Process flow of the D.El.Ed Online Registration/Login

The On-line Portal has the following Logins/Registration

1. Login/Registration/Entry by the Untrained Teacher 2. Login/Registration/Verification by the Principal of the School 3. Login/Registration by the State Nodal Officer 4. Various Reports 5. Important Link

1 Login/Registration/Entry by the Untrained Teacher

The teacher can register/login in two ways if the UDISE Code of the school is available or without UDISE code by giving the School Name.

1.1 Registration by the Untrained Teacher having UDISE Code (Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE) code is given to a particular school)

The Teacher will register by providing the Following information o Email-ID o Mobile o Password (minimum 6 Characters) o Confirm Password o UDISE Code o Type of School

1.2 Registration by the Untrained Teacher without having UDISE Code The Teacher will register by providing the Following information

o Email-ID o Mobile o State o District o Select School/Name of the School o Aadhar Number o Password (minimum 6 Characters) o Confirm Password o Type of School

1.3 Login by the Untrained Teacher

Once the Teacher Registers by one of the above procedure, then he/she can Login into the system by providing the email-Id, Mobile no and the Password created during the registration in the previous step.

1.3 Entry by the Untrained Teacher

The following has to be entered by the user i.e the registration form I. Name of the candidate

II. Father's Name III. Mother's Name IV. Address : V. District : should be diplayed

VI. State : should be displayed VII. Pin code :

VIII. Aadhar No /Voter Id: IX. Date of Birth : DD : MM : YYYY (selection) X. Religion : to be selected

XI. Gender : To be selected XII. Category : To be selected

XIII. Disability : To be selected XIV. Optional Teaching : To be selected (Social Science or Science) XV. Percentage in Class XII : (Message will be displayed for less than 50%)

XVI. Year of Passing XII : XVII. Date of appointment : DD : MM : YYYY

After Submission, the entire form with entries will be displayed for view with following buttons The Edit Button will take back the user to the Registration Form else the Payment Button will take the user to the next step of registration to Payment gateway for making online payment of Course Fee. Course Fee: Rs. 6000/- per Year per learner. However for the registration an amount of Rs.1500/- has been exempted to enable the Teacher to procure the DISH TV Set top box to watch the video lectures on SWAYAMPRABHA DTH Channel no. 32 telecast 24X7 for the D.El.Ed course under Teacher Education. The balance of Rs.4500/ is to be paid online by the Teacher for the First Year Course Fee. A 10 digit Reference number starting with D (D360400001) is generated. Automated SMS Alert and Email is sent to the Teacher regarding registration details with Reference number.

2 Login/Registration/Authentication by the Principal of the School 2.1 Registration by the Principal of the School having UDISE Code

The Principal will register by providing the Following information

o UDISE Code o Type of School o Name of School o Name of Principal o Number of Untrained Teachers o Email-ID o Mobile o Aadhar No. o Password (6 Characters) o Confirm Password

2.2 Registration by the Principal of the School without having UDISE Code o State o District o Name of Principal o Select School o Type of School o Number of Untrained Teachers o Email-ID o Mobile o Aadhar No. o Password (6 Characters)

o Confirm Password

2.3 Login by the Principal of the School

Once the Principal Registers then he/she can Login into the system by providing the email-Id, Mobile No. and the Password given during the registration in the previous step.

2.4 Authentication of the Teacher Record by the Principal of the School

All the data of the Teacher registered with this UDISE code or with the same School Name of which she/he is Principal, will be displayed in a grid form with Authentication Button

RefNo Name AadharNo. Application Authentication EnrolmentNo. Status --------- --------- --------------- ---------------- -------------------- ------------------- The Principal will tick the check box appearing below the Authentication Button and automatically the 14 digits EnrolmentNo. will be Generated confirming the admission of the Teacher.

3. Login/Registration by the State Nodal Officer 3.1 Registration by the State Nodal Officer

The Principal will register by providing the Following information o Email-ID o Mobile o Password (6-8 Characters)

3.2 Login by the State Nodal Officer

Once the State Nodal Officer Registers then he/she can Login into the system by providing the email-Id and the Password given during the registration in the previous step.

The State Nodal Officer can view all the registration data of the untrained Teachers of the particular State. The data can be viewed District wise.

4. MIS Reports 4.1 Based on the above registration data various MIS reports will be

generated State wise No. of Untrained Teachers State wise/District wise/School wise No. of Untrained Teachers District wise/School wise list of Untrained Teachers

Eligibility 1. The minimum qualification required for admission in D.El.Ed. (ODL) for

untrained in-service teachers is 50% marks in aggregate at Sr. Secondary (Class12th) (or its equivalent). For SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates a relaxation of 5% marks is admissible

2. Those who are not fulfilling the minimum qualification of 50% at 12th level can take admission in NIOS for improvement under Stream-1 or Stream-4 (On-Demand Examination) as part credit in one subject, 2 subjects, three subjects or upto four subjects. Successful candidates will be issued only a Mark Statement.

Mobile App

The mobile app with the name NIOS_DElEd is available in the play store by which online admission can be taken along with access to the course material of the D.El.Ed course.
