Coordinate job related correspondence with customer representative and send daily reports to BP. Coordinate operational activities with QA/QC manger. Review inspection personnel qualification and training requirements. Planning ahead to meet monthly targets/revenue, analyzing and corrective action implementation. QHSE PARTICIPATION Perform duties of Area Authority. Perform regular risk assessments acting as Risk Assessment Team Leader and communicate the results to Management and workforce. Perform leadership in implementation of the HSE policies and ensure all working conditions are in compliance with OH&S guidelines. Close participation at periodic HSE meetings to communicate effective HSE measures and strategies applicable in the specific work industry. Control of PTW System and periodic check and audits of the system. Issue of daily Work Permits and TBTs, conduct TBT and sign COW packages as Area Authority. relative actions to increase safety and housekeeping standard at workplace in order to provide safe working place for workforce.

Close participation during incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis and implementation of actions. Assisting HSE integrated management in development and implementation of safe and practical

operational strategies. Assisting Maintained a safe work place environment by providing PPE to employees and inspecting the

work conditions from time to time.

July, 2008 to May, 2015 Weatherford International, Baku, Azerbaijan.

RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with operation supervisor to support QC system and provide training to level I personal. Supervise Well control tool inspection and reporting as per manufacturer/BP/API/DS 1 spec. Inspect BP owned Well control crossovers and update status into tool inventory, prepare material

manifest, coordinate material movement, work closely with BP completion tool engineers for tool preparation and transfer.

Verify MPI reports and send to client. Coordination and Inspection of third party BP service company (Cameron, Tam and GE Vetco) tools.

QHSE PARTICIPATION Perform as Permit to Work Authority and participate in PTW system management. Perform risk assessment, conduct TBT, and prepare Hot work permit accordingly. Work closely with HSE team on their site inspection and rectify the issues related to HSE.

drilling/fishing/specialty tools as per customer/BP spec. Inspect Drill pipes to DS 1 CAT 5, BHA, rig parts, handling and various well control/crossover at BP

offshore rigs. UT wall thickness survey on various pressure line pipes and manifolds. Update inspection equipment inventory. Witness and verify pressure test charts. Participate in HSE meetings and distribute safety alerts to inspection crew.

RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with Oman PDO land rigs to co-ordinate job and inspect OCTG tubular/rig parts, Drill Pipe

and BHA equipment at rig site. Maintain quality of inspection and strong safety culture during the job. Coordinate post machine shop inspection process at Drilco machine shop. Provide training for inspection trainees. Work closely with rig management and fulfil rig demands. Coordinate onshore journey plan with HSE team. Participate onshore TBT as team leader and supervise inspection activities.

November,1996 to April,1998 & July,2003 to May,2005 AL-Mansoori Specialized ENGG. (MSE). ABUDHABI, UAE

RESPONSIBILITIES Joined as a trainee inspector. Coordinate and inspect National Drilling Company tools including Drill pipe, BHA and rig parts at ADMA

offshore and ADCO onshore rigs. Inspection of Casing & Tubing at ADMA OPCO base. Coordinate and inspect Halliburton, Schlumberger, Sperry sun & Weatherford tools at their base. Prepare EMI and BHA equipment for onshore/offshore job.

April,1998 to July, 2003 AL-Mansoori Specialized ENGG (MSE). KUWAIT

RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and perform inspection on casing and tubing for Kuwait Oil Company, at their base. Work closely with Inspection supervisor and manage Santa-Fe/Hamad Al-Hamad onshore rig call out

inspection jobs and prepare inspection reports. Schedule all call out jobs in TBT and coordinate inspection crew/equipment for different rig demands.

Perform post machine shop inspection at SOS machine shop. Maintain inspection equipment inventory and place order.
