It’s the time of the year when exhibitors and the media gather in one place as TIMTOS organizers cast their votes and announce the winners of the Taiwan Machine Tool Industry Awards 2015 for Excellence in Research & Innovation. The awards program honors the people and companies behind the technologies and products that are changing Taiwan’s machine tools industry. The Taiwan Machine Tool Industry Awards 2015 for Excellence in Research & Innovation provide a special kind of inspiration to Taiwan’s creative spirit by focusing attention on the most significant new products.

All eyes on South East Asia

South East Asia is positioned to be the hotspot for global manufacturing; with

Thailand leading as the most favourable market as they have the ecosystem, followed by Malaysia which is a key focal point for investment and trade.

Against that background, Taiwantrade together with Taiwan’s B2B portals have organized a keynote speech “All eyes on Southeast Asia” at Room 503 in Nangang Exhibition Hall. Experts from the Industrial Economics and Knowledge (IEK) have shared their insights on the machine tool market in Southeast Asia and discussed potential business opportunities.

Ms Guan Siqi, an analyst from Industrial Economics and Knowledge Center was amongst the speakers. She spoke about the opportunities and challenges in Thailand's machine tools market.

Despite Thailand's current political and economic uncertainty, it remains to be

an attractive business area for investors. The country has the opportunities to forge partnerships and seek long-term expansion. Many still choose to ride out the slump as they still see long-term growth potential in South East Asia's second largest economy.

Siqi provided ideas on how to improve market share in Thailand, especially on how to take advantage of the green car industry. Dubbed as the Detroit of Asia, Thailand pushes to be an eco-car production powerhouse. Since the Eco Car and the fuel efficiency are the trends of the world, the Thai government’s Eco-car policy encourages more production in the country that meet the government's standards for the project. Thus, an increase demand for cylinder parts, turning lathes and other machine tool products are seen in the present and near future.

Another important lecture is about the Malaysian market. Mr Ye Lilun an analyst

from Industrial Economics and Knowledge Center has noted Malaysia’s biggest machine tools import growth in recent years. In 2004, the country imported US$6.1 billion worth of machine tools; and US$8.6 billion in 2013, which is a 3.8% growth from the previous year.

According to Ye, Taiwan must take advantage of the market in Malaysia. He suggests to set up service centers in different locations in Malaysia in order for agents to improve their service and product differentiation leads, therefore expanding brand image.

Moreover, speakers Yang Yuyi, Vice President of S&J Corp., Ms Chen Yunzhi of Taiwantrade and Ms Lin Yilin of CENS talked about E-commerce and how industries such as machine tools can utilize the internet to get a bigger exposure in the international market, and how to enter the Southeast Asian market.

Industry 4.0,” sometimes referred to as “smart manufacturing” or “advanced

manufacturing," represents the next industrial revolution. These terms embrace a multitude of technologies and ideas, including the industrial Internet of Things, cyber security, big data, pervasive sensing, industrial communications, ‘the cloud’ and operator mobility. These are the buzzwords that you keep hearing all the time at today’s manufacturing technology exhibitions, inc luding the ongoing 25 th Taipei International Machine Tool Show, which brings together all the new solutions about Industry 4.0 under one roof. For some of the

new developments about Industry 4.0, you may find at the booth (N0802) of Precision Machinery Research & Development Center (PMC), a non-profit government-funded organization whose job is to upgrade Taiwan’s machine tool industry through research and development.

On yesterday’s afternoon, PMC also held a seminar on the latest achievements by the organization in the fields of industry 4.0, design of machine tools, control systems and ultra-sonic aided machining. PMC wishes to help Taiwan machine tool manufacturers improve their competition edge in the international market with these achievements.

“PMC needs to be in close links with the industry, providing the necessary information, technologies and resources, and seminars are one of the efficient ways for idea exchange and cooperation,” commented by Mr. Tzu-Chi Chan from PMC.

PMC, founded in 1993, has not only created outstanding performance in the fields of machine tools testing and development techniques, but also expanded its technical area to the emerging robotics industry. In addition its business is involved in the manufacturing service and the planning and promotion of smart automation. PMC has a solid foundation in these fields and it is

highly influential in aiding the mechanical industry in upgrading or improving the quality of its goods and its manufacturing.

Critical machine tool parts make huge business opportunityfor instance, in the sector of machine guard systems, Keyarrow not only sells its products to the machine tool sector, but also to many other industries such as electronic devices and measurement devices. Besides stern quality of the guard system, Keyarrow adopts an aesthetic design for its products. High precision and quality are the cores of electronic instrument guards, thus Keyarrow possesses excellent manufacturing in the field. In response to global demands, the company is dedicated to precision sheet metal enhancement, and breaks ordinary sheet metal rectangular forms, hence forms round corner for high-accurate sheet metal enclosure.

Each year, Taiwanese manufacturers produce tens of thousands of rotary

tables, turrets, ATC systems, tool magazines, spindles, ballscrews, covers, and other critical machine tool components. These items surpass the Taiwanese machine tool manufacturers' needs because of the foreign buyers' demand in developed countries such as Germany, Japan and the USA. Taiwanese suppliers achieve the highly evaluated component manufacturing by its division of labor, that allows each small and medium enterprise to delve into their own professional fields and develop the most optimal characterized products, without the need to go into a price war.

Better Precision

GSA+ company is located in the core of Taiwan's metalworking supply chain, allowing the company to be closer to the industry's needs. GSA+ works with customers of different sectors and processing demands, designing the rotary table and turret solutions most suitable for their needs. GSA+ equipment is mostly adopted in vertical/ horizontal machine centers, milling machines, and large size boring machines. Nearly 50% of Taiwan machine tool manufacturers adopt GSA+ products, and the company produces about 350 rotary

tables per month.Well-known users of GSA+ are

Hartford, FFG Group, YCM, Victor Taichung, Quaser, Litz, Tongtai, and many Taiwanese high end consumers. For foreign buyers, there are many Chinese companies and GSA+ also assists Japanese corporations in OEM projects, such as OKUMA and MAZAK. Trust in GSA + is highly related to its full control of production lines. In order to achieve various order requests, GSA+ purchases cutting edge machine centers and thus achieves 70% of its products as in-house built. Today, GSA+ rotary table products can be used on 5-axis machines and be driven by four: worm gear & shaft, Roller gear cam, Hirth coupling, and DD motors. On the accuracy issue, the company can reach an ISO 230.2 standard, which is for Aeronautics and Military industries; the indexing accuracy also reaches the 10-second range, higher than the standardized 15 seconds.

Advanced Motion Control

Established in 1990, PMI Group is also located in the core of central Taiwan's metalworking supply chain. With years of experiences in the industry, PMI Group plays a crucial role in motion control sector and is widely known by international users.

PMI Group produces excellent linear guideways and ballscrews for machine tools, wire cutting machines, electric discharge machines, semiconductor equipment, plastics injection machines, and other domains request for precision positioning. Everybody gets smart

Because of the smart phone war waged by several international companies,

machine tools found in the supply chain benefited greatly in the year 2014, regardless of the smart phone supply chain. As new phones such as iPhones and HTC phones sought novel designs, shapes, materials, and distinguished specifications, manufacturers in Mainland China had to purchase a series of machines and equipment in order to meet production line demands. The situation has greatly benefited Taiwanese machine tool suppliers, which are all skilled at making products with high cost/ performance ratios.

