El sistema de preimpresión comienza con un espacio F.T.P (File Transfer Protocol), alojado ennuestro servidor, por el que se accede desde nuestra página Web; nuestros clientes puedenenviarnos todos sus archivos de los trabajos que nos encarguen de una maneralógica, sencilla, segura, barata y muy, muy rápida.Una vez en nuestro poder sus archivos y el pedido de realización, revisamos el material recibido(preferiblemente formatos PDF, por seguridad). Si fuese necesario, maquetaríamos, diseñaríamos yenviaríamos al cliente pruebas de color de calidad certificada por Kodak.

We carry out the assembly and the distribution in sheetswith a very sophisticated system, called Prynergy.Once the assembly is carried out, we carry out, if this isrequested, a final test called "ferros", that is sent in PDFformat or is printed in colour, and is delivered to the clientfor his final approval. The system of digital quality proofscertified by Kodak comprises a Epson Stylus Pro 7.800plotter of 8 colours and maximum quality, and anotherKodak 1200i plotter of 6 colours, with a maximum width of150 cms, and with a length of up to 100 metres that allowsus to print on paper and plastic for proofs and posters, foruse as much in interior as in exterior.The last step of the pre-printing is the engraving of theoffset plates.Our system was the first one with these features thatwas settled in Spain. It is a completely automaticsystem, without human manipulation of the plates: thesystem CTP (computer to plate). It is a VLF of thewell-known Kodak brand, with a maximum plate formatabove 1500 x 2000 cms, and with the greatest availablespeed in laser. From this moment on, all the numericalinformation dealing with colour densities, colorimetriccorrections, density curves, physical data of the work,etc. are sent to our flow of K.B.A.'s work, where they areinterpreted and assumed by the printing system.

El montaje y la distribución en pliegos los realizamos en un sistema denominado Prynergy.Una vez realizado el montaje realizamos, si así se requiere, una prueba final denominada “ferros” quese envía en formato PDF o se imprime en color y se entrega al cliente para su aprobación final. Elsistema de pruebas digitales de calidad certificada por Kodak comprende un plotterEpson Stylus Pro 7.800 de 8 colores y máxima calidad, y otro plotter Kodak 1200i de6 colores y con una anchura máxima de 150 cms., y un largo de hasta 100 metros quenos permite imprimir sobre papeles y plásticos para pruebas y carteles, tanto parauso en interior como en exterior.

El último paso de la preimpresión es el grabado de las planchas offset.Nuestro sistema fue el primero que se instaló en España con estas características. Es un sistemacompletamente automático sin manipulación humana de las planchas; el sistema CTP (computer toplate). Es un VLF de la acreditada marca Kodak con un formato máximo de plancha superior de 1500x 2000 cms. y con la mayor velocidad disponible en láser. A partir de este momento, todos los datosnuméricos de densidades de color, correcciones colorimétricas, curvas de densidad, datos técnicosdel trabajo, etc. son enviados a nuestra cadena de trabajo de K.B.A. donde son interpretadas yasumidas por el sistema de impresión.


Una vez recibidos desde preimpresión por nuestra intranet todos los datos del trabajo yregistros de color, densidades, curvas, etc., estos son comprobados y se envían a lamáquina de imprimir, una Koening Bauert Albert (K.B.A.).Esta máquina introduce las planchas del trabajo, ajusta ella sola el trabajo tanto de registrocomo de color a través de un escáner espectrofotométrico y sistema óptico de registroasegurando al cliente un consumo inferior a 50 pliegos de maculatura y una homogeneidady constancia de color desconocida hasta ahora. La máquina arranca con un tiempo inferiora 10 minutos. La impresión se realiza a una velocidad estándar de 13.000pliegos/hora.

El nuevo Sistema de Impresión y KBA-162El nuevo sistema de impresión es una instalación que por sus singulares característicases el primero que se realiza a nivel mundial.Está compuesto por un sistema de logística integral que manipula, prepara y limpia los palés depapel, cartón o plástico antes de introducirlos en la máquina de manera automática sin intervenciónhumana.En una 2ª fase, ésta misma logística sacará el palé impreso, lo retractilará, y lo cargará en camiónsi así se requiere.La máquina de imprimir es una KBA-162 con 5 colores más torre de barniz-laca,unidad de troquelado y salida prolongada. Máquina de tecnología mixta, uso de tintasconvencionales, tintas ultravioletas o las nuevas tintas híbridas. También puede imprimir sin agua.Workflow digital completo. Automatización completa de todas las funciones de la máquinareguladas previamente y en tiempo real desde producción.Cambio de plancha, ajuste, entonación, control on-line de calidad densitométrica y colormétrica.Dispositivo autónomo para dividir el pliego una vez impreso.El uso de tintas híbridas nos permite barnizar en una sola pasada a la vez queimprimimos la cuatricromía y crear reservas con ajuste perfecto de barniz UVI, brilloy mate a la vez pudiendo incluso tramar el barniz creando así efectos con diferentestexturas y granulados y dando la sensación óptica de tres dimensiones.La eliminación de los polvos antimaculantes redunda en una mayor limpieza de la impresión y en unsecado automático, permitiendo la manipulación nada más terminar la impresión.

Podemos imprimir papeles y cartones metalizados que, con el uso del blanco opaco,crean efectos superiores al Stamping. También disponemos de un programa parametalizar cualquier fotografía o archivo del cliente, efectos FX, tridimensionales,holografía y 3D.La maquina puede imprimir desde papel de 60 grs./m2 hasta minimicro o cartón compacto de unespesor de 1,2 mm. Esta operación se realiza de manera automática en tiempo compartido con otrasfunciones.El formato mínimo que puede imprimir la maquina es de 60 x 88 cms. y el mayor formato es de121 x 163 cms. Está preparada con refrigeración de baterías y cilindros pudiendo imprimir si es másconveniente con las nuevas planchas sin agua consiguiendo así, unos resultados de impresióndesconocidos hasta ahora. Los cambios de un trabajo a otro, los realiza el sistema solo, sin intervenciónhumana, en tan solo 4-5 minutos.La máquina puede troquelar en línea hasta 500 grs., también puede dar golpe en seco o relieve.Los palés de materias primas, papel, cartón, minimicro, plásticos, etc... Entran solos en la máquinaguiados de forma segura y completamente automática por la logística que incorpora el sistema.Los palés ya usados son conducidos por un sistema robotizado de nuevo a la entrada para sureutilización.
