今明兩天是勞動部勞動力發展署高屏澎東分署舉辦的「2015 社會企業國際研討會」。今明兩

天的研討會主題包含社會企業的核心價值、社會企業:NGOs/NPOs 的永續發展新選擇、社會企

業多樣化模式和社會企業的創新等議題，邀請產官學研各界的專家加以討論，我們期待今明兩

天研討會熱切地討論能激盪出許多火花，產出具體的建議及適合我國發展社會企業的做法做為

研擬政策的參考。相信透過今明兩天「2015 社會企業國際研討會」的活動，能提供南台灣地

區民眾對於社會企業有更進一步的認知、了解社會企業的發展模式、最新的國際趨勢並有和現

場的產官學研各界專家互相交流的難得機會。最後，謹再次向所有與會嘉賓表達歡迎與感謝之

意，「2015 社會企業國際研討會」在各位嘉賓的熱烈參與下，將能喚起台灣社會對於社會企

業發展的重視，對未來社會企業之推動是絕對有幫助的。也希望與會者今明兩天能有很豐富的

I would like to welcome you to join our 2-day “2015 Taiwan Social Enterprise International Conference” held by Kaohsiung-Pingtung-Penghu-Taitung Regional Branch, Workforce Development Agency, Ministry Of Labor.

The cover issues are Core value of social enterprise, Social Enterprise - An Alternative for the Sustainability of NGOs/NPOs, Innovation of Social Enterprise, etc. We invite representatives from business, government and academic field. Through the enthusiastic discussions, we would be able to come up with new ideas and visions, generate practical suggestions, and design the practice which is suitable for the development of social enterprise of Taiwan.

非營利或是營利?商業或是慈善?目前國內很多重要的社會議題都是由非營利或慈善組織來解決，

企業在過去除企業社會責任的發展，很少被視為問題解決者，然而社會企業是同時結合兩種性

質的新混合組織。這種新型態的組織與其發展的計畫，把關心社會和環境發展當作最重要的商

業精神與價值觀，並且不斷持續利用創新與特別的方式嘗試解決社會與環境的問題。我們可以

從這些新的模式中學到甚麼呢?

具豐富非營利組織、公民組織與政府互動策略方案主持人，專長為國際非

政府組織網絡連結與策略分析、國際會議管理、方案設計、大型活動志工

管理與社會企業跨部門合作倡議。

Mr. Jeff Hoffman

Jeff Hoffman主要領導跨國企業在全球場域的慈善、人力資源及特殊專案

活動，在專責企業社會責任領導者的過程中，Jeff擁有豐富經驗與非營利

組織、公民參與組織、政府部門合作發起具策略性的創新方案。Jeff目前

在其創立的Jeff Hoffman & Associates擔任董事長，這是一間專業輔導企

業走向全球公益及公民參與的公司，其宗旨在讓企業、非營利組織及個人

運用創意有效解決社會問題，透由他們在企業公民、社區發展關係、志願

服務領域及社會目的市場開發的全球獨特經驗，他們成功的為企業及個人發掘了充滿希望、承

諾與機會的世界。

Jeff在迪士尼集團有31年的工作經歷，退休前的職務為負責集團全球外展事業部副董事長一職，

這個角色必須承擔迪士尼在全球市場對於集團公益、社區關係及具社會目的的行銷活動，期間

他開發了迪士尼企業志工計畫及迪士尼家庭志工日專案，迪士尼外展事業部為集團企業社會責

任的專責機構。

他同時應邀擔任美國著名非政府組織光點基金會的董事，也受前加州州長阿諾史瓦辛格指派為

加州志願服務委員會主席、國際志工協會全球企業志工聯盟創始成員及加州企業夥伴計畫顧問。

Abstract: For-Profit or Not-For-Profit? Business or Charity? Some of society’s most challenging issues are being solved by these hybrid organizations, or programs, where a core element of the business plan is tackling social and environmental challenges. What can we learn from these new models?

With rich experience in planning and executing programs and projects with NGOs, NPOs and governments. She is specialized in NGOs management, volunteer development, mega event volunteer system, social enterprise and civic engagement.