Local forming machine manufacturers

Chin Fong, Lien Chieh Machinery, and Shieh Yih Machinery lead the Taiwanese forming sector with the most advanced international knowledge. For instance, Chin Fong develops procedures with less processing steps by offering the KW series, which reduces machining procedures. In the past, many types of processing required onsite operators to finish one step on one forging station before proceeding to another stamping press for another step. This kind of manufacturing requires different kinds of machines and thus occupies a lot of space for machine storage. The Chin Fong KW series integrates feeding, stamping, and

other procedures into one; this intelligent design makes Chin Fong machines shine on the world platform.

On the other hand, Shieh Yih (SEYI) SD1 (Straight Side Direct Drive Servo Press) is well known for its innovative designs, such as the safety brake system, electric overload protection, tonnage monitor, die height adjustment, and many other functions. The company has generated great influence in the industry and now more and more users have changed their equipment from conventional C frame presses to straight side servo presses. As well, top tube bending machine manufacturer SOCO prevails in

the world of 3C and automotive sectors with its electric tube bending machines. One can say that, in the forming machine sector, Taiwanese prevails in the market by offering integrated functions, mature servo technology, and excellent quality.

Show venue advancement: The Magnificent Taipei Expo Dome

The most professional machine tool show in Asia, TIMTOS, has expanded to now

include Taipei's Expo Dome as one of its venues. The Expo Dome has been slated as the hall to host forming machines focusing on the latest cutting edge pressing, forging, and casting issues.

In Booth E0041, you will find the quick mold change solution provider, Sandsun Precision Machinery, which offers quick mold change systems, quick die change

systems, mold flip devices, P.C.B. piercing systems, and other corresponding solutions. The company is skilled at offering quick mold change systems for press sectors, such as mold flip devices for presses, which are applicable to presses, hydraulic presses, and forging machines. The mold flip device utilizes an electric hydraulic motor, which moves molds up-down and flips molds using hydraulic power. When the power shuts down during the mold flip operation, each hydraulic circuit is designed with specific functions to avoid oil leakage, and the device stops at the final stage. There are many other advantages offered by the machine, which helps users' operations run smoothly.

In Booth E0026, there is the Jeng Jih Machine which is well known for manufacturing hydraulic shears, hydraulic press brakes, crane presses, and metal expand net machines. The company was

established in 1959 and is at the core of Taiwan's metalworking center. The TES-S SERIES achieves a cutting thickness range from 6.5mm to 25mm, and a length capacity that ranges from 1500mm to 6200mm.

presses makers in Taiwan. The company’s turnover reached over 6.4 billion TWD in 2014. Chin Fong is capable with the most powerful R&D ability, the worldwide service and sales net for the customer support and famous for offering the best quality products in the global press market.

Vice president of Chin Fong, Yu-i Tsai said, "Chin Fong is growing to become a leading provider of metal forming technologies in the world. This is our goal that we are working hard on it via relentless internal efforts and partnering."

During TIMTOS 2015 at EXPO Dome, Chin Fong occupies a large booth showcasing its latest innovations. Among them the iS2 Straight Side Double Crank Direct Drive Servo Press has drawn a lot of attention. One of its biggest advantages is the energy feedback feature. The electrical system of conventional press is installed with a resistor dissipating heat to consume the regenerated current. iS2 has an active power module renewing energy as feedback. This is extremely important since green

economy, protecting environment and reusing energy are becoming the theme of developing.

Besides, the servo control system can perform multiple operations for different forming requirement and save the cost on facility. One machine achieves with diversified performance.

Also it replaces traditional drive system with servo electromechanical system, breaking the limit of conventional press design. It is available to set the suitable slide curve and select the optional "micro adjustment" function. Also it can perform high precision forming including blanking, bending, drawing and compressing, thus improving productivity. Assessing global machine tool market performanceWith analysts forecasting the global machine tool market to grow at a CAGR of 6.33% over the period 2013-2018, this feature aims to briefly cover the present performance and the growth prospects of the global machine tool market for the year 2014 and beyond, based on an in-depth analysis of trends in market landscape, order books and EXIM.

The global economic activities in the manufacturing sector will be the driving force behind the growth of

machine tools industry in the year 2015 and beyond. This article analyses how the global machine tool industry is performing in the current year, in terms of order books, production, and achievement of forecast.

India

Early this year, as per Oxford Economics, weak Indian GDP data coupled

with a number of adverse economic developments at home and abroad, led to downgrade in growth forecast. As per IMTMA, machine tools production in India has decreased to Rs 3481 crore during 2013-14 from ~ 3885 crore as compared to 2012-13, registering the annual decline of 10%. Production of metal cutting machines reached ~ 2973 crore during 201314 as compared to ~ 3320 during 2012-13, registering annual decline of 10%. Similarly, production of metal forming machines

has reached ~ 508 crore during 2013-14 as compared to ~ 565 cr during 2012-13 registering a decline of 10 %. However, with the change in the government, the manufacturing sector is likely to witness positive growth in 2015.

China

The economic environment of China and its machine tool & tool market are continuing to experience comprehensive and deep changes with two prominent characteristics, namely, the aggregate demand is clearly reduced and the upgrade of demand structure is speeding up. This tendency will remain unchanged in 2014-2015. The machine tool consumption of China in the first half of 2014, followed a downward trend, with a significant smaller decrease, and reached $14,300,000,000, 10% down over the first half of 2013, and the imports in the first half of2014 were $4,900,000,000, down by 5%.

According to the above data, the decreasing range of the machine tool consumption in China has narrowed significantly, and a stable machine tool consumption market is in line. The relevant data for recent years also indicates this tendency.

Europe

In the second quarter of 2014, CECIMO exports declined to 6% to €4.4 billion reflecting unfavourable developments in Crimea and slowing growth in the emerging markets. The most important single export markets of CECIMO remained the same: China, the US and Russia. CECIMO's exports to China increased 3% to €l billion in the second quarter of 2014, while the machine tool exports to Asia declined 3%. However, the CECIMO imports have increased 6% to €2.1 billion in the second quarter of 2014 reflecting modest revival of investment activity in Europe. Also, imports from Asia increased 15% to €0.6 billion. This trend is supported by the weak Japanese Yen. Japan and Taiwan remained the biggest non-European suppliers, while Japan accounts for about one third of all non-European imports.

Germany

Broadly in line with expectations, German GDP growth is recovering, boosted by a rebound in investment, rising private consumption and an expansion in net exports. In the second quarter of 2014, order bookings in the German machine tool industry rose by 1% compared to the second quarter of 2013. Domestic order bookings were 16% up on the preceding year, whereas export orders fell by 7%. For the first half of 2014, order bookings were 6% up on the preceding year's figure overall. Domestic order bookings rose by 18%, while demand from abroad was down by 1%. In the first half of 2014, sales shifted towards the German market, mirroring the development in order bookings. Exports, by contrast, are showing signs of deceleration. One of the causes involved is the fall in deliveries to China, South Korea and India.

Italy

As per a recent release by UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, for the third quarter of 2014, the machine tool order index, published by Centre for Enterprise Studies & Culture of UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, shows a 7.8% increase against the same period of the previous year. The absolute index value reached 86.7, still significantly lower than the average set at 2010 = 100. The overall result was due to the positive trends recorded by manufacturers, both in Italy and abroad. In particular, the index for foreign orders increased by 5.3% when compared with the July-September period of 2013, for an absolute value equal to 102.8.

