Dear Fellow Rotarians,

As we are living our everyday’s lives, there are many friends and fellow countrymen in many prov-inces of Thailand that are facing heavy fl ood situations in many areas especially the provinces that are along the Chao Praya River, in the central and lower north-ern regions such as in Suphanburi, Ayutthaya, Singha-buri, Angthong, Chainat, Pichit, Pitsanuloke, Sukho-thai, Nakhonsawan, Tak and many provinces that are seriously troubled. The situations are still in the crisis, the agricultural, fi shing and transporting areas are badly damaged. The District 3330 RI does not sit still with this situation. DGE.Dr.Sanguan Kunaporn, the Chairman of the District Disaster Committees had come up with the project to help disaster victims to help those in need. I’m sure that all of you want to help these victims. Please do not hesitate as to how to help to really get to those in need. โครงการเยาวชนแลกเปลี่ยน / Youth Exchange Program

ประธานคณะกรรมการเยาวชนแลกเปลี่ยน ภาค 3330 โรตารี่สากล

มวลมิตรโรแทเรียนที่เคารพครับ

ในปนี้ มีเยาวชนเดินทางจากภาค 3330 ไปยังภาคอื่นๆ

จํานวน 18 คน ประเทศที่ไดเดินทางไปนั้น มี แคนาดา 1 คน,

อเมริกา 8 คน, เม็กซิโก 4 คน, ญี่ปุน 2 คน, เซาทอัฟริกา 1 คน,

ฟนแลนด 1 คน, บราซิล 1 คน และมีเยาวชนเดินทางเขามา ใน

ภาค 3330 จํานวน 15 คน จากแคนาดา 3 คน, อเมริกา 5 คน,

เม็กซิโก 3 คน, ญี่ปุน 1 คน, เซาทอัฟริกา 1 คน, บราซิล 2 คน

โดยจาก เซาอัฟริกาจะเขามาในเดือน ธันวาคม 2554

จํานวน 18 คนที่เดินทางเมื่อเดือนสิงหาคมในป 2554

นี้ และ 15 คน ที่เดินทางเขามาในปนี้นั้น เกิดจากโครงการ

เยาวชนแลกเปลี่ยน ปที่ผานมา คือป บริหาร 2010-2011 หรือ

2553-2554 ทุกภาคที่เขารวมโครงการไดสิ้นสุดการคัดเลือก

เยาวชนเพื่อทําการแลกเปลี่ยน เมื่อเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2010

