As Asst. Project Manager – Projects and Maintenance o To make  rig  visit  at offshore  to  list out maintenance  requirements as per  Safety, Class  , API,   and  client 

specifications o To co‐ordinate with offshore team members for proper inputs and  maintenance requirements o Responsible for maintain the offshore maintenance engineers and mechanical engineers o To  prepare  a  List  of  Requirements  (LOR) with  budget  estimation  for  Structural,  Accommodation,  Power 

system,  Drilling  equipment, mud  system  equipment,  BOP  and  related  equipment,  lifesaving  equipment, utility equipment, all related piping and E&I etc., 

o To prepare a risk assessment register and project same to management for better understanding of expected risk and planned action plan to overcome in case of risk occurs  

o To  liaise with  rig  operation manager  ,rig  offshore  team  and  top management  for  finalizing  the  LOR  and budget without compromising 5yeraly repair / class / client requirement 

o To  prepare  a  schedule  for  the  refurbishment  / maintenance  and  responsible  for  deliver  the  rig without affecting client’s schedule and spud date 

o To raise and liaise to get Material Requisition (MR) from respective discipline heads from offshore team. o To  liaise with OEMs  and  vendors  to  get 5  yearly  spares  and  expected  repair parts  to  get  it ordered well 

before to avoid any delays o To monitor  MR and approve the same for proceeding procurement o To follow up / co‐ordinate procurement team and vendors for quotes  o To provide purchase orders to vendor / OEM based on best delivery and price to meet schedule and budget o To co‐ordinate with logistics team for getting the spares / materials in time and with proper documentation 

and make sure to claim all exemptions  o To  co‐ordinate  with  HR  for  all  personnel  related  activities  like  manpower  requirements,  VISAs,