Mr. Jeff Hoffman Jeff Hoffman is an accomplished corporate executive who has served on the global stage in the areas of corporate philanthropy, human resources, operations, special projects and events. Through board and commission leadership roles, he has a distinguished history working with non-profit, civic and government agencies on strategic direction and innovative programs. Jeff is president of Jeff Hoffman & Associates, a global philanthropy and civic engagement firm that enables businesses, organizations and individuals to re-imagine how they can effectively be part of the solution. With singular global experience in corporate citizenship, philanthropy, community relations, volunteerism and cause-related marketing, the firm has created some innovative programs to help corporate or individuals explore a world full of hope, promise and opportunity. Working at The Walt Disney Company for 31 years, Jeff most recently served as Vice President of Disney Worldwide Outreach. In this role, he had global responsibility for Disney’s philanthropy, community relations and cause marketing activities including its award winning employee volunteer program, Disney VoluntEARS. Disney Worldwide Outreach is part of Disney’s Corporate Responsibility group. Known as a leader in the CSR field, Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors of the Points of Light Institute and its Hands On Network. He was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to the California Commission on Service and Volunteerism (California Volunteers) where he serves as Chair. He is an advisor to the International Association of Volunteer Efforts’ Global Corporate Volunteer Council and the California Business Partners Program. Jeff’s other Social Enterprise and civic involvement includes current membership on the Board of Advisors for The Center on Philanthropy and Public Policy at the University of Southern California. Previously, he served as a board member of the Entertainment Industry Foundation, a gubernatorial appointee to the California Tourism Corporation and chair of the Public Relations Committee of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce.

社會企業和非營利組織的關係為何? 社會企業可以成為未來永續發展的新選擇嗎?

王鵬超董事長

光原社會企業是台灣第一個以「社會企業」命名的企業，意在創造原住民

在地就業機會，將土地、人力兩者結合推廣有機農業；發展自肥料製作、

生產、銷售，形成產銷供應鏈，並撥出部份盈餘，推動部落教育及農產發

展，成為一個以原住民為主體的社會企業。迄今已與超過 50 個以上團體

合作銷售，未來更將朝多元、異業合作方向發展。

鄭永權經理

在自行車產業工作了 17 年後，2008 年投入非營利領域的工作，成立協會

倡議終身學習的重要並致力於青年職涯發展的協助工作。2009 年十月，

受邀加入 World Bicycle Relief (WBR)，負責亞洲供應鏈發展與亞洲團隊

建造工作。因參與 WBR 從慈善基金會轉型為社會企業的經驗，2014 年七

月受邀擔任國際合作發展基金會董事。

蕭淑珍董事長

原為工程師，曾在工研院從事科學研究和科技大學任教多年，在撫育腦

性麻痺併有智障的女兒過程，深感社會弱勢的朋友的無助，希望以自己

的科學背景，能為他們開創較美好的人生。

相邀一群志同道合的家長，共同成立了喜憨兒基金會。本著”給他魚吃不

如教他釣魚”的精神，先在高雄開了溫馨的烘焙屋，把憨兒的能力與工作成果成功的行銷到社

區，也喚起社會對弱勢朋友的重新認識與接納。我們築夢踏實，一步一腳印，慢慢將喜憨兒基

金會的服務擴展到台北、新竹，經營的項目與規模也逐漸擴大，除了烘焙、餐飲，更結合農業、

觀光與發展中之幸福產業。現在已有 55 個服務據點，每年服務 650 位左右的憨兒，他們生活

在社區，有家、有工作、有朋友。

Abstract: How does social enterprise relate to NGOs/NPOs? Can social enterprise be an alternative for the sustainability of NGOs/NPOs?

Mr. Patrick Wang He is the chairman of Aurora Social Enterprise Co.,Ltd. .Aurora Social Enterprise Co.,Ltd. is a company established by a group of aboriginals and friends who are willing to do what they can for the benefit of the environment. It is the first company in Taiwan established with the sole purpose of acting as a social enterprise. It is currently selling the aboriginal’s organic products and to establish the economy of the tribe to further assist the aboriginal farmers to regain their culture.

