• 付款方式：月結客戶依合約方式付款。如至服務中心寄件，請選擇現金或信用卡付款。若選擇支票付款，請開立現金支票。

• 貨主權益保險(價)：如欲安排貨件保險(價 )， 請 勾 選 此 項 服 務 。 建 議 以 美 元(USD)填寫承保貨物價值註1(Invoice va-lue)，若未註明幣別，則視為新台幣。
