To Book your festive party night, contact Derbyshire County Cricket Club on 01332 388 105 or email [email protected]

Deposits

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and must be booked with the events team. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking. A provisional booking will be

secured for a maximum of 14 days from booking; if no deposit has been received your booking will automatically be released. Please note that by paying your deposit you are agreeing to enter Derbyshire County

Cricket Club Term & Conditions. Deposits and full payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card or BACs.

Full Payments

Full payment is required for your booking by 20th November 2015. Only one payment per party, made by the booking

organiser will be accepted. Non-payment by the due date will render our contract with you void and your event will be

cancelled and deposits will be lost. For any bookings made after 20th November 2015 full pre-payment is required.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the party organiser and cannot be accepted by telephone. All deposits paid will be lost in the event of cancellation. In the event of the customer cancellation after 20th November

2015, when final balances are due, full payment for the party is required.

Menus

We ask that all pre-orders are returned to us no later than 20th November 2015 in writing by emailing [email protected]. If you have any special dietary requirement we strongly advise you contact us in writing

with your requirements.

Seating Arrangements

These are at the discretion of Derbyshire County Cricket Ground and will be confirmed to you prior to your party date.

Any parties less than 10 are not guaranteed their own table, any parties over 10 we will endeavour to place next to

one another.

Party Nights will be run either in the Marquee or the newly transformed 3aaa Pavilion, guests will be informed prior to

their party date which room they will be hosted in, as this will be pending final numbers of the total guests attending.

Dress Code

Smart / casualwear; strictly no trainers or sportswear permitted

Please note all our events are strictly over 18s.