Mr. Cheng, Yung-Chuan (also known as Peter Cheng) After working in bicycle industry for 17 years, in 2008, Oct., he switched the career to non-profit field to advocate the importance of lifelong learning, and founded association to dedicate in counseling & supporting of career development for youth generation. In 2009, Oct. Mr. Cheng was invited to join in World Bicycle Relief (WBR) to manage the global supply chain, and built up Asia team for WBR’s long term development. In 2014, July, he was invited to be one of directors of ICDF, providing the experience of social enterprise to be one of approaches of project proceeding. Ms. Shu-Chen Hsiao Ms. Hsiao used to be an engineer. She did technological research at Industrial Technology Research Institute and taught at Technology University for many years. On the journey of raising her own daughter, who suffers from cerebral palsy and is intellectually challenged, she understands how helpless those disadvantaged people are. Therefore, with her technology specialty, she hopes that she could help them to live a better life. Children Are Us Foundation is found by a group of parents like her. “Teaching a man how to fish is better than giving him a fish” is the motto. The Foundation runs a cozy bakery. They successfully promote skills and achievement of mental retarded individuals to the communities and raise the awareness and re-acceptation of the underprivileged. They have a dream and make it come true step by step. They gradually expand business in Taipei, Hsinchu, and increase business items and scales. Other than bakery and restaurant, they combined agriculture, touring and other industries. Children Are Us Foundation has 55 service centers. They serve 650 mental retarded individuals, who live in the community, have their homes, jobs, and friends.

社會企業有那些可依循的發展模式呢? 希望這些模式可以協助社會企業的新創家去發展他們的

事業，並且了解不同模式會面對的優勢和風險

連庭凱首席園丁

他在 28 歲時成功將他所創辦的醫藥電子商務公司在台灣上櫃，而後投入

商業策略，創新科技以及創業領域。目前擔任首席園丁的綠然能源則是台

灣唯一獲得 B 型企業認證的公司。連先生致力於將綠然能源打造為降低碳

排放、再生能源建置、植樹與兒童環境教育的社會企業。

林遂心主任

目前是新加坡國立大學商學院金融系副教授。在任教於新加坡國立大學前，

曾於消費金融與企業金融、財務管理、地產等領域有豐富的工作經驗。她

擁有會計師和特許金融分析師之執照。同時也是新加坡國立大學亞洲社會

創業與慈善事業中心(ACSEP)主任。身為 ACSEP 主任，重新定位 ACSEP 作

為新加坡國立大學的介入方案，透過研究及教育的方式，促進人們對社會

企業及公益的了解及實踐。在教育領域，林遂心成立獎學金並發展出一套

涵蓋大學及研究所的課程規畫。林遂心與許多大學及非營利組織合作，發展高階人才培訓計畫，

鼓勵在菲律賓及印尼的企業永續發展。

林銘遠董事總經理

林銘遠先生目前是守護天使管理顧問的創辦人兼董事總經理; 守護天使管

理顧問是一家從事創業投資和社會影響力投資的基金公司。經由投資與顧

問業務方式，林先生及其團隊提供新創科技事業與社會企業，直接的資金

支持和各類創業與經營策略建議。除了投資科技和社會企業新創公司外，

他還參與了多項政府青年創業方案的倡議，支持科技創業和整個台灣社會

的企業生態系統。在台灣、中國、香港及新加坡，他參與經營一些知名的

創業投資基金如中經合創投、新加坡豪峰創投基金…等。其個人已有 20 年創業投資的實務與

實績，近二年來，他帶領其團隊投入 8 家新創事業，包括 3 家社會企業。

SESSION 2: DIVERSIFICATION OF SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND PHILANTHROPY, NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE BUSINESS SCHOOL

LIN MING YUAN/ FOUNDER AND GENERAL MANAGER, CATALYST, INC.

Abstract: Are there any patterns to assist social entrepreneurs to start their own SE development process? By knowing the patterns can help the social entrepreneurs to learn the challenges they might face and understand the key success factors in the SE pattern they are working on.

Mr. Corey Lien After completing the IPO of his B2B business in medical field at age of 28, he devotes himself into business strategy, technology and startups. He is currently the Chief Gardener of DOMI, the first B Corp certified company in Taiwan. Mr. Corey Lien devoted his knowledge to build DOMI as social enterprise that lowers carbon emission, implement renewable energy, tree planting and kids environmental protection.

Ms. Lam Swee Sum Lam Swee Sum is an associate professor of finance at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. Paper qualifications aside, Swee Sum has had plentiful work experience in corporate banking, corporate finance and real estate before joining NUS. She holds professional qualifications as a chartered accountant and a chartered financial analyst. She is also the Director of the Asia Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and Philanthropy (ACSEP) at the NUS Business School. As Director of ACSEP, she re-envisioned ACSEP as an intervention program in the NUS to promote understanding and the impactful practice of social entrepreneurship and philanthropy through research and education. Therefore, ACSEP conducts both basic and applied research and disseminates the knowledge through formal as well as informal learning experiences. In the area of education, Swee Sum has worked to establish scholarships and develop the curriculum for both the undergraduate and graduate school. Modules include social entrepreneurship, business with a social conscience, measuring success in philanthropy and impact investing, and other projects. Swee Sum has partnered with various universities and non-profit organizations to develop train-the-trainer programs to foster entrepreneurship for sustainable development in the Philippines and Indonesia.

