit) printed on your card is an important number required for reserving flight tickets, earning miles, using Awards, and more. When you contact us, please let us know your ANA number.

Obtain your AMC password (4-digit number) from the above address.

Select “Forgot your Password?”

Confirm your e-mail address, and then click “Next.”

Enter the items required to confirm your identity (AMC number, date of birth, and telephone number), and then click “Next.”

After confirmation, a link to set your new AMC password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

ようこそ！ ANAマイレージクラブへANAマイレージクラブライフを始めるにあたって、必要なパスワードの初期設定をご案内いたします。

お手持ちのカードに印刷されたANAマイレージクラブお客様番号（10桁）は、航空券のご予約、マイルの積算、特典のご利用などに必要となる大切な番号です。各種お問い合わせ時には、ANAマイレージクラブお客様番号をお知らせください。

上記アドレスよりAMCパスワード（4桁）を取得します。

「パスワードをお忘れの方」を選択します。

送付先eメールアドレスを確認後、次へをクリック

ご本人様の確認欄に必要事項（AMC番号・生年月日・電話番号）を入力後、次へをクリック

確認後、ご登録のeメールアドレスへAMCパスワードを新規に設定いただくための専用ホームページアドレスが送付されます。

Registering a Web password to use the online services

ANA Mileage Club Service Center

For detailed information about registration methods, please also visit ANA SKY WEB.

Set your AMC password from the link included in the text of the e-mail (subject: “Notification Regarding the Process for Setting Up a New Password With ana.co.jp”) sent to your registered e-mail address.

From the e-mail, click the “Set new password” link to complete the procedures.

Enter your AMC password (4-digit, one-byte number).

From the Web password registration page, enter an 8- to 16-digit password that includes both one-byte letters and numbers.

Inquiries about the ANA mileage program

Confirm whether your registered e-mail address has changed, and then click “Register New Password.”

An e-mail letting you know that your password has been changed will be sent to your designated e-mail address.

Enter your date of birth and telephone number.

登録メールアドレスに届いた「ANA SKY WEB 新規パスワード設定手続のお知らせ」という件名のメール本文に記載のアドレスより、AMCパスワードを設定します。

eメールを確認後、◆新規パスワード設定◆のURLより手続きへ進みます。

AMCパスワード（半角数字4桁）を入力します。

表示されたWebパスワード登録画面より、アルファベットと数字の両方を組み合わせた半角8～16桁で入力します。
