I earned my Doctorate from CCS University, Meerut-2003, M. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Madras-1989 and B. E. from Govt. Engg College, Jabalpur-1975 (all in the ECE stream with strong focus on Data/ Computer Communication Networks). I served as Commander / Director of Signal Communication Units & Establishments in the Defence Sector for over 20 years and had the privilege to work in 3 Top Defence Projects, viz AREN (Army Radio Engineered Networks) as Company Commander, ASCON (Army Static Switched Communication Network) as System Manager, DCN (Defence Communication Networks) as Network Administrator and CICP (Computerised Inventory Control Project) as Network Advisor. I lead the team that groomed two Engineering Colleges from the scratch in the private sector and worked as their Director Principal. I taught PG Classes as Director (R&D) at DKMU, Newai & NIU GB Nagar and assisted the Top Management in successful conduct of the UGC Teams. In last three years, I am spearheading the Academic & Administrative operations of a leading educational campus in Haryana, comprising of institutions delivering academic programs at UG & PG levels in Engg, Management & Computer Applications. My research work contributed to seamless integration of networks in Defence & major achievements are : a) Teaching (14 yrs) & Research (5 Yrs) b) Modifying the pedagogy to make it Student-Centric Learning that is Out-Come based, Assessment Rich, Result Oriented styled on Lateral thinking Approach. c) Motivating & inspiring faculty to undertake Research & achieving Higher Performance levels d) Guiding the faculty to develop programs in Pedagogy & Content. e) Managing the financial & human resources of the organisations to extract the best advantage f) Leading & guiding the development of Industry Oriented Curriculum.
