    Nh my Bia chai l mt phn ca nn cng nghip nh,c mt v tr c bit trong nnkinh t quc dn.

    Phn xng Bia l mt phn ca x nghip cng nghip. Nhim v ca phn xng lch bin , gia cng nguyn liu th thnh cc loi s phm tiu dng v phc v sn xut phc v cho cng vic pht trin v xy dng t nc

    Phn xng Bia theo ti c giao l thit k phn cung cp in cho mt xngchim din tch 727 m2 , bao gm cc cc b phn v thit b t sn theo bn v mt bng. I.2 . PHN NHM NG LC :

    Nhm mc ch to s thun tin trong cng tc qun l , vn hnh cng nh khi thicng i cp, ta phn nhm thit b da vo cc yu t sau :

    - Theo quy trnh sn xut tng b phn trong nh my , v theo cch b tr cc mynm gn nhau vo cng mt nhm .

    - S lng cc t ng lc phi c phn b u trn cc b phn sn xut ca phnxng , sao cho khi vn hnh hoc sa cha khng gy nh hng n cc b phn khc .

    Theo ti thit k th in p ngun cung cp cho phn xng l 22 KV , nn

    cung cp in cho cc thit b ca phn xng ( in p nh mc U m = 380 V cho cc thit bng lc v Um = 220 V i vi ph ti chiu sng ) ta phi thit k trm bin p phnxng , trm ny c nhim v bin i in p t 22 KV xung 0,4 KV cung cp cho mng hp .

    I .CHN V TR T MY BIN P V KT CU TRM :

    V mt nguyn l th v tr t trm bin p phn xng cng gn tm ph ti cng ttv cc yu t sau :

    - Gim c chiu di mng phn phi h p gim chi ph kim loi mu gim githnh .

    - Gim c tn tht in nng .Tuy nhin vi tm ph ti ca phn xng tm c phn trn v vi cc thit b

    h p c nh v trn bn v mt bng s 34 , ta nhn thy khng th thit k trm bin p bn trong phn xng , do vy ta s chn v tr t my bin p bn ngoi v st vi tngca phn xng , kt cu trm bin p theo nguyn l trm t trn nn ngoi tri , xungquanh ro li thp .

    Cch chn trn c u im l thi cng d dng , nhanh chng v chi ph xy dng thphn nhiu so vi cch lp t bn trong phn xng ; ngoi ra c th k n cc yu t phnh : gi c v m quan ca phn xng , khng gy tr ngi cho quy trnh sn xut vcng tc phng chy cha chy cng d dng hn so vi cch lp t MBA bn trong phnxng .

    II . CHN KIU MY BIN P :Theo cng sut tnh ton ca phn xng m ta tnh c th cng sut my bin p

    phn xng tng i nh v theo cp in p cho mng ng lc ( 380 V ) v mng chiusng ( 220 V ) , ta chn my bin p l loi my bin p in lc 3 pha lm mt t nhin doABB ch to c cp in p l 22 KV/0,4KV. y ta khng dng t 3 my bin p 1 pha v

    chn nh th s lm tng chi ph u t ban u do gi thnh cao hn v t 3 MBA 1 phachim nhiu din tch t hn so vi MBA 3 pha c cng sut tng ng .

    III .CHN S LNG V CNG SUT MY BIN P :IIB3.1/Chn s lng :

    Xc nh s lng my bin p ca trm bin p xut pht t vic m bo tin cycung cp in i vi loi h tiu th .Vi phn xng dt ta c th xp vo nhm h tiu thloi 2 & 3( h c th ngng cung cp trong mt thi gian no ), ta gi thit rng khi thit kchung cho ton x nghip th ta c tnh vic phn cng sut cho cc trm bin p phnxng v c tnh n khong d tr chung (tc l c MBA d phng hoc c d tr t

    cc trm bin p phn xng k cn chung nh my vi phn xng dt ),v vy khi thit ktrm bin p phn xng dt ta ch t mt my bin p.

    Trong thit k ny ta chn phng n i dy ngm trong rnh v chn di t chomng ng lc t t phn phi chnh i n cc t ng lc v t t ng lc i n cc thit

    - Ni t an ton : thit b ni t loi ny c ni vo v thit b in - Ni t lm vic : thit b ni t loi ny c ni vo trung tnh ca my bin p - Ni t chng st : thit b ni t loi ny c ni vo kim thu li

    - S TN-C : S ni v kiu trung tnh ni t , v thit b ni vo trung tnh ,dytrung tnh v dy PE chung.

    Dy trung tnh v PE ( Protective earth : dy ni t bo v ) c s dng chung gi l dyPEN. S ny khng c php s dng i vi cc dy nh hn 10 mm 2 (dy Cu) v 16mm2 (Al) v thit b in cm tay.

    - S TN- S : S ni v kiu trungtnh ni t , v thit b ni vo trungtnh ,dy trung tnh v dy PE tch ri.

    III .2/CHN S NI T : Do trong mng in c tit din dy thay i nn ta chn ni t dng s TN-C-S. Ccqui nh c th khi thc hin s ny:

    - c p dng mng c trung tnh ngun ni t trc tip.- Trung tnh pha h p ca my bin p ngun , v t phn phi, v cc phn t khc trong

    mng v cc phn t dn in trong mng phi c ni t chung.- Thc hin ni t lp li nhng v tr cn thit dc theo dy PEN.

    - Dy PEN khng c i ngang mng dn ,cc ng dn st thoc lp vo kt cu thpv hin tng cm ng v hiu ng gn c th lm tng tng tr ca dy.

    - Dy PEN khng c ct trong bt k trng hp no.Do khi s dng CB bo v cnm bo theo qui nh :

    + Loi 3 cc khi mng loi TN-C (dy PEN )+ Loi 4 cc khi mng loi TN-S ( 3 dy pha + dy trung tnh v dy PE )

    III .3/TNH TON H THNG NI T :III.3.1.Chn dy PE :

    Dy trung tnh ( PE ) i theo chu vi ca phn xng .Chiu di dy i t trung tnh my bin p n cui ng dy :

    L = 2 ( 29 + 21 ) = 100 mNi dy trung tnh ni t n v tng thit b bo v dng chm v mt phaTit din ca dy trung tnh PE :

    Theo IEC nu : + F pha < 16 mm2th : F PE = F pha

    + 16 F pha 35 mm2

    th : F PE = 16 mm2+ F PE > 35 mm2

    th : F PE = F pha

    Trong phn xng ny a s tit din dy nh hn 35 mm2 nn ta chn FPE = 16 mm2 .Ni dy trung tnh n thit b ni t : S :

    III.3.2. Tnh chm v ti cc t phn phi v ng lc :

    Ti t phn phi :Do dy PEN ctit din F =16mm2 tra bng PL4.28 [ HTCC NCH ] ta c :r0 =1,15/km , x0 = 0,333/km

    R = r0 .l =1,15.100 = 115 mX = x0 .l = 0,333.100 = 33,3 m Z = R + jX = 115 +j33,3I Zpen I= 119,72 m

    Ta tnh :I Zvng I= I Zpp I + IZpen I = 7,339 + 119,72 = 127,059 m
