Communication is demanded in any business organisation. Therefore, I                 

will be required to build an understanding of the consumer as well as                         

the needs of the client, and express these to other members of your                         

team and translate these needs into a marketing campaign. As such,                     

good communication skills are vital.  

 

• Creativity: I am a Green Hat thinker .Therefore, I am great at using my                           

own initiative and thinking creatively. Creativity is vital as it involve                     

contributing to the ideas stage of planning any campaign. Innovation is                     

likely to be prized as consumers get more media­savvy. 

 

• Teamwork: I own the ability to work independently as well as part of a                           

team. Teamwork is an important element/fundamental of any company as it                     

builds common ground between employees and people in and around ones

anyone because one would never know when you might need someone.
