symptoms include
thirst, weight loss
and the excessive
production of urine.

nutrition more
than body
requirements

STO: after 30 minutes of
health teaching, patient
will be able to
understand her condition
as well as the effects of
pregnancy and the
disease process:
Able to know ways on
how to prevent
complications onpregnancy

LTO: after 3-4 days of
continuous nursing
intervention, the
patients condition will
be stabilized to a
controllable level and
prevent complications
especially on her baby.
Diagnostic:
Monitor vital signsespecially BP,
blood glucose
level and input
and output and
record.
Review laboratoryresults
Obtain records forthe height, weight
body build, gender
and age.
Therapeutic:

for efforts
regarding proper
diet on her
condition