And the index for domestic orders showed an increase of 19.1% when compared with the same period of the previous year, clearly sustained by the implementation of the New Sabatini Law. The absolute index value is nevertheless still very low, only reaching 33.7.

Spain

Incoming macro-economic data from Spain has moved on the upside, suggesting that the economy will return to positive.

The economy is expected to accelerate to a modest expansion of 0.5% in 2014. As per Oxford Economics, one of the key drivers of this improvement has been Spain's success in improving its competitiveness and this is evident in the upgrade to industrial production forecasts, especially forecasts for MT customer sectors. In 2014, growth in the key sectors is forecast to accelerate to 4.2%, ahead of the 0.7% growth expected for industrial production as a whole. On the back of upward revisions to output forecast and an improving macroeconomic outlook, investment is expected to register growth in 2014. This brighter outlook has been reflected in the MT orders.

Japan

Given the export-oriented nature of many of the key Japanese MT sectors, activity has benefited from the sharp decline in the Yen. Trade data suggest Japanese manufacturers may be increasing market share. As per Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association's OMTBA) monthly machine tool orders for 2014, the total value of machine tool orders in September was 135.55 billion Yen. This was an increase of 5.7% compared to August and marked the fourth consecutive month-on-month growth. In addition, this figure represented an increase of

34.7% compared to the same month of the previous year, with September posting the twelfth consecutive month of year on-year growth. The total amount of orders has topped 130 billion Yen for the first time in 76 months since May 2008 when the order registered 132.8 billion Yen. Total orders have also passed 100 billion Yen for 13 consecutive months. Both domestic and foreign demands are expected to be driven by a recovery trend in the future. However, JMTBA is keeping a close watch on the trend of domestic orders and spot orders of electrical and precision machinery from Asia.

USA

The expansion in manufacturing capacity is across the board but a few industries stand out as ripe for above average growth in the next two years. The August manufacturing technology orders were slightly up and totalled $356.69 million according to AMT - The Association For Manufacturing Technology. This total, as reported by companies participating in the USMTO program, was up 0.4% from July, but down 6.0% when compared with the total of$379.26 million reported for August 2013. With a year-to-date total of$3,076.98 million, 2014 is down 2.4% compared with 2013.

UK

According to Oxford Economics, the strong run of UK's economic indicators continues, with evidence that the recovery is broadening out from the consumer and housing market into exports and business investment. As a result, the forecasts have been revised and the GDP is expected to grow 2.2% in 2014, up from 2% last year. The majority of the weakness is centred in the machinery sectors, while, basic metals, motor vehicles and other transport equipment are in strong growth mode. In 2014, output rebound across all key sectors is expected. Estimated machine tool consumption for the UK in 2013 was in the region of £643 m. And forecasts for 2014 are broadly in line with 4% growth seen in 2013.

South Korea

The slump in global trade has hit manufacturing output in Korea's export-oriented economy. The weakness in economic activity has been evident across all MT-consuming sectors with big declines seen in motor vehicles, machinery and equipment. But from 2014, Oxford Economics is expecting a pickup activity in the key MT-consuming sectors, although transport equipment output may grow at a slower pace than other sectors. Stronger investment in the advanced economies will provide a source of demand for the output of

these sectors, offsetting some of the impact of a weaker outlook in China.

As the global economy stabilises, business confidence should rise, triggering firms to ramp up investment in machinery and equipment. Investment by Korean MT-consuming sectors is forecast to rise by 10.9% in 2014, after growth of just 0.7% in 2013. The acceleration in investment spending should also help to boost MT consumption. A 5.1% increase in apparent consumption in 2014 has been thus, forecasted.

Taiwan

In 2013, Taiwanese machinery export decreased by 7% as investors and corporation owners around the world were particularly cautious to make investment and so reduce purchase orders of machinery. However, this year economics of the ASEAN, the USA and the EU get better and so the Taiwanese machinery export is expected to grow. According to the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan, exports in the first two months of 2014 increased significantly. The annual growth rate reached 7.5% and the accumulated machinery production index is 5% up compared to the same period of last year. FEMCOがユーザーのための統合プロジェクトサービスを開始

