2016 in Arusha. Come One, Come All!
The National Achievers Conference is an annual leadership development conference
that brings together all the leaders (local executive board) of AIESEC in Tanzania
from Local Chapters all the way to the national executive board to review
performance and national focus for the year. This is a unique chance for all teams to
forge relationships and build immense synergy especially at this crucial time when it’s
almost the end of an AIESEC term for all leaders. At this conference, there is also the
election and selection of the next national executive board. This conference will also
offer a strategic insight into the national direction of the organization and the
platforms and support available to us as a leadership teams.
