    Principiile dietei rina

    PR INCIPIILE DIETEI RINA Pentru a intelege mai bine cum functioneaza Dieta Rina trebuie

    sa stim ca aceasta se imparte in mai multe etape de cate 4 zile fiecare, astfel in cadrul acestor

    etape trebuie sa respectam cu strictete un anumit plan alimentar.

    Dieta Rina este axata pe disociere , asadar digestia este usurata deoarece stomacul primeste

    un singur tip de mancare odata, iar astfel procesul de slabire este ajutat. Trebuie doar sa se

    respecte ordinea zilelor, sa incepem cu ziua proteinelor, sa continuam cu cea a amidonului si

    carbohidratilor si sa terminam etapa cu cea a fructelor.

    Extrem de importanta este cea de XXIX-a zi (29), cunoscuta sub numele de ziua de

    detoxifiere. In aceasta zi trebuie sa consumam doar apa plata (nu va ingrijorati deoareceaceasta zi urmeaza dupa ziua in care consumati vitamine si astfel nu se creeaza carente in

    organism). In perioada celor 90 de zile ale dietei vom urma 3 zile de detoxifiere, tot a 29-a zi,

    iar dupa aceasta zi trebuie sa urmam o noua etapa care incepe cu ziua in care consumam

    proteine.

    PE DURATA CELOR 90 DE ZILE , micul dejun va fi acelasi, si poate fi format din: cateva

    fructe (2 mere sau pere, piersici, un pumn de fructe marunte) sau un suc natural (fara adaos

    de zahar). un pahar de suc de fructe, va fi considerat , o masa . Puteti consuma si cafea sau

    ceai, , insa ideal ar fi sa consumati doar apa pentru detoxifiere.

    -DIMINEATA, PE STOMACUL GOL, SE BEA UN PAHAR DE APA CALDUTA, CU O

    LINGURITA DE MIERE, SI UNA DE OTET DE MERE-nu este obligatorie, dar ajuta la

    tranzit

    - INTRE PRANZ SI CINA, NU SE CONSUMA DECAT , APA, CEAI SAU CAFEA-fara zahar,

    doar cu indulcitor

    -SUPA SI FELIA DE PAINE VOR FI CONSUMATE DOAR LA PRANZ, -nu sunt obligatorii-

    zilnic, permisa o lingura de ulei, puteti folosi in locul uleiului o lingura unt sau smantana

    LEGUME PERMISE ZILNIC

    -morcov, ceapa, pastarnac, ardei, rosii, conopida, broccoli, spanac ,

    avocado,andive,praz,telina, patrunjel,vinete,ciuperci, gulii, ridichi, castraveti,

    dovlecei,loboda, leurda.,usturoi , varza,urzici, hrean salata verde si MASLINE

    ZIUA DE PROTEINE

    In aceasta zi puteti consuma doar proteine (adica carne ,oua, sau produse lactate), legume

    permise zilnic si o felie de paine.

    NU SE AMESTECA PROTEINELE INTRE ELE -carnea cu oua sau cu branza.. ORI carne,

    ORI , branzeturi, ORI oua

    Masa de pranz poate fi formata din orice tip de carne ALEGETI INTRE -pui, curcan, vita,

    porc, iepure, etc.), aceasta trebuie sa fie fiarta , inabusita sau facuta pe gratar. In cazul in care

    nu doriti sa consumati carne, puteti sa o inlocuiti cu:– 3 oua (fierte sau prajite);– branzeturi,

    iaurt (maxim 200 grame) sau cascaval si o felie de paine (puteti exclude painea daca doriti);–

    peste sau fructe de mare.

     Aceste alimente pot fi consumate alaturi de o salata -cu legumele permise zilnic, daca doriti,

    in orice cantitate . Daca simtiti ca inca va este foame puteti consuma si un bol cu supa

    simpla.-facuta din legumele permise

    La masa de seara, adica la cina, puteti consuma aceleasi tipuri de alimente ca si la pranz, insa

    in cantitati mai mici,-jumatate- dar acum FARA PAINE SI SUPA 

    ZIUA DE AMIDON

    In aceasta zi trebuie sa consumati carbohidrati complecsi, cum ar fi cerealele si

    radacinoasele, dar si legume. Alimente recomandate: orice tip de legume si verdeturi (cartofi,

    mazare, fasole, linte, naut, soia).

    Puteti consuma si orez, arpacas, hrisca sau alte tipuri de cereale, dar si supa de zarzavat.

    Masa de pranz trebuie sa fie compusa, pe langa aceste alimente, salata si dintr-o felie de

    paine iar la cina puteti consuma aceleasi alimente insa in cantitati mai mici-JUMATATE .

     Atunci cand gatiti legumele puteti folosi, daca doriti, si condimente, sare, suc de rosii sau

    ketchup.-FARA ZAHAR 

    ZIUA DE CARBOHIDRATI

    In aceasta zi a dietei puteti consuma produse de patiserie, foietaj , prajituri, iar la cina

    inghetata, ciocolata neagra sau dulciuri.

    Dulciurile in general, dar in mod special ciocolata neagra, ajuta la imbunatatirea functionariiinimii, iar un consum in cantitati mici de ciocolata neagra ajuta chiar si la scaderea

    colesterolului.

    In aceasta zi la masa de pranz puteti consuma produse din faina (cum ar fi: pizza, paste fierte

    cu diverse condimente sau sosuri: ketchup, bulion, rosii sau sosuri pentru pizza), dar si

    cereale sau legume, mamaliguta , tocanita de ciuperci,, 4-5 felii de paine cu zacusca iar la cina

    puteti consuma: o felie mica de tort, o prajitura sau 2-3 bucati de cozonac. Daca nu va plac

    aceste optiuni puteti consuma 3 cupe de inghetata si o bucata de ciocolata neagra (aceasta

    este obligatorie).

    ZIUA DE VITAMINE

    In aceasta zi a dietei puteti consuma in orice cantitate fructe (de orice tip, proaspete sau

    uscate), nuci si seminte, pe care daca doriti le puteti combina cu legume (ideale sunt cele

    proaspete). Puteti opta si pentru sucuri naturale de fructe sau legume, sau pentru nuci si

    seminte in portii de cate 25 grame.

    BINE DE RETINUT !!!!

    – Fiecare aliment care este recomandat in timpul acestei diete are un rol important in buna

    functionare a organismului (si pentru propria sanatate), din acest motiv nu omiteti

    alimentele recomandate!– Consumul de ceai si de cafea este permis, in orice cantitate,

    trebuie insa sa nu folositi zahar – In zilele in care consumati proteine pastrati un interval de

    circa 4 ore intre pranz si cina, in zilele in care consumati amidonuri si carbohidrati un

    interval de minim 3 ore intre pranz si cina, iar in zilele in care consumati vitamine puteti

    kilograme si astfel veti realiza ca metabolismul vostru s-a schimbat!