台湾で古い歴史を持つ工作機械メ

ーカーとして、FEMCOは創業から現在

まで発展を続けてきました。同社は継続

的にそのブランド力を高め、支社を設立

し、技術力を向上し顧客のマシニングに

対する需要にお応えする製品を製造し

てきました。2013年にはローカル市場の

ユーザーからより多くのアプリケーション

に関する情報を収集するために、台湾工

業の首都と云われる台中市にFEMCO

の支社を設立しました。台中支社には多

くの役割がありますが、アフターサービス

もその一つです。現在FEMCOは台中支

社から純利益をあげられるようになり、現

総売上のわずか20%を占める台湾

国内の市場に加えて、FEMCOの機械

製品の約50%は中国に輸出され、残りの

約30%が主要なハブである米国、タイ、

インド及びマレーシア等の世界各国の市

場に輸出されています。従って、FEMCO

のマーケティングマネジャーのMr. Matt

Yenが将来の市場の構成について語っ

たところによると、FEMCOはその狙いと

資源をASEAN市場に移して、ASEAN

市場に合わせた幅広い範囲のプロセシ

ング需要のFEMCOネットワークを構築

しようと考えています。この目標に向って

Yen氏と彼のFEMCOチームは現在各

国の代理店の評価をより厳しい基準で

Kenturnの焦点を絞った生産ライン

工作機械メーカーとして高い評価を

受けているKenturnはダイレクトドライブ

スピンドルとベルトスピンドルの開発に焦

点を合わせています。短い納期と耐久性

に優れた品質はマシンセンター・ビルダ

ーからの信頼が厚く、その結果Kenturn

のスピンドル製品の約80%は特別な仕

様による注文のOEM向けとなっていま

す。Kenturnのスピンドルのわずか約

20%のみが自社のスペックによるもので

す。Kenturnの製品はターニングセンタ

ー、マシンセンター、及び精密グラインダ

ーに使用され、最終ユーザーとしてはIC,

半導体、自動車産業となっています。

今回のTIMTOS2015でKenturn

はビルトインモータースピンドル

MVB1318Aに力を入れています。この

スピンドルは軸を冷却する能力があり、

ドイツ製のOTT HSK-A63ドローバック

システムを採用することによって、熱に

よる変形の問題を減少させています。さ

らにオイル／エアー潤滑ベアリングによ

り長期間の切削運転に耐えることがで

きます。スピンドルのモーターパワーは

25KWに達し、速度は18,000RPMに達

します。デュアルドライブチャンクにより、

横型マシニングセンター及び中型ガント

リーマシンに使用することができます。

品質の強化と生産ラインの拡大

Kenturnのマネージャーによれば、

生産の全てを管理するためにKenturn

はあらゆる外注先との強力を強化する

と共に、生産性を完全に管理するために

自社内の生産ラインを拡大しなければな

りません。現在、従来の工場に隣接して

５０，０００平米の敷地に新工場を建設しま

した。「新工場の稼働により、100%以上

生産力を向上させ、毎月3,000本のスピ

ンドルの生産を見込んでいます」とインタ

ビューの中で述べています。

従業員の開発

米国が製造業を呼び戻すことに力を

入れる中、米国からのKenturn社に対す

る注文が急上昇しています。2014年に

は米国からの高い需要に対応するため

に同社は24時間操業を余儀なくされま

した。製造におけるリードタイムはなおさ

らの事でした。結果としてKenturnは生

産性の向上のために、過去の職歴に関

係なく様々なバックグラウンドを持った従

業員を採用しました。そのため、会社は従

業員の質を確保するため厳しい社員教

育を実施しました。一人前の「Kenturn

人」を養成するには３年かかり、訓練は

現場での作業では不可欠なフレームリー

ディングやミリング訓練から始めました。

2014年時点で、従業員数約120人、平

均年齢35歳となりました。

社内での教育プログラムに加えて、

Kenturnでは政府が設立した台湾国内

の研究所であるPrecision Machinery

Research Development Center

(PMC) と共同で社員の質の向上に取

り組みました。ここでの教育は高度に専

門化され工場の現場に密着した科目で

あったため、Mr. Yehに高く評価され、

KenturnはPMCの貢献に深く感謝して

います。Kenturnの管理者によれば、今

では文科系出身者のオペレーターも他

の人達同様にプロフェッショナルとして

活躍しています。

Kenturnの将来プロジェクト

製品の原材料となる資源からの距

離や輸送の問題がある中、Mr. Yehは工

場内に自前の上流と下流のチェーンを

作ると云う大胆なステップをとりました。

生産ラインの拡大によりKenturnは生

産競争力をいっそう強化しました。急増

する注文と輸出比率の高まりによって、

Kenturnは自社の生産ラインを再構築

して新プラントを建設しました。

国内市場に加えて、同社は自社のス

ピンドルをロシア、インド、スイス、米国な

どの国際市場のバイヤーに販売していま

す。将来、Kenturnは様々な国際展示会

に出品し、各地のディーラーと協力して

中国と米国市場に深く根を下ろすQuaser

Quaser社は台湾における多くの進

化するマシンセンターのエキスパートの

は品質とサービスが鍵である事を良く知

っています。従ってビジネスを始めた時か

らドイツ人のマーケティングコンサルタン

トを雇ってスムーズな市場参入を果たし

ました。近年ではQuaserの５軸シリーズ

は欧州で一定の信用と評判を勝ち得た

ので、現在同社はミリングとターニング用

の立型、横型、５軸の自動マシンセンター

を携えて中国や米国と云った他の重要な

マーケットの門を叩いています。

台湾政府が設定した輸出ビジネス

Quaserは1990年代初頭に初めて

欧州市場に参入して以来躍進を続け、現

在輸出の67%が欧州市場に向けられて

います。そうした遠方の市場には組織化

されたサービスシステムが必要になり、さ

もないと顧客が深刻な問題に直面する

可能性があります。まず、Quaserが顧客

から緊急に部品の交換の依頼の電話を

受けたとすると、台湾の本社はその度に

依頼されたコンポーネントのユニットを航

空貨物で送ります。こうした昔のプロセス

を想いだして、Quaserの社長Rock Liao

はそれにはコストがかかるが迅速に対応

することが非常に大切だと認めましたが、

その理由は当時Quaserは優れたブラン

ドイメージを確立しようとしていたからで

す。欧州の顧客に投資しサービスを提供

する事はそれだけの価値があった、とMr.

Liaoは言い、そのお蔭で同社はさらに高

い評判を得る事ができたのです。

2000年の中盤までにQuaserの欧

州でのビジネスは西欧の殆どの国に地

元の代理店を置くまでに拡大しました。

2007年には顧客のニーズにより迅速か

つ低コストで対応すべくテクニカルサー

ビスセンターを設立する事を決定し、欧

州大陸の中心であるスイスにQuaserの

ヨーロピアンセンターを設立しました。こ

のスイス・オフィスはコンポーネントの納

品における能率を高める事で地域での

良いイメージを確立し、その結果Quaser

は同市場内で地元欧州のメーカーにひ

けを取らない競争力をつけることができ

ました。

一方Quaserはまだ欧州市場ほど

ユーザーからの要求が高くない中国の

工作機械ユーザーのために中国の昆山

にサービスセンターを開設しました。Mr.