Mr. Peter Lin Peter Lin is Managing Director of Catalyst Capital Group, one of Taiwan venture capital firm and social impact investment fund. Through Catalyst Capital, Peter provides direct supports and strategic advices to technology ventures, and social enterprises. He is also involved in young entrepreneurship initiatives to support the technology venture and the social enterprise ecosystem across Taiwan. He has led a team to invest eight companies including three social enterprises since 2013. He has over twenty years experience of solid venture capital investment, strategic planning and M&A experiences across several major venture funds in the country, with proven investment track record in the Greater China region. Peter has invested over 300 companies in which it has over 50 listed companies in different stock exchanges including Taiwan, US, Hong Kong, Singapore, and China markets.

練與聘僱身障者蒐集城市各項無障礙友善資訊，並同設計各項無障礙友善

資源引導服務 APP，以創新的科技服務和營運模式，切入未來高齡城市無

障礙資訊和資源引導的快速成長市場。

Ming Mahakittikun行銷長與銷售長

Ming Mahakittikun 目前擔任 HUBBA Coworking Space 之策略長及行銷長。

Ming 對社會企業充滿熱情並期望能在泰國成功推動社會企業。曾任職於永

續觀光產業、知名企業、網路開發公司、紡織及老年護理公司。

其所任職的 HUBBA，是給新創企業、創業者及專家們共同工作的空間。

2014 年時更拓展了一個新空間 PAH 創意空間。HUBBA 規畫下的共同工作

空間最終目標，都是讓泰國成為金融投資及東南亞高端人才的重鎮。我們的任務便是推動即將

最佳的泰國在地新創公司及企業帶到世界舞台，與世界共同競爭。

陳文志營運長

陳文志是 iHealth 政昇處方宅配藥局的營運長，本身是一位藥師，同時也是

一位醫學資訊科學的專家，他畢業於國立陽明大學衛生資訊與決策研究所，

曾參與多項的研究計畫，在研究所期間，主要研究行動科技於醫療領域的

運用，並曾參與實際的醫院資訊與藥師資訊系統的建立，2010 年與另 2 位

藥師創立了是 iHealth 政昇處方宅配藥局，希望打造一個醫療零距離的環境，

提供偏鄉方便的醫療服務。

Abstract: What are the creative elements in social enterprise? Why is it important to be innovative?

Mr. Chong-Wey Lin Founded in 2014, the OurCityLove Social Enterprise is dedicated in developing various smart phone Friendly APPs and cloud service system for city's accessible information. Women with baby strollers, old people with canes, persons with disabilities and their friends and families can download the apps and search for a friendly services closest to them. Most important of all, OurCityLove recruits and trains people with various physical disabilities, such as spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, polio, and those with visual or hearing problems, to work as accessible information investigators and accessibility consultants.

In the past 15 months, the OurCityLove SE has created 128 disability jobs, launched Friendly APPs in Taipei and 5 Taiwanese cities, and has licensed the technology to Hong Kong. Kuala Lumpur, Manila and Tokyo. The enterprise is officially invested by Taiwan's National Development Fund for they endow the smartphone technology new possibilities of initiating positive citizenship and of the pursuit of happiness in the rapidly aging society.

Mr.Ming Mahakittikun Ming Mahakittikun runs HUBBA Co-working Space as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. He’s also passionate in Social Enterprises and would like to see SE to be success in Thailand. He has the experience of sales and professional marketing management in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality industry, web development company, and textiles senior care products company.

HUBBA is a coworking space for startup entrepreneurs, innovators and professionals. In 2014, HUBBA launched another coworking space – PAH Creative space. An ultimate goal of HUBBA Coworking Community is to make Thailand the biggest city for capital funds and highly qualified talents sourcing in Southeast Asia. Our mission is to drive and bring out the best local startups and entrepreneurship in Thailand to the next level in the world’s stage of competitions.

