透明化與開放政府備忘錄Memorandum on Transparency and Open Government

三個開放政府的核心價值

● 透明：政府應該提供人民關於政府的所作所為，讓政府的一舉一動都能負責。

● 參與：政府應該主動地徵求政治領域之外的專業人士的參與，讓政策享有充沛資訊所帶來的好處。

● 協作：政府官員應該彼此合作、並與人民一起協力，以解決全國性的問題。