Liaoによれば、中国のマシニング産業に

速くて近いサービスを提供すると云う決

断は戦略的なものであり、Quaserの中

国市場での拡大ルートを準備するもの

で、現在輸出の11%がこの市場向けだと

云うことです。

にはショールーム、倉庫、及び良く訓練さ

れた技術者がおります。特に中国市場で

は、Quaserは代理店に対し定期的なトレ

ーニングプログラムを実施して技術者に

工具機發展基金會與外貿協會、

機械公會所主辦的2015年「工

具機研究發展創新產品競賽」

獲獎企業及產品昨晚在南港展覽館隆重

揭曉！公會、廠商與媒體代表相聚一

堂，共同見證了臺灣工具機業這一重要

時刻，並與獲獎廠商分享獲獎的喜悅。

本年競賽共有47家廠商、49件作品

參賽，經過獨立評審團的專業評審，最

後來自16家廠商的16件產品脫穎而出，

最終榮獲殊榮。今年廠商之參賽作品

中，部分高單價零組件相當具有國際競

爭力，有些精密工具機已採用國產工具

機控制器、精密主軸、精密工作檯等關

鍵零組件。參賽作品運用智能化技術，

提高工具機功能及效率，例如：顫振、

熱補償、防碰撞、3D切削模擬、節能、

操控界面人性化、即時遠端監控(智慧手

持管理系統)等，使工具機朝向生產力4.0

方向發展。參賽作品還體現了優化機台

空間使用效益，多件大型參賽作品著重

於專業領域之精進與實用，例如許多機

台已能夠製造航太領域的零組件等。

此外，參賽作品在工業設計方面的

運用更加精益求精，例如：機台設計已

符合人體工學及人因工程操作考量，並

考量工作場域之安全性。同時，參賽作

品整體外觀造型設計融入品牌視覺系統

搭配，提升整體價值；應用人機介面設

計方法，優化控制系統與網路雲端科技

結合工廠管理及監控，使各種控制操作

更加便利與安全；以及從外觀的美化到

內部構件的色彩管理，並加強外觀件表

面處理的質感，展示工業美學應用的核

心價值。

本屆競賽項目共有四項，包括「綜

合加工機類」、「CNC車床類」、「其

他數控工具機類」及「數控工具機關鍵

零組件類」。慶鴻機電工業股份有限公

司成為今年的最大贏家，其SP3020L超精密龍門油加工線切割機獲得本屆競賽

的「特優獎」。此外，東台精機股份有

限公司的FV-236天車式生產型綜合加工

中心機獲得「綜合加工機類」的「優

在東南亞新興市場中，馬來西亞也

尤為引人矚目。2004年馬來西亞的工

具機進口總值僅為61億美元，而2013年已增長達86億美元，期間的複合增長

率高達3.83%。進口國方面，日本由於

進駐馬來西亞歷史悠久，產品始終在

該市場占有有利地位。而由於中國大

陸產品的不斷精進以及價格的優勢，

臺灣的工具機產品在馬來西亞逐漸失

利。IEK分析師葉立綸先生建議廠商針

對馬來西亞的北、中、南重點地區設

置服務據點，建立完善的代理商與售

後維修服務制度，以產品服務差異化

的策略經營臺灣工具機的品牌形象，

逐步擴大在馬來西亞的市場占有率。

為了順應電子商務、行動商務的發

展趨勢，大會還邀請了包括聖喬資訊

副總楊于儀小姐在內的三位網絡行銷

專家，分享了傳統行業工具機如何藉

助網絡，提升國際曝光率，成功打入

東南亞市場。此次活動為參觀者帶來

不少實用的資訊，這也是TIMTOS一直

以來備受行業推介之原因。

東南亞工具機市場商機探索

3月4日，即TIMTOS 2015舉辦的第二

天，外貿協會下午2點在南港展覽館

503會議室召開舉辦了東南亞新興國家

工具機市場商機探索說明會。會議邀請

了五位專業分析師及網絡行銷專家進行

演講，重點聚焦泰國及馬來西亞的工具

機市場，吸引了近百位廠商觀眾和平台

業者進行交流分享。

工研院產業趨勢與經濟研究中心

（IEK），機械與製造系統研究部的

分析師管思綺小姐首先進行了以《探

索泰國工具機市場之機會與挑戰》為

主題的演講。通過對泰國整體政經環

境剖析、工具機進口類型、進口國家

分析、工具機主要終端應用產業分析

等，針對臺灣工具機進入泰國市場給

出建議與策略。管小姐重點強調了泰

國未來以節能車輛發展為主的趨勢。

泰國素有“東方底特律＂之稱，近年

來政府持續強化國內節能車輛的發展

能量，加快汽車電動化。在此背景

下，將會增加圓筒形狀的相關零件，

故可預期泰國車削加工用車床的需求

將增加，工具機技術將朝向高精度、

臺灣工具機產業2015年看好

根據財政部新聞稿指出，臺灣2014年1至10月出口金額達2,615億美

元，較2013年同期成長3.2%，其中機

械產品出口方面，較2013年同期成長

6.3%，其中工具機項目則成長6%。

1至10月出口金額2,615億美元中，

機械整體出口金額達到172.4億美元，較

2013年同期增加10.2億美元，其中工具

機增加了1.8億美元，而工具機以外機械

設備則增加8.4億美元，成長6.3%。總

合地說，臺灣在2014年1至10月的出口

表現，在主要的出口市場均較2013年成

長，對美增加5.9%，對歐增加4.3%，對

中港增加4.2%，對東協地區增加2.0%，

這顯示了在對外貿易拓展上，臺灣的成

長動能已持續回溫，儘管受限於若干關

稅壁壘因素與日幣持續貶值突破121美元大關影響，臺灣產業在國際市場的整

體競爭力仍然在國際舞臺上勝出。

值得關注的是，「美國機械製

造商協會- AMT(The Association For

Manufacturing Technology)」11月新聞

顯示北美地區的切削工具機設備產業

交易總額在9月以來達到1.77億美元，

較2013年同期呈現高達7.7%的漲幅，

北美製造業回春的結果已經反應在

加工設備產業上。同樣在歐盟地區，

根據「歐洲工具機協會CECIMO (the European Association of the Machine Tool Industries)」發佈11月統計資料報告顯

示，歐元區與歐盟28成員國地區(EU28)皆在工業生產上有0.6%的成長，其中

推波助瀾的大宗因素在於歐洲境內生產

之資本財的增加，在歐元區為2.0%的

成長，在EU28地區則為2.1%。當前歐

美先進國家經濟體已逐漸擺脫衰退，雖

然個別國家製造業復甦速度不一，但整

體緩步成長的步調一致。

臺灣的工具機暨零組件設備製造商

在2015年應把握市場復甦的動能，以扎

實的產品競爭力在國際工業市場中發光

發熱。

臺灣每年生產出大量分度盤、刀塔、ATC系統、刀庫、主軸、滾珠螺桿、防屑保

護系統等關鍵工具機零組件，行銷於德國、日本、美國等高度發展工業國，

供應各式的生產需求，這些廠商能夠踏出臺灣，供應全球高端工具機用戶，在於臺

灣獨特的產業分工特性，讓廠商專注於各自領域的研發工作，開發優質產品受到全

球市場歡迎。

臺灣分度盤保証切削精度

旭陽國際精機位於臺灣金屬加工產業

鏈的核心地帶，專研分度盤與動力刀塔的

各式結構，目前公司能夠針對產業別與客

戶需求專門設計及製造適合的專用分度盤

與刀塔設備。旭陽分度盤大多使用在立式

/ 臥式切削中心機、銑床與大型搪床。將

近50%臺灣工具機製造廠使用旭陽的分度盤。每月所生產的分度盤數量高達350台。

由於2014年美商蘋果擴大量產，其

不僅止於上述單機體功能展現，還有自

動化的設計規劃能量，如上銀以自主技

術協助工具機業者將生產製程智慧化，

讓不同的加工業者在整廠的規劃與輸出

上都仰賴於臺灣製造與臺灣設計。臺灣

的成型機產業在未來將逐步邁向全面性

的智慧製造模式，以加乘的加工效能，

TIMTOS即將登場，由於展覽規

模不斷擴大，主辦單位專為金屬成型機

床業者專門設置了獨立展覽館圓山爭艷

館，聚焦於金屬成型機床(鑄鍛)，瞭解

最新趨勢。

在館內的E0041攤位，是專精於換

模、衝床用超負荷保護裝置（油壓超載

裝置）、換模臺車等產品的知名廠家山

田順精機，其專業產品涵蓋範圍廣泛，

以衝床、油壓機快速換模系統為例，其

移模支臂能使模具順利從臺盤拉出與推

爭艷館專欄

金屬板材成型技術的新發展輕型和抗壓型車輛需要採用先進高強度鋼（DP、TRIP、TWIP）和Al合金，進行複雜形狀零部件的成型。本文將分為兩個部分，分別討論材料性能的確定和適用於最佳成型條件的潤滑油以及FE模擬。

