3運賃の優先適用順位

Precedence of Rates and Charges

● 通し運賃は合算運賃に優先する。

● SCRはClassレートおよびGCRに優先する。

● ClassレートはGCRに優先する。

● GCR適用の方がSCR適用よりも安くなる場合はGCRが優先する。ただし、Classレートがカバーする品目にSCRが設定されている場合はSCRが優先する。

● 新聞、定期刊行物、別送手荷物について、GCR適用の方がClassレート適用よりも安くなる場合はGCRが優先する。

優先適用順位の基本的な考え方は、荷送人にとって、より安くなる運賃を提供すること。ただし、割増のClassレートが適用する品目については除く。

9従価料金

Valuation Charges● 航空会社の責任限度額は貨物の実重量１ｋｇに対してSDR17(注)

● 荷送人は、運送に当っての貨物の価格をAWB上に申告しなければならない。申告は具体的価格、またはNVD(No value declared)をもってなされる。

● 荷送り人がSDR17/kgを上回る貨物の価格を申告し、従価料金が支払われる場合は、SDR17/kgを超える補償が可能になる。

● 従価料金が支払われても、全てのリスクがカバーされるわけではない。従って、荷送人は別途の運輸保険を掛けることが望ましい。

● SDRの為替（各通貨への換算）はTACT Rules, Section 3.2を参照 (TACT Rules, Section 3.2)

● 従価料金は申告価格がSDR17/kgを越える部分に対して0.75%

(注)モントリオール条約(MC99)適用輸送および米国発着の輸送については、２００９年１２月末よりSDR19に引き上げられた。参考：JALブリテン（約款の改定について）

Charges Collect Shipments

● 着払いができない貨物・宛地国：a. 荷受人が荷送り人と同じ、政府機関b. 着地国の通貨規則と引渡し航空会社の規制

(TACT Rules, Section 7.2.2. List of Payment Facilitiesを参照)c. 遺体、生きた動物、腐りやすいもの、身の回り品、家財道具

● 着払い手数料運賃と従価料金の合計額に対して5%、ただし最低料金USD10

● 支払いがおこなわれる着地国通貨への換算貨物の到着通知が発送される日に有効な換算率（多くの国で週単位のBanker’s selling rateを使用）

18立替払い

Disbursements

1. 立替払いとは Disbursements航空輸送開始前にかかった地上輸送、書類作成等の費用を発地の代理店が立替払いし、

その費用を着地で航空会社が荷受人から徴収して、発地代理店との間で精算する。(注)

2. 立替払い金額 Disbursement Amounts立替払い金額は運賃額を超えてはならない。ただし、運賃額がUSD 100.00未満の場合はUSD 100.00を上限に立替払いできる。

3. 立替払い手数料 Disbursement Fees立替払い金額の10%、ただし、最低料金USD 20.00

4. 航空運送状の記入 Air Waybill Completion航空運送状のOther Charges欄に記入する。(例１、例２)

20欧州内の運賃

Rating Concept within Europe

多くの欧州各国の間では、次のような運賃が導入されている。

運賃＝基本料金(Basic Charge) + (kgあたり賃率 x 運賃適用重量)

Classレートの割引・割増率はBasic ChargeとRate/kgに対して適用する。