Mr. Wen-Chih Chen Wen-Chih Chen is the director of iHealth Express Group, a special social enterprise in Taiwan. He is also a pharmacist and medical informatics specialist. He used to be one of the Secretary General of Taiwan Young Pharmacist’s Group and participates in many government projects in Taiwan. He previously worked as a senior manager of the e-management department at a hospital and was primarily responsible for the management of the pharmacy department. He then established iHealth Express Group with other two pharmacists. He majored in mobile device program for his master’s degree. His research is now focused on huge data in healthcare and most recently on medical care used in general people and the elderly in nursing homes.

社會企業，包含為低收入農夫發展的永續農業相關。他也與他人合作設

立社會投資基金，投資泰國及亞洲地區新誕生的社會企業家。此基金透

過 UnLtd 組織在東南亞運行的方案、Change Ventures（社會投資控股

公司）及 B-KIND Fund（泰國第一家社會責任投資基金，額度高達六千六百萬美元）

他還從事不同領域的社會創新研究，如：與樂施會一同研究亞洲永續發展的農業生態系統，以

及與亞洲社會證券交易所一同研究亞洲社會企業證卷交易市場。

汪浩主任

921 地震後，汪浩博士開始推動社會企業研究與教學，出版品獲英國羅

需岱爾圖書館收藏。他將企業責任導入 EMBA 課程，連續兩年擔任寶成

國際集團高階講師。作為中華民國儲蓄互助協會(CULROC)與台灣家扶基

金會(CCF)顧問，他曾在亞洲信用合作聯盟(ACCU)與香港觀塘議會分享台

灣的重建經驗。他率先主導修法將「社會企業」入法，推動中文界第一

個社企 Moocs，成為勞動力發展署 TTQS 計畫的社會企業顧問，Infinitas 集團獨立董事，透過

輔導創櫃、創新與永續報告書認證，協助社企永續經營。

Abstract: What is leadership? What kind of characteristics are needed to be social entrepreneurs? What are the key qualities that a good social entrepreneur should possess on becoming an effective leader?

Mr. Tsai Shih Yang He is the consultant of the Global Talentrepreneur Innovation & Collaboration Association (TICa). TICa is a group which everyone is from different fields and professions but shares the same value: entrepreneurship, innovation, unselfish enthusiasm, humanism, and knowledge-sharing. We are creating a platform to pass down the knowledge, from which young talents can learn and grow. Through the platform, TICa promotes the innovation in industry, collaboration between academic institution and the industrial enterprises, nursing more competitive and international youth.

Mr. Sunit Shrestha Sunit Shrestha is founder & Managing Director of ChangeFusion, a non-profit institute under Thai Rural Reconstruction Movement Foundation of the Royal patronage. ChangeFusion supports social enterprises in various areas including appropriate technology for sustainable agriculture for lower income rural farmers, sustainable tourism and more.

He also collaborate to design the setup of social investment funds for emerging social entrepreneurs in Thailand & Asia through UnLtd Programs in Southeast Asia, Change Ventures (a social investment holding company) and B-KIND Fund (Thailand's first Socially Responsible Investment Fund with the fund size of 66M USD).

He also engaged in different areas of social innovation researches such as the development of ecosystems for sustainable agriculture in Asia with Oxfam as well as the feasibility study of Asian Social Stock Exchange with the ADB. He involved in innovative public policy fostering through different posts; second secretary to the National Social Enterprise Committee chaired by the Prime Minister, a former member of competitive regulation subcommittee under the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission.

Mr. Wang Hao After 921 earthquake, Professor Wang Hao started to encourage the research and education on social enterprise.His publications are treasured by Rochdale Library in United Kingdom. He brought the notion of corporate social responsibility into EMBA courses, and served as senior lecturer at Pou Chen Corporation for 2 years. As an Advisor of Credit Union League of the Republic of China and Taiwan Fund for Children and Families, he shared Taiwanese post-earthquake reconstruction experience and stories with Asian Confederation of Credit Unions and Kwun Tong District Council, Hong Kong. He is a leading person advocating the amendment of law on ‘social enterprise’. He runs the first social enterprise massive open online courses in Chinese and serves as an advisor at Workforce Development Agency for social enterprise of TTQS project and as an independent director at Infinitas Group. He assists social enterprise to reach sustainable management through over-the-counter market, innovating and getting certificate of Corporate Sustainability Report.