汽車行業在輕量化和降低成本

方面面臨著巨大的壓力。因

此，企業、OEM，以及一、

二級供應商，紛紛投資研發新材料，如

Al合金、AHSS和硼鋼，以減輕重量並

提高安全性。而新材料則要求潤滑劑、

模具材料和塗層以及新設備等各方面取

得同步提升。其中最普遍的做法是採用

先進高強鋼（AHSS）及熱壓和淬火硼

鋼。 AHSS包括抗拉強度高達1200 MPa（175 Ksi）的雙相牌號（DP 600~DP 1200），以及誘發塑性（TRIP）、馬

氏體（MS）和孿晶誘發塑性（TWIP）鋼。熱壓硼鋼在淬火後的抗拉強度可達

到1500~1600 MPa（215~230 Ksi）。

材料特性

行業中普遍將有限元法（FEM）用

於工藝設計，來預測衝壓時發生的金屬

流動和可能出現的缺陷。所輸入資料

的準確性會影響FEM分析結果的精確

度，所以必須進行試驗，以確定材料在

衝壓條件（雙軸拉伸）下的應力應變特

性。粘性介質壓力脹形（VPB）和極限

拱頂高（LDH）雙軸試驗，比常規的拉

伸試驗具有多項優點。流動應力曲線對

於類比和分析是必不可少的。通常，這

些需要通過拉伸試驗來確定。然而，在

拉伸試驗中得到的資料基於相對較小的

應變，故必須應用外推法。另一方面，

脹形試驗則能提供更可靠的應變應力資

料，且無需進行外推。在與本田公司（Honda）進行的一

項研究中，採用LDH和VPB試驗來確定

JAC 270E鋼板材料的流動應力。假定

材料模型遵循Hollomon關係式：σ＝

Kεn，其中σ為實際應力，ε為實際應

變，K為強度係數，n是應變硬化指數。

對這兩種方法進行的比較表明，實驗得

到的k和n大致相同。

摩擦和潤滑

在分析一種潤滑劑對某一特定工藝

的適用性時，必須考慮許多因素。僅

憑摩擦係數的高低來選擇衝壓部件的

潤滑劑是遠遠不夠的。還必須考慮工件

材質、模具、刀具與工件的介面、變形

區、設備、成品件，以及環境（包括處

理及衝壓前後的加工）等眾多因素。

因此從系統的角度考慮問題十分重

要。如果某種潤滑劑能帶來低摩擦係

數，但會導致工件或模具的腐蝕，造成

環境惡化，或是潤滑油無法清除乾淨，

那麼該潤滑劑就不適用於此應用。因

此，在實驗室試驗時，要模擬實際衝壓

條件和過程，如此一來在為某種特定衝

壓操作選擇潤滑劑時，才能充分考慮這

些因素。

在淨成型製造工程技術研究中心

（ERCNSM）評估潤滑性及有關磨

損、刀具材料和塗層有關的潤滑劑的

摩擦係數時，會進行杯突試驗和板材

拉伸試驗。

本田的一項研究中，通過板材拉伸

和杯突試驗，來分析鍍鋅DQS - 270D - GA鋼材用潤滑劑。採用板材拉伸方法

測試了18種潤滑條件，杯突方法只測試

了12種潤滑條件（在板材拉伸試驗中表

現不佳的潤滑劑被剔除掉）。杯突試

驗中，試件夾持力（BHF）分別設定為

20噸、22噸和24噸，

別是對高強度且較厚的材料進行沖裁

時，工件的溫度會顯著上升。試件變形

區的應變值可能高達2~3，並可能轉化

為高達103 s-1至105 s-1的應變速率，具

體隨沖裁速度改變而有所不同。同時，

視材料的導熱率、強度和厚度的不同，

試件溫度會有不同，最高可達300℃。

被輸入沖裁類比的材料流變應力曲

線，通常通過單軸拉伸試驗、雙軸圓頂

試驗或隆起試驗獲得。在大多數情況

下，用上述方法可得到應變值小於1的材料流變應力值。在這些試驗中，一般

不會達到104 ~ 105這樣的應變速率。因

此，通常的做法是假設材料繼續遵循應

力應變曲線關係，通過擬合方程，將曲

線外推到更高的應變值範圍。本案例將

沖裁作為潛在的測試方法進行了研究，

旨在同時獲取對應于高應變值和應變速

率的流變應力資料。利用沖裁實驗結合

模擬，以確定流變應力，並獲得對應高

應變速率範圍的流變應力資料。

沖頭與模具的間隙對刀具壽命的

影響：Hagman進行的實驗，是為了研

究沖頭與模具的間隙對矩形沖頭弧形

倒角方向的磨損，如圖2所示。實驗採

用了1mm厚的Docol 800DP板材，刀具

材料為硬度60HRC的Vanadis 4(是一種

鉻-鉬礬合金鋼，是經粉末冶金煉鋼工

藝生產的高性能冷作模具鋼，它有極

好的耐磨性和高韌性的良好組合，特

別適用於那些因黏著磨損和崩角。)沖裁試驗表明，弧形倒角半徑為0.2mm的

沖頭在45,000次沖裁後出現開裂，而弧

形倒角半徑為0.5mm的沖頭則在200,000

次沖裁後仍然完好。該實驗的FEA類

比結果顯示，當半徑為0.2mm時，最大

沖頭應力超過了材料2200MPa的極限壓

應力；而當半徑為0.5mm時，則仍低於

2200MPa。因此，與沖頭與模具間隙保

持不變相比，兩者間隙可變會顯著減小

或加大磨損。

孔翻邊或擴孔試驗：在擴孔試驗

中，沖裁孔在拉應力作用下發生拉伸，

使孔徑增大。而孔翻邊加工，則是使已

在先前沖孔過程中發生大量塑性變形和

溫度變化的邊緣材料發生拉伸。因此，

邊緣在翻折過程中是否出現裂紋，與沖

剪邊緣的材料特性高度相關。在實際衝

壓孔和翻邊工藝中，毛邊位置取向是隨

機的。沖切孔的位置即可以在毛邊與孔

翻邊沖頭接觸（毛邊向下）的地方；也

可能在毛邊與沖頭不接觸（毛邊向上）

的地方。

多數嘗試使用有限元（FEM）對孔

翻邊建模的研究者，都忽略了沖裁邊緣

的幾何形狀及其先前發生的應變的影

響，而將其假定為無初始應變的完美邊

緣。在淨成型製造工程技術研究中心

（ERCNSM），採用了錐形沖頭擴孔試

驗模擬，以揭示由沖裁帶來的剪切邊緣

變形所產生的影響。試驗中所用的板材

是DP 590，毛邊向上。沖裁邊緣應變所

產生的影響是巨大的。翻折邊緣的有效

應變相當大，高達1.6，並隨衝程持續

增加。擴孔建模時，如果行程和擴孔率

（HER）相同，沖裁邊緣觀察到的應變

