1. 机场使用规定 1.Airport operations regulations
1.1 所有技术试飞需事先申请,并在得到空中交通
管制部门批准后方可进行。
1.1 Each and every technical test flight shall be filed
in advance and conducted only after clearance has
been obtained from ATC.
1.2 航空器在得到管制员发布的可以拖动、推出的
管制许可指令后,机组或机务人员应在 5 分钟之
内执行;若超过 5 分钟,管制指令自动取消,机
组或机务人员需重新申请。
1.2 Flight crew or maintenance crew shall drag or
push back the aircraft within 5 minutes after obtained
clearance from ATC; 5 minutes later ATC clearance
automatically canceled, shall request again.
1.3 所有出港航空器在离地后首次联系进近管制
室时应主动报告当时高度(米制单位)。
1.3 All departure aircrafts shall inform flight altitude
(Metric unit) to APP Controller on the initial contact.
1.4 本场实施机坪运行管理,由呼和机坪负责所有
航空器在机坪管制区(08、26号跑道以北全部投用
的停机位。A(不含)以北的 F、G、H、K、N滑行
道全段。L01-L10、M01、M02 滑行道全段)的推
出、开车、滑行和其他涉及航空器运行的指挥工
作。
1.4 APN operation implements in the airport and all
aircrafts push-back, start-up, taxiing and other
operations in the APN control area (all the parking
stands in use at the north of RWY08 and RWY26; F,
G, H, K, N north of A(excluded); L01-L10, M01,
M02) shall follow the instructions of APN.
1.5 机组可通过 PDC 和管制指令两种方式获得放
行许可,机组在收到放行许可后,应当在报告准
备好开车前 5 分钟向呼和塔台或呼和地面复诵放
行许可。
1.5 Flight crew shall obtain delivery clearance by
PDC or ATC instructions. After that, flight crew shall
repeat delivery clearance to TWR or GND 5 minutes
before reporting "ready to start-up".

2.2 Aircraft with wing span not less than 65m shall
enter stand Nr.33 via TWY F and TWY L10, exiting
stand Nr.33 shall be pushed back with nose to east,
then taxi along TWY L10 and TWY F toTWY
A.Aircraft with wing span more than 36m shall enter
into stand Nr.46L via TWY N and TWY L09.

航空器从接到管制员进跑道指令至对正跑道应不
超过 50秒;

finish RWY alignment within 50 seconds after
receiving ATC instructions of entering RWY.
b.如果机组认为无法在上述要求的时间内完成,须
在到达跑道外等待点之前向塔台管制员说明。
b.If flight crew consider that they can not fulfill the
process within the required time, pilot shall inform
TWR ATC controller before reaching the RWY
holding point.
2.4.2 落地航空器
a.中型机(含)以下机型从飞越跑道入口至完全脱离
跑道应不超过 50秒;

南侧进行,高度 1400-1600米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to both sides of RWY
during daytime, traffic circuits shall be made to
south side of RWY at night, at the altitudes of
1400m-1600m.