หรือ 2553 โดยแตละภาค ตางตองประสานงานกันกอนการคัด

เลือกวาจะแลกเปลี่ยนกัน แลวคณะกรรมการของแตละภาคแจง

ใหเยาวชนผูสมัครทราบ เยาวชนก็จะทําการสมัครไปประเทศ

ตางๆ แลวภาคมาทําการคัดเลือก หลังจากนั้นแตละภาคจะได

ยืนยันการแลกเปลี่ยนกันอีกครั้งหนึ่ง แลวแจงใหเยาวชนทราบ

เยาวชนที่ไดรับการคัดเลือกก็จะเดินทางในปบริหาร 2011-

2012 หรือ 2554-2555

ภาค 3330 ในปบริหาร 2010-2011 ของ ผูวาการ

ภาค คุณหมอพรชัย ที่ผานมา กระบวนการเริ่มตนที่การประชุม

อบรมเจาหนาที่สโมสร โดยสโมสรที่จะเขารวมโครงการตองสง

YEO ของสโมสรเขารวมประชุม และดําเนินการตามขั้นตอนจน

กระทั่งไดจํานวนการแลกเปลี่ยนดังกลาว

มาในปบริหารของทานผูวาการภาคอรชร สายสีทอง

คือป บริหาร 2011-2012 เยาวชนที่สมัครในปนี้ จะเดินทางใน

ป 2012-2013 ของทานผูวาการภาคสมภพ ธีรสาสน เรามี

สโมสรที่สง YEO เขารวมประชุมอบรมเจาหนาที่สโมสรที่ภูเก็ต

จํานวน 49 สโมสร นั่นหมายถึงวา หากทุกสโมสรสงเยาวชน

แลกเปลี่ยนเพื่อทําการคัดเลือก คณะกรรมการโครงการในปนี้

จะตองหาประเทศใหไดอยางนอย 49 ที่นั่ง หรือมากกวา เพราะ

บางสโมสรอาจไดสิทธิสงไปสองคน ตามจํานวนสมาชิกที่มีของ

สโมสร

คําถามเกิดขึ้นในคณะกรรมการเยาวชนแลกเปลี่ยนวา

จะทําอยางไร

เปาหมายเบื้องตน ผมไดเรียนทานผูวาการภาคอรชร

สายสีทองวา คณะกรรมการไดตั้งเปาหมายจะเพิ่มจํานวน

เยาวชนแลกเปลี่ยนใหไดอยางนอย 30 คน และจะตองออกไป

หาตลาดใหเยาวชนของเรา โดยการสงคณะกรรมการไปรวม

ประชุมเจาหนาที่เยาวชนแลกเปลี่ยนในภูมิภาคตางๆ ทั่วโลก ทั้ง

ยุโรป อเมริกา ญี่ปุน ออสเตรเลีย

ในเดือนสิงหาคมที่ผานมา จึงไดมีคณะกรรมการ

จํานวน 3 คน เดินทางไปประชุมกับกลุมประเทศ EEMA ,Eu-

rope-Eastern-Africa-Mediteranian, ที่เมืองโจฮานเนสเบิรก

ประเทศเซาอัฟริกา เมื่อวันที่ 25-31 สิงหาคม 2554 ซึ่งผมคง

เลาเรื่องการประชุมใหในคราวหนา ผลจากการประชุมโดย

ทานนายกสุชนา เฉลิมเติม ทานอดีตนายกเอมมา สุทธิสังค

และผม เราคาดวานาจะมีที่นั่งทางกลุมประเทศเหลานี้เพิ่มอีก

จํานวนอยางนอย 10 ที่นั่งคือ ฝรั่งเศส เนเธอรแลนด ไอซแลนด

เดนมารค สวีเดน นอรเวย ฮังการี สาธารณรัฐเชค ฟนแลนด

สวิสเซอรแลนด เตอรกี เปนตน รวมทั้งที่หายไปในปนี้คือ

เยอรมัน คงตองกลับมามีการแลกเปลี่ยนกันตอไป

สําหรับการเตรียมตัวของสโมสรในการที่จะสงเยาวชน

แลกเปลี่ยนในปนี้เพื่อเดินทางในปหนานั้น ขอใหสโมสรมอบ

หมายให YEO ที่เขารวมประชุมเปนผูดําเนินการ ขั้นตนโดยการ

รับสมัครครอบครัวอุปถัมภอยางนอย 3 ครอบครัว หากทาน

จะสงเยาวชน 1 คน หลังจากนั้น ประกาศไปยังโรงเรียนใหมี

เยาวชนที่สนใจมาสมัคร แลวทานทําการคัดเลือกในสโมสรให

เสร็จเดือนตุลาคม เมื่อทําการคัดเลือกแลว แตละสโมสรสงใบ

สมัครตามแบฟอรมที่ผมสงไปใหมายังผม เพื่อทําการสอบคัด

เลือกเพื่อจัดลําดับที่ในการเลือกประเทศตอไป

Youth Exchange Chairman, D 3330 RI

This year, there are 18 outbound YEs from D 3330 RI. The countries they are going to are: 1 to Canada, 8 to America, 4 to Mexi-co, 2 to Japan, 1 to South Africa, 1 to Finland and 1 to Brazil. There are15 inbounds into D 3330 RI, 3 of them are from Canada, 5 from America, 3 from Mexico, 1 from Japan, 1 from South Africa and 2 from Brazil. The one of South Africa will come in December 2011 as in picture Of the 18 YEs that left in August 2011 and 15 inbounds that will come this year, they were the result of last year’s Youth Exchange project (2010 – 2011). Every district that joined the project had fi nished their selections of youths for exchanging within November 2010. Each district had to coordinate before choosing to exchange. The board will then inform the applicants, the youths will apply to various countries and the district does the choosing. After that each district will confi rm the exchange one more time and inform the youth. The youth selected will be travelling in the year 2011 – 2012. The District 3330 RI in the year 2010 – 2011 under the leadership of Dr.Pornchai that had passed, the processes started from the Dis-trict Assembly. The clubs that wanted to join the project must send their YEO to the meeting and followed the processes until they ended with such exchanges. As in the year of DG.Orachorn Sai srithong which is 2011 – 20112, the youths that apply will be travelling in 2012 – 2013 in the year of DG.Sompop Theerasan. We have 49 clubs that sent their YEOs to the District Assembly. That means that if all the clubs send their Youth Exchange to be elected, this