更大。毫無疑問，這些較大的應變會對

成型性能和邊緣開裂產生影響。

壓運行,下行壓力進一步加大。依

據中國大陸機床工具工業協會行

業資訊統計重點聯繫網路和海關進出口

統計資料，下面對2014年全年行業運行

和市場情況進行分析。

一、2014年行業運行總體概況

1．需求持續低迷，銷售低位波動2014年1~12月，金屬加工機床新增

訂單同比下降2.7%，在手訂單同比下降

0.6%。其中，金屬切削機床新增訂單同

比下降3.5%，在手訂單同比下降1.5%；

金屬成形機床新增訂單同比成長0.4%，

在手訂單同比成長1.8%。

2014年1~12月，全行業產品銷售收

入同比成長2.0%。金屬加工機床產品銷

售收入同比成長0.7%。其中，金屬切削

機床產品銷售收入同比成長0.3%；金屬

成形機床產品銷售收入同比成長2.4%。

2．生產逐漸收縮，庫存高位微降2014年1~12月，金屬加工機床產量

同比下降2.0%。其中，金切機床的產量

同比下降1.7%,金屬成形機床的產量同

比下降3.3%。

2014年1~12月，全行業產成品存貨

同比下降6.5%。金屬加工機床產成品

存貨同比下降0.1%。其中，金切機床

同比下降0.6%,金屬成形機床同比成長

3.1%。

3．利潤低位元回升，虧損面處於高位2014年1~12月，全行業利潤總額同

比成長11.4%，金屬加工機床利潤總額

同比成長8.1%。其中，金切機床同比成

長14.9%,金屬成形機床同比成長2.9%。

2014年12月，全行業虧損企業占比

為31.9%，金屬加工機床虧損企業占比

為36.7%。其中，金切機床為42.7%，金

屬成形機床為4.3%。

4．出口保持穩定高速增長2014年1~12月，出口總額116.3億

美元，同比增加22.1%。其中，金屬加

工機床出口額34.0億美元，同比增加

18.8%；金屬切削機床出口額22.7億美

元，同比增加20.6%；金屬成形機床出

口額11.2億美元，同比增加15.3%。出口

居前三位的分別是切削刀具（26.2億美

元）、金屬切削機床（22.7億美元）、

磨料磨具（21.8億美元）。

出口去向上，美國排在第一位

（16.6億美元），同比增加11.6%；越

南高速上升，躍居第二位（11.4億美

元），同比增加231.7%；日本位居第三

（9.7億美元），同比增加24.6%。

出口企業中，私人企業占比持續增

加（55.5%），外資企業（31.5%）和

國有（含集體）企業（13.0%）的占比

呈現下降。華東（50.1億美元）、華南

（21.5億美元）和華北（20.6億美元）

等東部沿海地區出口居前三位，同比分

3．進口呈現快速反彈式成長2014年1~12月，進口總額177.8億

美元，同比增加10.8%。其中，金屬加

工機床進口額108.3億美元，同比增加

7.6%；金屬切削機床進口額88.4億美

元，同比增加11.1%；金屬成形機床進

口額19.9億美元，同比下降5.8%。進

口居前三位元的是金屬切削機床（88.4億美元）、金屬成形機床（19.9億美

元）、數控裝置（16.5億美元）。總體

看，2014年進口增速遠高於去年同期

（-20.2%）。

進口來源中，日本位居第一（51.6億美元），同比增加23.6%；德國排名

第二（42.9億美元），同比下降0.8%；

臺灣地區名列第三（23.1億美元），同

比增加18.0%。

進口企業上，外資企業、私人企

業和國有（含集體）企業的占比分別

為63.6%、20.2%和16.2%。與2013年同期相比，私人企業占比增加2.3個百

分點，國有（含集體）企業占比下降

2.9個百分點。進口企業集中在華東

（83.65億美元，同比增長7.6%）、華

北（34.34億美元，同比增長10.8%）和

華南（30.6億美元，同比增長24.5%）

等東部沿海地區。貿易方式上反映一

般貿易（71.7%）比重增加，外商投資

（27.5%）比重下降。

三、2015年預期

基於對中國大陸和行業主要經濟資

料和形勢的分析，預計2015年經濟下行

壓力進一步加大。但隨著經濟體制改革

力度進一步加大，特別是投融資體制改

革逐步到位和區域發展戰略開始實施，

投資增速有望加快，基礎建設投資和服

務性投資將加速增長。同時，經過幾年

的結構調整，國內外機床企業逐步適應

市場需求結構的變化，挖掘市場潛在需

求的能力大大增強。因此，2015年機床

工具商品進口預計將保持小幅成長，大

陸機床銷售額有望與2014年持平。

別增加12.2%、42.6%和14.7%。貿易方

式反映一般貿易（85.0%）占比增加，

外商投資（13.4%）占比下降。

二、2014年市場總體概況

近年來，中國大陸經濟逐步進入

“新常態＂，增長速度、經濟結構和增

長動力均已發生顯著變化。受其影響，

中國大陸機床工具市場也隨之發生新的

變化，呈現新的特點。

1．市場特徵 - “總量下降，結構升級”

2010年開始，中國大陸固定資產投

資完成額累計增速持續下降，2014年固

定資產投資完成額累計增速為15.7%，

與2010年相比下降8.8個百分點。由於大

陸機床市場需求主要依靠投資拉動，所

以固定資產投資增速的下降直接導致大

陸機床市場規模持續下降。2014年中國

大陸機床市場消費額318.3億美元，同比

下降0.3%。

另一方面，中國大陸機床工具市場

結構也在快速升級。2014年進口機床在

全部機床消費額中的占比為34.0%，較

2010年提高0.9個百分點。2014年大陸數

控機床消費額占比為76.7%，較2010年提高6.9個百分點。未來中國大陸機床市

場結構升級將向自動化、客戶化和換擋

升級方向發展。

2．最新變化 -“動力轉換，市場需求變化”

