GUIDELINES: PAYMENT DETAILS

1. Application deposit should be made in favour of Ishwer Realty and

Technologies Private Limited

2. Only valid application deposit for Rs. 54,000 (single booking) & 1,08,000 (Jodi

booking) in form of cheque / DD / RTGS shall be accepted

3. Application deposit of Rs. 54,000 per unit shall be accepted for Bulk Bookings

4. Multiple instrument details would NOT be accepted in the form

GUIDELINES: CHANNEL PARTNER DETAILS

1. Correct Reap ID is mentioned

2. Correct name and mobile number is mentioned

3. Application form is signed by channel partner

4. Date of application must be 20th Feb onwards only

5. Source must be Channel partner only

MASTER PREFERENCE CLAUSE ENSURES:

Closest unit available to preference is allocated and allocation chances are the best

GUIDELINES: MAXIMUM ALLOCATION

1. No two choices should be the same

2. In order to ensure your client’s chances of allocation do ensure

– Maximum preferences are selected ( best case all four options are selected)

– Master clause is selected ( which increases the chance manifold)

POST APPLICATION PROCESSES

1. Only complete forms with valid Application Deposit & documents will be

considered for allocation

2. Only those forms submitted between 20th Feb to 28th Feb would be accepted for

allocation

3. Allocation based on first-come-first-serve basis

4. Application Deposit will be immediately realized post submission of instrument

5. One person can apply for a maximum of 6 units using the bulk application form.

6. 30% units are reserved for Lodha existing customers, employees/associates

Results are declared post completion of submission

period

1. Complete transparency: Unit details allotted will be shared over e-mail

2. Applicants may withdraw their application on or before 9 pm, 28th Feb 2016. In that case the

booking amount would be refunded to client without interest. The client must send a withdrawal

number in the mail subject