有熱情。Shino 目前在 Impact HUB Tokyo 負責創業相關規劃。在成為企

業家前，她曾是小眾市場顧問，將社會企業及跨國大公司連結，共同建

立具規模的社會企業。她自 2007 年以來一直是 Base of the Pyramid 的

作家、倡導者和記者，從開發中國家的人民需求中，培育創新之氛圍。

鄭志凱董事長

為活水社會企業投資公司共同創辦人及董事長。活水社會企業投資公司

是台灣第一個，也是唯一投資社會企業的基金。 鄭先生同時也是聯訊創

投公司及矽谷橡子園太平洋創投基金的共同創辦人。在創投公司的經驗

讓鄭先生能評估及增進社會企業之效益。而社會任務導向的影響力投資

經驗則幫助鄭先生引導和促進營利企業的社會意識。鄭先生相信，即使

這兩種型態的企業最終目標不同，他們可互相汲取其優點。鄭志凱先生

旅居美國矽谷超過 25 年，創投業務遍及電腦網路、半導體及生技產業，其間廣泛接觸美、台、

中國各地傑出科技人才，並曾擔任十餘家新創公司董事，因而得以近距離觀察產業的更迭，趨

Mr. Jeng Yih is the chairman of the Social Enterprise Development & Research Center at National Sun Yat-sen University. He has PhD degree in Finance at University of Iowa in USA. He has diverse experiences in new financial product development, portfolio theories and modeling, financial derivatives modeling and implementation

Ms. Shino Tsuchiya

Shino is the co-founder and director of Impact HUB Tokyo. She is passionate about

entrepreneurship and change-making leadership. She is in charge of entrepreneurship

program in Impact HUB Tokyo. Before being an entrepreneur herself, she had been a very

unique niche consultant to connect social enterprises with multinational / large companies

to establish scaling social business together. She had been a writer, advocator, catalyst,

and journalist in Base of the Pyramid field since 2007, to nurture the atmosphere of

innovation from people's needs in developing countries.

Mr. Chih-Kai (CK) Cheng is the co-founder and Chairman of B Current Impact Investment, the first and only fund in Taiwan that focused on investment to social enterprises. Mr. Cheng is also a co-founded two conventional venture capital funds, Harbinger Venture and recently Acorn Pacific Ventures. The profit pursuing practices of venture funds helps Mr. Cheng evaluate and improve the efficiency of social enterprises. At the same time the social-mission-oriented impact investment practices helps Mr. Cheng guide and enhance the social awareness of typical for-profit enterprises. Although these two types of enterprises have different ultimate objectives, he believes they can learn things from each other. While being a resident in Silicon Valley, California for over 25 years, Mr. Cheng travels extensively to Taiwan and China. He served as board directors for over a dozen of companies and oversees their growth from inception to exit. With those extensive hands-on field experiences, Mr. Cheng writes frequently on innovation and entrepreneurship. His essays had been collected in a book “Out of Serendipity”.

謝邦俊先生目前除負責主持及管理財團法人愛盲基金會外，同時擔任黑暗

對話社會企業(股)公司(Dialogue in the dark)及新加坡旭日控股公司董事長，

並為行醫近三十年的中西整合醫學醫師。

Dialogue in the dark (DiD)於 1988 年原創于德國，目前全球 DiD 盟員共有

27 個，台北 DiD 是其中之一。DiD 講求在地特色發展與共創分享，全球每

一個 DiD 都擁有各自的獨特的面貌與風格。截至今日，全球已有 30 個國家，

170 餘個城市，超過 800 萬人經歷過黑暗對話的體驗世界，而且此一數字還在快速增加中。

His perfect record in business school has been honed in the non-profit context through a wide range of services including project management, strategic planning, data analysis, programme design and implementation, and team and community building. Mr. Ben Hsieh Dr. Ben Hsieh is not only the Chair man of Taiwan Foundation for the blind, but also the Chairman of DiD Social Enterprise Co.,Ltd. Taipei, Sinoop Corporation, Land Publish International, Ong & Hsieh Holdings, Singapore and also a doctor of complementary alternative medicine. Dialogue in the dark (DiD) originated from Germany in 1988, there are 27 allies join this global family. DiD TPE is one of them. DiD focuses on localization and sharing information. Each city has unique model and style. Until now, there are 30 countries, more than 170 cities, and over 8 million people has experienced DiD, and this number is still rapidly increasing.