中國大陸經濟的重化工業高速發展

階段趨於結束，與之相關的固定資產投

資增速不斷下降，進而影響面向該領域

相關機床工具商品銷售。比較典型的

例子，從2011年開始重型機床商品生產

和進口呈現負增長。2014年大陸重型機

床製造企業生產銷售平均水平僅相當於

2011年的51.0%，2014年大陸主要重型

機床進口額相當於2011年的75.0%。

中國大陸經濟動力正在發生變化， 2011年以來消費逐步超越投資成為經濟

增長的首要動力。受此影響，面向消費

品製造的機床工具商品生產和消費情

況要明顯好於與投資相關的機床工具商

品。比如，與投資相關的金屬切削機床

消費呈現下降，而面向消費品製造的金

屬成形機床保持增長。另外，2014年為

智慧手機、平板電腦等消費電子產品製

造服務的立式加工中心機床進口量（同

專注應用，健椿新型內藏式主軸MVB1318A

位處彰化的健椿公司，專門生產皮

帶與直結式主軸，因交期迅速，品質穩

定，產品廣受綜合加工中心機製造商所

青睞。公司產品有80%為客戶直接做客

製化OEM，20%為健椿規格品。在應

用上大宗有加工中心機、磨床、車床等

等。終端應用方面，包括面板業、半導

體業、汽車業及相關設備零組件。除了

單件主軸產品，健椿現在也發展技術含

量更深且廣的齒輪箱式車床主軸，該產

品能為工具機製造廠省去主軸進廠後的

後續設計程序。

在這一次的台北國際工具機展，健

椿以強大的研發能量推出新型內藏式主

軸MVB1318A，此產品主軸採用德國原

廠OTT HSK-A63拉桿系統，搭配自行研

發之主軸系統，可以完全達到軸心內孔

冷卻功能，並有效抑制軸心熱變位的問

題。同時，軸承採用油氣潤滑，可長時

間進行切削加工之工作。主軸馬達功率

達25KW，轉速18000RPM，採用二面拘

束刀把系統，可通用在立式加工中心機

及中小型龍門加工機。

董事長葉橫燦先生說到，健椿公司

2015年會陸續在市場上將產品介紹給產

業伙伴。身處於大台中加工鏈旁緣的健

椿，雖在運輸上不若同業有交通優勢，

但是葉董事長卻憑著此一原素，使健椿

公司在嚴苛的環境下不斷進化，直接設

置自身的延長生產線，同時強化自身加

工能力和技術，減低了對外的質與量的

倚賴。

專注品質，產線改造健椿產品能有優異的應用，主軸規

劃能力是關鍵。規劃的源頭，來自對

自身產品線的高度調控能力。公司業

務經理表示，為達自主品管，現在健椿

除了提升精加工及建置設備，同時與協

力廠密切配合。健椿當下透過擴廠，讓

公司能有建構完整產線的能力，在彰濱

工業區內，健椿另有一個廠房土地，面

積近50,000平方公尺，在2015年即進入

投產。未來預期可提高產能達100%以

上，即每月3,000套主軸的產出能力。

健椿人員培訓自從美國開始號召製造業回流，台

美市場對健椿主軸產品需求連年增加，

公司目前須以早及夜班全天生產才能因

應滿檔的訂單量。為因應緊迫的製造節

奏，公司對新進人員培訓有極高標準。

現場人員的培訓並不簡單，因為健椿廣

納各路背景員工，人員來到健椿以後，

主管先以基礎圖面識圖能力和銑削加工

之訓練初步培訓，在健椿公司的要求

下，一個新進人員要花三年左右才能成

為認可的技術員。到2014年，公司全部

員工已成長到120人，平均年齡35歲。

除了內部訓練，健椿與國家級產業

研究中心合作，提升自身能量。台中的

財團法人精密機械研究發展中心(PMC)為公司進行內部人員教育訓練。PMC是由政府所設立，旨在提高整體金屬加工

產業從業人員水準的機構，內有專業的

研究員為民間企業提供各式各樣的企業

解決方案，在與健椿的合作上，自PMC派出的講師會對健椿現場人員進行機械

與主軸知識教育。

未來計畫除了高度的國內市佔比，在健椿

的國外市場表現也成長中，在俄羅

斯、印度與瑞士的市場站穩腳步，在

美洲的2014年度更是穩定成長，未來

對於海外市場，公司將會積極參與主

要展覽會，並與當地經銷商合作，把

好產品外銷到全球有加工需求的地

方。同時，迎接訂單成長與外銷比重

增加，健椿董事長不但在產線佈置上

將整體生產力提高，也在產線規劃上

臺灣旺盛的工具機產業仰賴豐厚的

的TIMTOS展覽中，刀庫大廠吉輔公司

展出的產品為「輕鋁式鏈架構電機驅動

滑軌式快速換刀刀庫」，此台刀庫的主

● 輕量化刀庫結構，較傳統型刀

庫減輕1000公斤: 傳統型的刀庫，外型

本體材質選用大部份多以鑄鐵、碳鋼為

美立固銑床

美立固精機廠股份有限公司成立於

1986年，為台灣專業NC雙側式銑床及

搪銑頭之製造廠。一次設定、四面加

工完成為美立固NC數控雙側式銑床的

最大特色，高剛性一體成型底，工件自

動量測系統等等，不僅可減少操作人員

的工作設定時間、提高加工精度，更有

多種人性化面板操作控制，簡單易學，

為精密模座、油路塊、精密塊狀(正方

體、長方體)加工之最加利器。

目前美立固NC數控雙側式銑床除

了台灣之外，海外使用數量已達數百台

以上，包含德、韓、新加坡、印尼、馬

來西亞、泰國等多國皆有廠商使用；在

中國也有模架製造廠大量使用，數量不

早春三月，乍暖還寒，正是前往北投泡暖湯的好時機，而搭乘便利的臺灣好行北投竹子湖線，還可順遊陽明山。除了市郊，都會裡也有許多特色景點值得推薦，像是充滿文化能量的松山文創園區，以及潮味十足的西門町商圈，走逛之間，盡情感受早春臺北的熱情與活力。

春遊臺北　泡溫泉 FUN 文創

Route 1：北投泡湯酒家菜嘗鮮◆ 草山行館　踏青賞藝（約 1.5 小時）

早春時的雲霧繚繞，讓有臺北後花園之稱的陽明山更多了幾分浪漫的神祕感。草

山行館原是前總統蔣介石的官邸，重修後再現其 1920 年代的日式建築樣貌，現今

已成為古蹟活化、不定期推出展覽的藝文沙龍，來此不僅可欣賞到梅花、山茶花

等季節花景，還能在古樸的建築空間裡，靜靜地享受美好的午茶或用餐時光。

◆ 硫磺谷地熱　觀景泡腳（約 1 小時）

位於北投溫泉上方的硫磺谷，終年繚繞著硫磺白煙，在此除了觀賞獨特的火山地

景地貌外，還可在新增設的泡腳池中，免費體驗白磺溫泉水的足湯。泡腳池位於

泉源路與行義路西側，鄰近也有許多景點，如紗帽山、磺溪溫泉步道等，不妨漫

步順遊。開放時間為週二至週日上午八時至下午六時。

◆ 湯屋泡湯　暖身燩祛寒意（約 1.5 小時）

來到北投，可先至梅庭、北投溫泉博物館，或是臺北市立圖書館北投分館參觀，

探索新舊北投的多樣風情，再選家溫泉旅店泡湯暖身、消除疲勞。像是位在奇岩

路上、開幕不久的大地酒店，不僅可舒服泡湯，還能在挑高四層樓、藏書近萬冊

的藏書閣中，讓心靈也泡個暖湯。

◆ 酒家菜　懷舊好味道（約 1.5 小時）

北投泡好湯，當然也少不了美食相隨，泡湯之餘，別忘了品嘗具有在地風味與歷

史情感的酒家菜，例如創立於 1954 年的蓬萊餐廳，自開業傳承至今的排骨酥是當

家的招牌料理，而水美食府則是將傳統大份量菜餚加以改良，即便人數少也能享

受道地的酒家菜。另外曾在臺北國際牛肉麵節獲獎的粟家牛肉麵，以及走精緻時

尚路線的 Su 蔬食料理，都是值得推薦的在地好滋味。

Route2：老空間新玩意瘋創意◆ 松山文創園區　專屬小物特蒐（約1.5小時）

身為臺北的設計與文創基地，在松山文創園區除了看展、逛誠品松菸店外，現在

又多了新亮點！位在東向製菸工廠一樓的松菸小賣所文創共好平臺，打造出多功

能複合空間，結合服務中心、文創商品展售，並提供輕食咖啡。其中以「松菸的

一日」為主題的文具、飾品等，是專屬松菸的特色紀念品。另外園區內週六（上

午 11 時至晚上7 時）與週日（中午 12 至晚上 7 時）才營業的「東西好文創市

集」，也是值得尋寶的好去處。

◆ 西門町　購物潮流遊（約 2 小時）

深受青少年喜愛的西門町，是臺北潮流文化的指標，不僅有著刺青街、美國街塗

鴉牆等特色街景，以及各式潮牌服飾、公仔玩偶等，更特別的是在歷史建築的紅

樓裡，還集結了各種的年輕文創品牌。西門町也是找尋新舊世代共通生活記憶的

好地方，像是上海老天祿滷味、阿宗麵線、成都楊桃冰等老味道，不僅是本地人

的最愛，也深受外國遊客歡迎。

◆ 八拾捌茶輪番所　品茶香（約 1 小時）

位於中華路與長沙街口的八拾捌茶輪番所，是臺北又一老建築復舊的經典案例。

建於 1924 年的輪番所，昔日為西本願寺的總住持宿舍，是傳統的日式宿舍建築，

經修復後成為滿室茶香的古意空間，遊客可以在此品味各種臺灣出產的好茶和精

緻的臺式、西式與和風創意糕點，愜意感受和風空間裡的悠閒時光。

◆ 西門町電影街　夜貓族好去處（約 2 小時）

西門町的武昌街一帶，因為有多家電影院聚集而被稱為「電影街」，是臺灣電影

院最密集的地段，除了上映國內外的熱門影片外，也有專門播放非主流電影與藝

術電影的戲院，選擇相當多元。其中 1964 年創立的樂聲影城在重新裝修後，以 24 小時不打烊的營運模式，成為夜貓族想看電影隨時都能去的好地點。
