David is married ,with 3 children (2 at University, 1 at Secondary School). He operates his business interests from his home base in Hawke’s Bay. Since the establishment of “Toddy Talks” in 2011 David’s client list includes, among others, Harcourts, Silver Fern Farms, Landcorp, BNZ, Mission Estate Winery, BrokerNet, Fastway Couriers, Rabobank and Genetic Technologies. He has spoken throughout New Zealand, in Australia and in Bangkok Thailand. The Icehouse presence in Hawke’s Bay is seeing David’s facilitation skills increasingly called on. In his most recent Corporate role as Head of Coaching and Development for ASB Bank, his overall responsibility was for the skill set and personal development needs of the Rural and Commercial divisions. He previously held a Key Account role, providing assistance for clients on governance and strategic issues. Involvement with broader projects included being chosen as the Bank’s representative at the NZ Opportunities Expo in London and to visit Uruguay to assess opportunities there.