year’s board will have to fi nd at least 49 seats abroad or more, because some clubs will have the right to send 2 YEs according to the num-ber of club members. The question arose within the Board of Youth Exchange as to how. The prime target, I had informed DG.Orachron Saisrithong that the Board had set the goal to increase the amount of YEs to at least 30 and will have to go out and fi nd the tar-get market for our youths by sending the com-mittees to meetings of YEs in various regions all over the world, be it in Europe, America, Japan and Australia. So, in last August, 3 of the committees went with the EEMA (Europe-Eastern-Africa-Mediterranean) in Johannesburg, South Africa on August 25 – 31, 2011. I will tell you about the meeting the next time. The result of the meeting by P.Suchana Chalermterm, PP.Emma Sutthisank and me, we expected to gain more seats from these countries for at least 10 seats which are France, the Netherlands, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Hungary, Czech Republic, Finland, Switzerland, Turkey, etc. The one missing is Germany which had to bring back exchanges in the future. As for the preparation of the club in sending the Youth Exchange this year to travel next year, please have the YEO that went to the meeting manage the fi rst step by receiving 3 host families for 1 YE. After that, send out to school to have students apply and do the selec-tion within October. After you’ve done with the club selection, each club have to remit the form that I have sent back to me to do more test to arrange the priority in selecting the country.

In the past few weeks, more than half of the prov-inces of our country especially in the northern and cen-tral region had met with fl ood situations. Many areas had sustained repeated diffi culties. Everyone knows that the government has no plan to be able to solve the problem in the near future. What we can do is to show our spirit by donating money and relief materials for our brethrens. We have a network of almost 300 Rotary clubs with more than 7,000 Rotarians in our country that are willing to go out to help relief those in need. So if any Rotarian or any club wishes to donate money, the District 3330 RI will gladly be the center to pool the funds and resources with other districts and clubs to be used in helping the suitable areas in time. ในชวงหลายสัปดาหที่ผานมา ปรากฏวากวาครึ่งหนึ่งของจังหวัดทั่ว

ประเทศ โดยเฉพาะในภาคเหนือและภาคกลางไดประสบกับอุทกภัย

หลายจังหวัดหลายพื้นที่ไดรับความเดือดรอนซํ้าซาก และทางราชการยัง

ไมมีแผนการที่สามารถปองกันแกไขปญหานี้ไดในเร็วๆ นี้ สิ่งที่พวกเรา

พอทําไดก็คือการแสดงนํ้าใจเสียสละรวมบริจาคเงินและสิ่งของใหกับพี่

นองเพื่อนรวมชาติ

เรามีเครือขายสโมสรโรตารีเกือบ 300 แหง และ สมาชิกมากกวา

7,000 คนทั่วประเทศ ที่จะชวยกันออกไปบรรเทาทุกขและฟนฟูผูประสบ

โครงการเยาวชนผูนํา RYLA

ภาค 3330 โรตารีสากลไดจัดโครงการ

อบรมเยาวชนผูนํา (ไรลา) ขึ้น ณ วันที่ 15-19

ตุลาคม 2554 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนดุสิต

ศูนยตรัง ตําบลทับเที่ยง อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง

โดยมีเยาวชนเขารวมโครงการจากสโมสรโรตารี

ตางๆ ประมาณสโมสรละ 4-5 คน ประมาณ 360

คน และทีมพี่เลี้ยงจาก มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎ

สวนดุสิต ศูนยตรัง ตําบลทับเที่ยง อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง

อีก 60 คน โดยมีสโมสรโรตารีตรัง และ สโมสรโรตารีชอ

ศรีตรัง เปนเจาภาพจัดงาน

โครงการอบรมเยาวชนผูนําปนี้ ตองการใหเยาวชนมี

“ความกลาหาญ ความคิดสรางสรรค รูจักคิดนอกกรอบ มีจิต

อาสา และมีความรับผิดชอบ รูจักการทํางานเปนทีม” ดังนั้น

ขอเชิญ มวลมิตรโรแทเรียนทุกทาน เขารวมกิจกรรมหรือ

พบปะพูดคุยกับเยาวชนผูเขารับการอบรม และทีมพี่เลี้ยง

รวมทั้งมวลมิตรโรทาเรี่ยนดวยกัน ที่ Facebook Rylatrang

Trang ไดตั้งแตบัดนี้ เปนตนไปและขอเชิญมวลมิตร โรแท

เรี่ยนทุกทานมาเขาเยี่ยมชมการทํากิจกรรมของเยาวชน วันที่

15-19 ตุลาคม 2554 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนดุสิต ศูนย

ตรังตําบลทับเที่ยง อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง

As the District 3330 RI will be holding the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) on October 15 – 19, 2011 at Rajabhat Su-andusit University Trang Campus, T.Tubtiang, A.Muang, Trang with youths joining this proj-ect from various clubs about 4 – 5 youths per club to the total of ap-proximately 360 youths plus 60 chaperones from Rajabhat Suan-dusit University Trang Campus, T.Tubtiang, A.Muang, Trang

with the Rotary Club of Trang and Rotary Club of Chorsritrang as the host. This year’s RYLA intends for youths to have “the courage, creativity, know to think out-side the box, like to volunteer and have the respon-sibilities with the knowledge of teamwork.” So I would like to invite to ask all Rotarians to join the activities or to have discussion with the youths at-tending and chaperones along with fellow Rotari-ans at Facebook Rylatrang Trang from now on and you are also welcome to visit the youths’ activities on October 15 – 19, 2011 at Rajabhat Suandusit University Trang Campus, T.Tubtiang, A.Muang, Trang.

“การแขงขันกอลฟโรตารีภูเก็ตการกุศล ครั้งที่ 19” รายไดหลังหักคาใชจายทั้งหมด นําไปใชเพื่อการบําเพ็ญประโยชนแกชุมชน ในปบริหาร 2555-2556 มีนายกรับเลือก ธนิต ตันติวิท ประธานจัดงาน และอดีตนายก กุลศิริโพชนุ-กูล ประธานฝายภัยพิบัติ สโมสรโรตารีภูเก็ต จัดใหมีการรับบริจาคเพื่อผูประสบอุทกภัยฯ ดวย งานนี้จัดขึ้นในวันเสารที่ 17 กันยายน 2554 ณ สนามกอลฟภูเก็ต คัลทรีคลับ นยล.ธนิต ตันติวิท และสโมสรโรตารีภูเก็ต ขอขอบคุณผูเขาแขงขัน และผูรวมบริจาคชวยเหลือผูประสบอุทกภัยทุกทานมา ณ ที่นี้ดวย

“RC of Phuket 19th Charity Golf Championship”The incomes after deducting expenses will be used for community services in the year 2012 – 2013 with PE.Tanit Tantiwit as the host chairman. And PP.Kulsiri Pochnukul, the Chair of Disaster of RC of Phuket held up donations to help flood victims. The event took place on September 17, 2011 at Phuket Country Club Golf Course. PE.Tanit Tantiwit and the RC of Phuket would like to thank all who participated and donated for flood victims.
